If you never want to get help, use Codan insurance. Worst company I've gone to. Has a case with an iPhone that has a broken screen. This was sent to Mobylife which Codan uses. This company went bankrupt before we filed the phone. So we called Codan several times to hear how this resolves further. Was told several times that the caseworker should call. Has never been called by the caseworker. Must call yourself and listen to them. Finally they ask me to contact the mail and find the phone. The mail is helpful and sends it back quickly. So now I have at least the phone, but have paid 4000, - in deduction for something that was never fixed and a lot of time wasted (about 2 months) laziness on Codan's part. While they may be a bit cheaper, pay a little more for quality. Will NEVER become a customer with you again. Poor follow-up and service. You have some nice people too.
