My wife just had her car serviced and they proceeded to take advantage of her. $35 in labor to replace two bulbs over the license plate, another $30 in labor to replace the indoor cabin filter. The combined time to complete these tasks is about ten minutes. Then told her that her coolant needed to be replaced, even though the owners manual does not call for it for another 30k miles.

Question everything with these people, better yet NEVER go there in the first place.
