Reported damage two and a half weeks ago, and has still not had the case processed.

Has sent you an email, and called, and stated account number to customer advisor when you did not have it.
Sent new email, no response. Has also not received a claim number.
Now we start soon in the third week, and have not received a penny again.

This is too bad, it's about a thousand, which we really need to get.
So really hope this is cleared up soon.
I have great doubts about whether I will continue this customer relationship.
