Ambience is superb. View is phenomenal. Food is ok. Definitely not worth the price point but I would definitely say try it once if not for the view. Service was nice and knew that everyone was going to take pictures. No parking outside. Public transportation all the way

The CN Tower experience was good. However, the 360 restaurant wasn't that great. They had issues handling the reservations. All reservations were handled 25 mins late. You might feel it's a nice fine dining place. However, most of the food is catered from elsewhere. The food quality was average. I would say, pay the fee to use the elevator to the deck, rather than spend money here.
The best dining experience! Great customer service, above beyond quality of food with over priced and excellent wine selection. The bread was fresh and crispy, the best I ve ever had. (As none bread eater) Overall amazing environment with look of the sky and the lake! Unforgettable experience. Not recommending people to come always but everyone should enjoy at least one.
Nice view and I came back with a big group this time. However last time when I went with just two the service was excellent and the server came and explained the dish in detail. This time came in a group of 8 with two kids paid $800plus but the server was too busy with others and no time to serve us. This time the gratuity was included in the bill but receiving lower service quality. The food was not good too especially the steak it was a big amount but it taste bad. I hope they hire more staff when they know that day such as weekend and expected to be lot of guests to maintain the service quality. Please pay more attention to improve the food quality too.
In summary - lots of terrible stuff: unmentioned plate minimum, inflated cost for the most terrible food in town : greasy old and doesn't taste good, a massive tourist trap and excruciating long lines
View is priceless .good seriously over priced.baked potatoe half cooked. Salmon slice just about 2 inches X2 inches...you need to get a snack after an hour eating there
This restaurant was very clean and quick, great service. Employees were polite and professional and the food was DELICIOUS.. it is expensive for sure, but the food is well worth the price and its perfect for a date night.
Relatively disappointing. It s excellent for the view, and a cool experience, however the food was subpar. I had the oxtail pasta, lamb shank and maple cheese cake. All three tasted like something I could pick up from a Loblaws. Wasn t the worst experience, but definitely not worth price. In conclusion, 360 is a mediocre restaurant disguised as a high class establishment.
An exclusive view if toronto that takes 1.5 hours to get a 360 view. Most of the food presentation was scrumptious. Would highly recommend the pumpkin appetizer, salmon appetizer and beet appetizer. The mushroom soup was not tasty. Oysters were the best I've had. The 3 sea food platter was a disappointment for both taste and look as the picture on the menu looked better. Main course would recommend the salmon and chicken and pickerel. Dessert would try the cheese. Overall great place for a special occasion. The price is steep and that would be something to improve on. The staff were super friendly and made our experience wonderful.
Great restaurant if you're celebrating a special occasion! The price per person may seem a bit high, but it includes a unique dining experience with delicious food, and your ticket up to the CN tower where you can experience the same things the other tourists do, but with a *much shorter* line!
Highly recommend making a reservation before sunset, so you can see the city skyline in the light, as the sunset and after dark (which is also beautiful). Also go early because the lines can still be a bit of a wait (security, etc), and you can spend the extra time enjoying the view from above!
I was a little suspicious about some reviews of the service and the quality of the food. But we were well surprised, the waiters / waitresses were friendly and the food good. The wines offered were very good, although a bit pricey. The view right at sunset is beautiful and at no time did we feel rushed. Very good experience
You're already going to pay a fair bit to go to the top of cn tower, why not pay just a bit more and have an amazing 3 course meal at the same time. This is the place to splurge a bit, the experience is much nicer than the main observation deck. The food is pretty good too.
The food was delicious but the main appeal for this restaurant is the incredible view. Over the course approximately an hour, the rotating restaurant will have passed every possible view from the tower - both the city and the water. Our server was able to answer all of our questions about the scene as well, pointing out where we could see Niagara Falls and New York (little white specks on the horizon) and what some of the various buildings were.
This is definitely a special occasion restaurant for the average couple/family due to the pricey entrees and wines. However, it will be a great experience and is worth paying 'extra'.
