Great experience. The rental price is reasonable. I rented cocktail tables for my event and a circle table. The staff was wonderful. I am planning an event in December I will definitely be using their services again.

Great customer service! The office and the men delivering our order were extremely helpful and friendly. They worked with us to ensure we rented the right amount of tables and chairs, as well as the right size tent. Moreover, they made sure they avoided the irrigation when they set up the tent. This was a major concern. Highly recommend this Company, especially if you live locally.

ABBEY TENT & PARTY IS MAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHO LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR THERE UPCOMING EVENTS, WHICH ARE UNFORTUNATELY BEING CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19, WITHOUT OFFERING A CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE.... BAD BUSINESS!

I placed an order on 6/20 for the delivery of chairs on 7/8 for my baby shower but was told deliveries were not made on Sundays so we settled on Saturday 7/7. I called back 7/2 to check in the time for the delivery on Saturday and was told deliveries were not being made that weekend bc it was a holiday weekend. Not a single would told me about this when I first called in to place my order and I called multiple times bc I wanted to make sure I was getting the right amount of chairs as well as the right size. I must say I was very disappointed in how they handled it bc they basically told me of you couldn't be there to take the chairs then all you had to do was cancel the order, which wasn't an an option for me as my shower was that Sunday. As a result my husband who works in the city to take the day off from work to take the chairs when they were delivered. Fast forward to Monday when we both had the day and had specifically scheduled it to be picked up then, we call and we are told bc they had scheduled so many pick ups ours had been pushed back to Tuesday when we both will be at work. I made it very clear there would be no one available when they arrived and was told I'd get a call back by the end of the day, well that didn't happen either. So as I write this review this morning I'm expecting them to call me while I'm at work to say they are 10mins away to pick up the chairs (which was what they did when they delivered, when is specifically said please call way ahead!) To which I'll respond you're gonna have to come back at 430 when I leave work and should I be charged a cent extra I'm disputing that claim. I all this to say I'm extremely disappointed and will never work with this company ever again!!!!! Not one person has called to apologize or said sorry for all the mix up!!!!

Efficient, cheap and easy. I don't have much more to say. I simply required a few cocktail tables and Tara was more than willing to oblige
She was polite and detail oriented. The pick up was easy and the drop off easier. They also deliver so keep that in mind. Surely going with them the next time I need to rent party items
