Great products and customer service at the store. The required product was delivered home within an hour and half. Pandemic precautions taken care of and all product ranges were shown.

Zero . the environment is also very boring.and 2 things is that lady who takes interview her name Shema or something like that. OMG that woman is bloody rude person. I haven't never meet like that woman.And 3 things is when I'm giving interview with that woman I'm setting on the chair and she's using phone .talking on phone again and again min 15/20min.and again she's outing talking with other people. She is a Very Rude and Unprofessional.

I enjoyed interacting with the team here they were really professional and made sure I am looked after. Whatever conversation we had they ensured it was with thorough detail and well documented. I was not made to wait at all which is a Normal practice in delhi the time I was told to come they were ready by that time.

Worst customer care experience.
They rarely pick the call, all the time bell rings only they don't pick it up and if they pick it up then they put it on hold.
This is not customer care services it should be customer fool service.

Be careful with this brand. I recently bought colorbar lipstick from Pacific mall and after using it five times, I found that the product was hollow. The tip just melted away. Even after emailing my complaint along with pics of their product, I got no reply. The only conclusion is that their products are substandard and they are cheating their customers.
