I ve been a client for many years and I ve always been extremely happy with the responsiveness of the staff for any issues. I m so excited that you ve now added Samantha Chesley who I know to be a wonderful professional. Bravo!

Many years ago I had a house fire that required a total replacement. For such a tragic situation the local State Farm was excellent in helping me to navigate the process and even checked on me once I was mostly engaged with another State Farm department. I couldn t think of a better agency to have on my side.

Wonderful experience working with Sam Chesley at Karen Davis State Farm! She was attentive, professional, and took the time to help me understand each aspect of my coverage.

In total took her 48hrs to create a better policy for my husband and I, plus answer all our questions! Would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience!

I m a vendor who visits Mrs. Davis office. I m really impressed how friendly the staff is whether she s in the office or not. It s not uncommon to see Karen come out of her office to help a customer with something small or to just say hi. She s very friendly and her door is always open.

I have been dealing with state farm ever since is was 16 years old. I have an Auto insurance policy and life insurance policy with State Farm. I have always been pleased with the customer service that I was given. My agent Tori Drake is a wonderful person to have and work with. Tori always helps me out the best way she can and understands me well. I have never ever had a problem with her at all since I have known her. She is an amazing person and I am glad that I have met her. If I have a problem something she jumps right on it and goes to work at it. I think she has a wonderful customer service attitude and a wonderful work ethic she is a respectful person. I would recommend her and state farm to anyone that I know that is looking for an insurance company.

I recently moved and I called the office to get a few quotes for car insurance and home insurance, and I was very surprised on how the phone was answered. I spoke to Jamie and she understood the things I needed and didn t need, and it was great talking to someone who knew exactly what they were talking about, and seemed so happy and pleased to be helping me because a lot of times when you call places the people on the phone seem like robots and not giving you that emotional connection like they wanna help you and I really appreciated.
So if you ever call the store i personally recommend Jamie but i m sure the whole office is just the same.

If you want a big insurance company with a family field, take it from Karen Davis State Farm is the place. Misty Lawson was my first agent and i refused for years to let anyone assist me but her. She gradually took the time to make me feel comfortable with the other members of the team. Now anyone in the office can assist me. I just love this team.

Karen helped my husband and I get a very quick letter of approval for a mortgage so we could bid on a home for sale. We have not finalized it yet, but the rates are competitive and Karen was extremely helpful and prompt. Most people don't realize State Farm does mortgages and would be surprised at the rates.

I needed to switched insurance after I felt I wasn t getting good quality service. State Farm, particularly Karen Davis and her associates (Tori Drake) have everything I needed at a lower price, with the same products I had. Thanks a lot guys, they have a client for life.

Sends a notice of pay by date and then cancels insurance before that date has even come!!! Place is a nightmare since Chris has been gone!!! It's a joke!!!
