So I liked the food and all but me and my friends got cards and put points so we could play 50 each we all played the same games laser tag and a motorcycle one then we tried ski ball and only two of the three worked and we went up to the arcade resemble place and ask the worker she was around 16 and half her head was buzzed and it was red and we told her explained it and all and she was like but you used one card which card and we explained it to her again all nice and she said the same thing and was like do you understand no really rude and I think that was very unprofessional and it was a bad experience but then her co worker which she was making do all the work he was black and sooooo nice he had a beard type and was playing laser tag with us and helped us better than she did

I held my son's birthday party at Colonial Bowling and I was most pleased with the event. From the scheduler, Jen, to our party hostess, the staff at Colonial took care of every detail, including goodie bags and getting everyone where they needed to be. The boys had a great time (and so did the moms!). Well worth the money. Tasteful and updated decor; would highly recommend.

Had so much fun in the arcade! Bowling lane is paid for by the hour which is kinda weird, but other then that it's an awesome place! Can't wait to go back for zombie apocalypse laser tag on Wednesday nights!!!!

Good bar area, good for kids, decent arcade area. I went here for a birthday party. My kids loved it.

I only give this place one star because they had good food. We waited for the balls to get unstuck more than we actually played. When we kept coming up there they said they would move us mid game. We declined and noticed we were not the only lane having problems. When we went to complain again the guy behind the counter was very rude. He said we offered to move you and when we explained why he said well they always seem unstuck when you complain which we would watch our balls apin back there. Bad customer service.

Decent bar, bowling with current technology, fun arcade, laser tag, pop music

We planned a small work event to bowl in the afternoon and were told the concessions would not be open and that we could bring in our own food. When we arrived, they refused to let us bring in the pizza that we brought with us. Very rigid and inflexible, especially given we were told we COULD bring our own food.

I had my daughter's 13th birthday party here and did the teen party. A week before the party I called to confirm guest count. I asked about having food at the lanes and was told that was ok but I should order now so food would be ready at party time (Saturday night being busy). No problem, I ordered 3 sampler platters at $16.99 each and was told they would feed between 8-12 people (looked more like 6-8 to me). A few days later I called back to increase my count as more kids had RSVP'd (total of 22 kids). I asked to add tortilla chips and salsa + cheese that I had seen on-line for $3.99 + $2 extra for cheese. She said all would be added. Day of event came and most went smoothly except after 15 minutes at lanes I asked about food and our party person said she was working on it. Another 15 minutes went by still no food I asked her again and she said they were still working on it. At this point I was frustrated as the point of the food at the lanes was to enjoy while bowling and now bowling was half over. I spoke to a person I think was an asst. manager and about 10 minutes later the food arrived. A manager came out and apologized, gave us a free pitcher of fruit punch and checked on us several more times to make sure we were ok. All went pretty smoothly from there until I received the bill. Unfortunately, being rushed to pay as the parents were arriving to pick-up kids I did not look at bill. The next day I noticed I had been charged $45 for EACH tortilla chip basket and salsa! I though for sure this was a clerical error. I called and I was told no indeed this was correct. That it was the banquet rate. Now I will take partial responsibility as I did not confirm that the online pricing I had seen matched when I spoke to the person on the phone but with sampler platters at $16.99 who would even begin to think a bag of tortilla chips and a jar of salsa would cost $45!!! Luckily when I arrived I reduced my original 3 to 2 but I was still charged for 3 so they did refund me for 1. So when booking a party with Colonial Lanes I would advise to be cautious on ordering extra food as it is slow and expensive!

Too few lanes and too much chaos plus a pretty expensive place. on top of it there is almost no pager system. They call out your names in blaring music which is very easy to miss

Good place to go bowling and they always have some amazing deals going on but the food service can be better. Had to wait a while to get served last time I was there.

This place is great now that it has been updated. Lots of great stuff for kids to do. The staff is really attentive too.

I don't like the fact that everything is high and that u have too pay by the hour and u can't finish your game I don't wanna give a star

Worst place ever, made me very depressed and suicidal

Bathroom is gross. I hate the food. your arcade sucks. No tekken or MARIO kart? Even your laser tag is short and bland. How do you even consider this place fun?