Bad service the waiter had attitude The steak came out cold when I complained they reheated and brought back I ordered medium they brought it well done Definitely one of the worst places
Great view but the food was so terrible, especially for the price since I could honestly get better food from anywhere and it would taste better than the 360 Restaurant. The deserts were okay though. Our waiter was great we cant remember his name unfortunately, the other staff not so much. The other staff had brought out our food was our waiter was attending to others and they had forgotten my mashed potatoes, put our plates down and just left. Terrible service through and through from them. Also a great place to hear screaming kids from all the tourism when they come to eat. Just go up, buy a drink, take pictures and videos and go eat anywhere else than here.
Food was good, service was good and atmosphere was great! That said, as most must expect, the price is expensive mostly because of the restaurant's location and not so much for it's food quality. Nevertheless awesome experience, recommended.
View was great and our server was cool but the food was terrible. Extremely bland, no flavour or spice. Left very full but extremely unsatisfied. Had the vegan salad as starter (which was just Costco spring greens) and the tortellini, which had no flavour. As our only date night in Toronto, we re pretty disappointed, and should ve just seen the view and had dinner elsewhere.
From booking the table to leaving the tower I've had no complaints with this restaurant at all. Scott, our waiter, was so friendly and helpful, even advising us where to go to walk our dinner off before ascending to the nacelle level! The water on the table was kept topped up, and the after dinner coffee seemed like a bottomless cup. Food was outstanding and we were never sitting waiting for anything. I'd love to go back again, the meal and drinks topped off a perfect day. Weird to think that not long before, I'd been walking around the roof above the restaurant! A great place to visit. Well worth the money paid.
My name is Sani, I went on our Anniversary with my wife to the restaurant.
I am disappointed on the kind of service and the quality of food I have been served. First, I am an immigrant, and I do enjoy the cultural verity that Toronto has. Please do not get me wrong, my purpose of this email is many people visit the 360-degree restaurant from various parts of the world and if what we are presenting them with that kind of money something is going horribly wrong. I mentioned on the booking it was our anniversary, no one has mentioned anything to us. 50% or I would say majority of the staff were loudly talking in their language, even while serving us between themselves. This was so inappropriate. The food was not at all up to the mark, I won t lie both me and my wife had stomach upset. Our waiter was so busy in chatting with his buddies that he billed us wrongly for the first time, I paid that, and he had to reverse those payments. Most of the waiter s mentality was like back home, I do not want to mention in detailed but kindly look into it
I took time to write this not because I want my money back or nor that I want something , I was really disappointed with the service , Kind of waiters you have appointed is below the belt honestly .
Average food. Average service. Definitely not worth it if you don t get to sit on the tables by the window. The dishes we were served in were actually quite sad and definitely need to be upgraded. I would recommend just buying the ticket and going up the tower if you want and spend the rest of your money well by going to a nicer restaurant close by... that s probably a better plan
We went for my birthday dinner and we both paid 69$ flat fee for 2 entree dinner. The food doesn't worth even 10$, my soup was cold and risotto tasted awful, the only good thing that we ordered was stake, but don't even bother to answer the question "how would you like your stake?" it's gonna be well done anyways... The service is awful, waiter looked like he wanted to get rid of us ASAP as we came at 10 pm and were last guests at the restaurant, he was rude and did not even tried to hide how he hates his job. We didn't even finished our drinks when they stopped the platform of the restaurant and turned off the lights. The only thing that worth 5 star and still helps this restaurant to exist is the view of Toronto, if there would be a zero star for the service of 360 restaurant I would definitely score it 0. If you take a cup of coffee or tea with the bagel and go to the View Floor of the CN Tower it's gonna be a cheaper and better way to look at the City!
Relatively expensive we paid $230 for dinner for 2, But one thing is that the waiter keep coming to ask us for dessert and want us to go. we only be there for a hours. that is a lot of money for 1 hour dinner.
The prix fixe menu is 'ok' but to be honest you're paying for the view from the revolving dining room (which is great). However the service really isn't up to scratch from our experience, found a hair in one of our appetizers and when we mentioned it the waiter was fairly nonplussed, took the plate away and brought the same dish back with the hair removed, also just gave the impression of 'can't be bothered'. Overall, great for the view, but a bit lacking in value and customer service.
This restaurant offers an incredible experience by having a combination of food and view. If you want to surprise your loved ones you should definitely check this place out as the view from the top of Toronto is absolutely ammmmmmmmmmmazing!!!!
