Our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. Do to the current health crisis we had to do all of our research on line rather than go to a showroom and look. Colder's had the model we decided to purchase. We spoke to Tim who walked us through how to make the purchase on line. Buying the unit on line was very easy and Tim called us back to verify he got our order. Rather than make us wait over a week like other dealers, Tim placed a high priority on our order. We got the unit on Tuesday. We were able to track the progress of when our refrigerator was supposed to arrive. We even got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The two men that delivered the unit were earlier than expected which was a good thing. They also were very efficient and explained how certain features worked. After this experience we would most certainly make another purchase from Colder's.