We always come back here for our kids parties .It's a fun place and always makes the entire family happy .

Typical suburban bowling alley. Went on a Saturday night and it was busy, 2 hour wait, so we hit the bar. Service was pretty much non existent and the food we did order took forever and was not correct when it did arrive. The balls look like they haven t been replaced in, well, never. Good video game section, lanes were fine and overall prices aren t bad.

After checking out the website I was so excited to go here. It didn't disappoint except for the music. The atmosphere is hip and sort of modern retro. Really loved the cozy benches on lanes and bar area. But the late night bowl with monitors playing music videos had a terrible selection of music. Other than that it's a cool place with a lot to offer. Good for a crowd families and kids. Didn't try laser tag or arcade but looked like fun. A little pricier than other places but still within reason. Staff and service was fine and we didn't wait long for a lane even on a weekend night.

Do not use for birthday parties for kids. Very disorganized. Poor service.

We had a good time bowling while at a fundraiser, but after dropping $80 in fundraiser tickets and $100 on the bar and food, we were promptly thrown out while in the middle of a game. There was no one waiting to play either. Our time was up! The customer service was poor, the bartender was also the waitress and we had to track down our food on our own. French fries took a half hour. Unfortunately, we were a party of six that will never return. I like to patronize businesses in my own town, but this one will not be one of them.

There for a kids party. Wish there was a viewing area for parents of children in lasertag. Other than that an ok experience. Some arcade games needed service as they wouldn't work after taking a credit but overall ok.

Had a very good time here. It's big and good. Food n beverages are okay. Not only bowling it has other games. Good place to have fun. Cost for bowling is expensive

As far as bowling goes this place has gone down hill. The approach are sticky and set and give you no slide. The lanes themselves have too much oil and ball returns dont work and no air vents at the approach. They let kids with slurpees hold them and walk the approach and bowl. It's great for kids but not real bowlers

Food and drink service is slow other than it's a fun place to hangout

Such a great experience for my daughter s 6th birthday party! Stephie and Kyla were amazing hosts and did a great job with the kids and party. Everyone had a blast, especially the birthday girl!

The facilities were nice, but there were rather rude staff & clientele. But, most importantly it was extremely overpriced.

I wish we could give -5 for their racist behavior. We were in waiting list for almost an hour and every person who came after us were given lanes before us even though multiple lanes were free. Even when we got our lanes after a fight they closed our lane way ahead of our time. This is the worst behavior I have ever seen. The worst place to ever be for bowling. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Cheap people with cheap attitude.

We wanted to like this place. But after 2 times we won't return. Lanes are messed up and mgmt slow to fix them. Waste of time. Not worth the $1/game.

A quality establishment that is fun for the family!

Lanes are very dry spare ball hooked very hard and ball kept on getting stuck in the machine did not like this place

this place is good in family and there are games for children you will be surprised

So much fun! But get ready for food poisoning!! The restaurant is so dirty.

Very enjoyable time wether you're alone or with a group

Server Amber is horrible, ordered food and drinks and it took her almost 30 minutes to bring food, then I received my drink. When I asked her for my credit card she said she was not going to steal it, I was not making any accusation, there was not a need for such comment. Bowling was good, but service is very poor.

The people who led my party did it so well. I literally showed up and they did everything. They were pleasant and helpful- I was quite impressed with how good the staff was! The laser tag part of it could have lasted a little longer but the kids didn t seem to mind.

Incredibly expensive I've paid way less for bowling in better bowling alleys

They are doing an excellent job protecting the patrons, I wish they temp screened people though. Drinks were a little weak so order beer, with every other lane closed it is a fantastic bowling experience and the place is state of the art with music and videos playing. I wish you had the option of just seeing your score rather than the cute animations on the score board but all in all the best bowling in town right now

Was told a price for a few minutes before their prices changed. And they took just long enough until the prices went up to charge me. Ridiculous. Go to Hamilton lanes. It's cheaper and just as good. This place is bougie. The time literally was 4:00:02. Their merchant "Kevin" ripped me off. Never coming back.

