Will never go to a concert here again. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Got to The Venue early and still did not get in the concert until an hour late

Update. They sold way to many lawn seats. Not safe or enjoyable. Listneded to 4 or 5 songs and left.

I've only been to a few summer concerts at this venue but it's pretty much what you'd expect in a XFINITY Theatre. Bathrooms are almost always gross so I avoid using them if I can. Terrible place to get caught in the rain especially if you have lawn tickets. There's mud everywhere but if your free spirited it's fun to dance in the rain. Tickets are always reasonably priced especially if you buy them early.

We saw Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum. We had seats under the cover. Nice venue, really not a bad seat anywhere. It was loud. I would go again to see a concert here again, but will bring ear plugs next tine.

I'll always refer to this venue as The Meadows.
For my daughter's birthday, I got her and some friends tickets to see her favorite band live: Imagine Dragons. This was also her first concert.
I have many fantabulous memories from my youth, spending the evening, or sometimes the entire day or weekend, enjoying live entertainment at The Meadows and I was excited to share the experience with my girl.
When purchasing lawn tickets, the option for a "Preferred Lawn Steat" upgrade was available. I'd never heard of such a thing so i decided to splurge, since this was a special occasion, and get the upgrade, despite the fact that the upgrade cost as much as the ticket.
WHAT a rip off! We were stuck like pigs in an overflowing pen. Apparently there's no limit to how many tickets are sold for seating in this small fenced in patch of lawn. I could not identify ANY benefit to paying twice as much money to be allowed the privilege to squish your way into a fenced-in box.

Parking, access, and facilities were all clean and a breeze to access. Staff seems friendly and adamant about safety and accountability of seats. Overall positive experience. Like any venue similar to this one be prepared to shell out a significant amount of money on alcohol.

As someone who has become handicapped between the purchase of the tickets and the day of the show, they took really good care of me, helping me navigate through the crowd with my medical equipment and ran a shuttle back to my car after the show. They made something that had the potential of being difficult and painful to easy and painless, thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Shane and Tony.

I will never go back to this venue again. Parking is always a nightmare, you have to walk miles from your overpriced parking spot to get close. Then long lines, too many people (they oversell the lawn consistently) ruin the show for me. After the music, it's more crowds, walking miles to the car and finally sitting in traffic to try to get out. Nope.

Saw Iron maiden Saturday night. Nice place. Plenty of parking. No traffic problems leaving but we did park in the lot about 1/4 mile away. Only 2 complaints...beer and drink prices are absolutely freaking insane...15 bucks for a can of beer. Also the staff needs to monitor the seating better. I paid almost 300 bucks for my 2 tickets. The two seats to my right were empty. Sure enough two sat next is. One had a seat ticket the other had a lawn ticket but figured it's ok to take the seat. One got up to use the bathroom and couldn't get back in. Then another guy came in Who bought the seat near me...screen shotted his ticket to a friend who had a lawn seat and used that to get into the seating area and stand directly in front of me during the show.so glad I paid for a seat....why the hell did I pay 300 bucks for two tickets when I could have bought a lawn seat for 60 bucks and just walked into the seating area ?

Traffic control was not efficient at all. Took 45 minutes after getting off 91 to get to parking. Once inside our night started decently. We bought box seats for Sam Hunt and were center stage pretty much. We were the first people in our box and took the back two seats. After a while the other people arrived that where in our box section. I'm all for having a good time and enjoying the night and the concert, but there is no need to dry hump, grinding and basically performing lap dances. Respect other folks space, within in minutes the chair in front of me was in my lap, with no regard from the intoxicated 20 something year old female. Selfies with your tongues down each other's throats isn't fun for everyone either. Xfinity staff took notice and had a conversation with the young couple and the female seemed irritated. Xfinity staff and supervisors spoke to them on three separate occasions. As Sam Hunt started his set we moved our chairs into the open space in the box entry area. The staff did there best to accommodate us, but after two songs into Sam Hunts performance my wife had had enough and we left the concert. With two young children at home we don't get out that much and we had hoped that last night would have been an enjoyable night, but because of obnoxious, intoxicated individuals in their 20s my wife's night was far from enjoyable. I've been in lawn seats with beer spilled on me and drunkards tripping over us and still had better nights at concerts. This is not a knock on Xfinity Theater, just a rant about our ruined night by other patrons.

Great venue, went twice in one week and both experiences were fantastic. Concession are over-priced, but that's to be expected. They usually have good food trucks inside the gates, but the description on the website doesn't match who's there. Only real downside is that both times I went there were people smoking.

SECURITY ASKS ME FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! I came here for the Florida Georgia line concert and I ordered myself a beer, as I put my beer down and put my money and license away I pick my beer back up and a security guard (Latino with a small mustache) asks to look at my license. He looks at it for a couple of minutes and then proceeds to ask me if it's fake. Yes I know that People use fakes but just because I'm from out of state doesn't mean that you can ask me for ALL my personal info. Go ahead and ask me my address and date of birth and my license number but when the security guard asked me for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, that was over the edge. I gave him a fake number and took my license back..... A security guard should NEVER ask for that kind of information! I would love to know why a security guard would be asking this kind of stuff to people. That security guard should be talked to or punished in a way for trying to get people's personal info that could ruin their life.

We went there for a 311 concert. It was a smaller concert, but a excellent show. Like any concert, drinks are expensive, but they moved us from the lawn to the seats for the mainstage which was perfect.

Our seats was next to 2 people that was overly drunk even alcohol compliance came over to 1 of them. One of the staff members was so rude to us. The marijuana smell was horrible. I emailed some one about out experience and got no response. This is the 3nd bad experience i have had there.

They are running a scam!

They are running a scam!
Went to the concert on 7/14/18, my husband decided to get a drink, so he ordered a drink ($19), he paid with the credit card and casher said it did not go through , because they are having a problem with computers, so she asked for cash, another $19, and of course she couldn't give me a receipt for the same reason ( problems with the computer.
Well, a couple of days later, I checked my credit card, and in fact they did charged my card!
So I called credit card co and put a stop payment on it. Well , because, I did not have a cash receipt they could not refund me my money. So my husband paid $38 for one drink! and the casher makes hundreds in cash every day!!!!

The prices were outrageous. They were charging 5-7 dollars for a bottle of water and the Smirnoff stands "Antique cup" was a cheap plastic cup with their logo on it for 20 dollars. The best quality about this place is without a doubt the actual concert area

Loved the concerts I've been to there this last trip was extra special. My mom was up from FL and their handicap parking and the access to the theater were aces not to mention the staff. Glad you had more people trolling for obliterated kids. Not as many drunk idiots thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great place to see a show. Nice venue. Only bummer was parking lots opened up late for the crowd (Dead and Co.) that was here. And they kicked us out immediately after the show. It would be nice if there was vending after the show in lot.. Food before traveling.