Today is my. Birthday and went to 360 Restaurant to enjoy a nice meal with my close friend. Our experience at the restaurant was not great. The food was cold and the desert was awful. For the prices they charge at this restaurant you would expect a better meal than the one that we received.
Great place for a romantic evening. Make sure to check what time the sun sets and make your booking 30 minutes prior to that for a fantastic sight! Food is good too, pricey but also includes a visit to the observation deck, which is about $20 on its own I believe.
Yes it's touristy, but the food's actually OK and the views are something else. No trip to Toronto would be the same without going up the tower, so why not have a bite to eat whilst you're up there?!
One of Toronto's best attractions! The restaurant is located above the glass floor and is a unique experience. If you are looking to impress, go to the 360 restaurant! Nice view, excellent service and food is amazing! The restaurant is moving at a pace around 360 degrees /hour and you can see Toronto and it's suburbs. Don't go to late at night, as the sightseeing experience is not so great! Best timing is 30 minutes before sunset ! At night there's lights decoration outside the CN Tower that are also amazing!
The view from this restaurant is absolutely amazing. My rating would definitely be lower if I based it just off of the food. The food was very mediocre, luckily the view from that height made the experience much better.
I love the view from this restaurant . It s a cool experience as it revolves slowly. The service was good and food okay but quite pricey . I think you pay more for the experience .
Excellent dining experience. They need to increase the menu options. Price will be app $75 per person. I am giving low rating due to limited menu options.
I absolutely loved the overall experience of this. This much more recommend then the normal entry tickets especially if you consider the prices of those, the food comes at a low cost.
You enjoy the 360 view of Toronto, peacefully at a nice pace while enjoying some good (not the best) food, but it is the overall experience that counts.
Food was reasonable, killer view. The restaurant can get a bit loud. There is a wait for the elevator to go up but it makes up for it as you get access to the observation deck after dinner. Well worth the visit :)
Having lunch while taking a 360 degree tour and admiring the entire Toronto area is a fantastic experience. You have to book in advance or you run the risk of finding availability at unsuitable times. 360 is accessed with a dedicated line and the price of the cn tower is included in the meal starting from the 2-course menu. Dishes served too quickly. Good quality but I wouldn't say excellent. However, the emotion of the place overshadows any consideration. Friendly, helpful staff.
The view is amazing. The service is very good and the employees are smiling and helpful. The food is ok. We took the 3 course meal and selected from a choice of available options for appetizers and main. The food seem to be prepared fast. The food quality is not 5 stars but I guess for the price and considering the view it's still well worth it.
We went to the 360 Restaurant for my birthday dinner. The view was fantastic, and our server, Carlos was friendly and attentive. The food however was WELL below average, especially considering the price. ($120 for 8oz steak and half a small lobster) Compare that with The Keg at $40 for the same meal that tastes much better.... I cannot in good conscience recommend 360 restaurant.
A must in Toronto, with a magnificent view. Try to come early in the evening to see the sunset. Regarding the restaurant part, nothing special: the dishes were good but a rather high price / quality ratio. You will pay more for the exceptional place than for the food. At 2, we went out for $ 350 (2 appetizers, 2 starters, 2 courses, a dessert with a bottle of wine). The waiter could not do enough, maybe see too much because he was ubiquitous and we had the right to see him every 5 min. Maybe there was another reservation? On the plus side: with your reservation you have access after your meal to the glass door and other attractions. However, nothing comparable with the exceptional view you had during your meal!
Nice views, good service and staff. Unfortunately price is very high and food doesn t taste much. Was in fact very disappointed food wise(bland and small plates), we paid 240$ for two without any alcohol, it was worth no more than 150$ taking into account the location and views.
The experience I had at the 360 restaurant was great. The food is great and theres a great scenary. However, personally I thought there portions were to small. But other then that it was great.
The food was disappointing. However the view was amazing. High price tag for simple dishes with flavors that didn't compliment each other. The waiter was nice and noticed I didn't enjoy my prime rib which was not cooked correctly.
Expensive. Obviously. Worth it though! The four times I have been the waiters were not friendly. They didnt seem happy in their jobs. The views and the food make up for it though.
The food is good and of course the views are amazing. Despite it being a touristy spot, it's still one hell of a fun time. It is pretty pricey, but is much more reasonable when you take into account that with your meal you get to go to all the observation decks for free.
