A E Review of Coles Epping

I was a regular shopper at Coles Epping. Hundreds of residents shop there every day. One surprising feature (for me) was the clothing section, about which I have heard appreciative reviews.
As with most shops/facilities in Australia, some Coles staff are civilized, and some aren't. They should be trained and strictly warned against ageism, racism, etc. I have observed passive aggression from some of them at the checkout, esp one older (maybe South Asian) lady with long hair who measures out her broad smiles and good cheer, quite blatantly, to only a certain type of people. Disturbing for customer morale.
Another large, Caucasian check-out assistant also emanated passive aggro at the same self- checkout section as the lady above, but on a different shift, and stood unhelpfully, glaring at customers whose looks he did not approve of.
Then there is a check-out guy with a bushy beard and musch (I think staff should be clean-shaven, for perception of hygiene), who was nervous and super-helpful in the beginning but getting more cheeky by the day with customers who don't look threatening enough, lol.
Not nice to be served by people like these, I would say.
Coles is one of the nicer places in Epping. Some staff are naturally good-natured, but looks like there are some others who can bring down the standards and image of any establishment.
