Was a customer for just under a year. The last six months I received a slew of bills on the same insurance, up to four per month. Also received several purrings. This went on for over 6 months. After three months, I contacted Codan by mail because I did not understand how I could get a cleanup when I knew I had paid every month. Received little help in the matter.

Finally I called and heard that Codan was aware of the problem, but they waived all responsibility and felt that this was only Visma's case. As a customer, I thought it should be reasonable to expect information from the insurance company in such a case, since after all I was their customer, not Visma's. Codan regretted, but personally I think such disclaimer says its about customer service and reliability. One requires a somewhat better relationship with his insurance company than that.