Definitely a nice place to have fun. They've got a huge arcade, lasertag, and a bar. Don't come here expecting an inexpensive time, however, and definitely eat elsewhere. The food is extremely pricy.

Its okay, the bowling alley is quite expensive 28 bucks for 2 games for 2 people. Don't bother eating here unless you have the money for it. Soft drinks here is almost 3 bucks bot worth it. Best time to go when they have happy hours, afterschool events and college days and selectes like tuesday when it cheap. More bang for your buck. Check website before you go.

This place is fun with friends. The staff is nice but the undercover security guard outside is weird. They offer different savings throughout the week and you can find that info on their website.

Love it but need some great deals so can plan visit often or as regular as possible

Pretty neat place. I was there for a private event and the VIP area is completely separate from the rest of the place. TVS everywhere, nice bar, plenty of arcade games also.. Oh and bowling of course.

It is the worst bowling alley and wont return back here. I am amazed with all the positive reviews. I been to Colonial bowling lot of times and it is really good when i visited in November 2016. Lot of balls has scratches, holes and also they need to renovate the lines and get new balls. They increased the bowling line fees and food is ok to have it. I am so disappointed and will never visit this place again.

Modern bowling alley with the couch seating. Large TV screens. Arcade area. Good to hold a party. With it comes the price. They only offer hour rentals on weekends. $33 plus per lane. Plus $5 for shoes per person. This is the wave of the future for bowling lanes otherwise, they would not be able to make enough money to survive. Good place for groups or for a kids birthday party. Wish it was a little bit more affordable

The WORST customer service EVER!!! I was trying to get birthday arrangements for my son and was told different stories every time I called. When I asked for a manager I was told, " I can give you there email address" please tell me how that will help me. I am a single mother of 4 children and I will not spend a DIME at the place!

Food is good service excellent only one thing when I went to the bar I ask for a Bahama Mama the bartender told me Oh no the orange juice is not good to prepare that drink he looks lazy so I never been in a place who is selling drinks telling me they cannot make a drink because the juice is not good LOL He definitely is very lazy to prepare my drink

Recently had my daughter's birthday party here. By far the worst place to have a kids party. The 'Pros' of the party were lost how to organise the kids. I was asked for directions on how to get the party organised. Staff is not interested in it's customers.
Food for the money was a joke! Very less quantity and low quality. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gone down hill fast. I visted here with one of my kids to play a couple of games in the arcade. First they have switched from tokens to game cards ok. cool. Buy what do I do with my tokens from last time I was there? There is only 4 games which now accept tokens and 3 of them were broken. We purchased our game card and decided to play some games. Most of the games had out of order signs written on them. So we have this game card and can only play about 4 games. Of the games we could play most of them are so old and outdated it was hard to play. I will not be returning to colonial not even to bowl as those prices are outrageous and the staff is uninterested in its customers. I would suggest finding a different place to take the kids for a fun day out.

Fun arcade. Didn't go bowling this time, but have in the past. The arcade is decent size, but not big - it's certainly not a Dave and Buster's, but it's good for the younger crowd. The place is in good shape and the staff is helpful. Didn't try the food or the bar, but it looked like your average for and beer selection at any local bar.

Slightly cramped lanes, but good atmosphere. If you are really hungry menu isn't bad, but don't expect much.

Colonial Bowling is great and is a whole lot of fun for birthdays but had one major drawback. On a kids' birthday you get to go into a ticket machine where tickets fly everywhere and you try to grab as many as you can. The child at the party went in but had to wear goggles to protect his eyes. They in fact did the exact opposite and gave him pink eye for 2 days! My advice: ASK THEM TO SANITIZE THE GOGGLES BEFORE YOU WEAR THEM!! Though after this experience I still would recommend this place for birthday parties if not for this little issue. I am not trying to say not to go there because everything else was spot on (everyone loved laser tag and bowling) but just ask them to specifically take care of the goggle problem.

We had a great time bowling tonight. Then we had more fun playing in the arcade. There was a good selection of prizes.
