I am not a fan of the way the service department is run. If I make an appointment and tell you what I need done you take down all my information, then I come in tell you my name and you ask me the same questions I told you over the phone, just for the front desk to send me to someone else to ask me the same questions I told you over the phone and the person at the front desk just asked me. Is there no communication? When I asked the representative if she had all my information in the system she replied sometimes the front desk gets different information. As a client that tells me that your office can not communicate and i should not be faulted or have my time wasted because your department is not organized. I should be able to drop my car off and leave and know that Cocoa Hyundai has it taken care of instead I have to wait at minimum 20 minutes for them to verify information I already told them with 2 other people because they can not communicate. I would expect better from them.
