We went for lunch on the second day that they had been reopened after being closed due to COVID. The staff was super attentive and went above and beyond in making the experience memorable! The food and our server Jeff were great!

View is great, food is average including the dessert (ordered raspberry peach verrine and I was not impressed).
Very pricey so yes expect $$$.
Service was good.
AC is at max in summer so yes a light blazer would be great to have.

We decided to go here for lunch. Its quite expensive but included the cost fpr going up the CN Tower, so worth it, right? Not even close. The tower in under construction, which wasnt noted anywhere. It was foggy so we had no view at all. Ignorance on our part, but we had no idea there would be ZERO view. our app was gross. It could just be that we dont like crab apple dressing. They took mine away essentially untouched (two bites). Nothing was mentioned about it on either of our parts. My main was pretty good (Quebec Chicken) though my husbands was not. 45 day aged prime rib and it was overcooked. There was about 2 tablespoons of potatoes on the plate. The service was severely lacking. I didnt have my water topped up even once, and they didnt stop by and check on our table at all.

Had been a couple of times and service and food is everytime worst. Is good to take someone that is visiting the city just for the show, but definitely from my last experience will never go there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed of the service, very rude server and the quality of the food was terrible. Nice design but not quality and quantity.

Only good thing of the night was the cesar salad. Oh! And of course the views of Toronto are always magnificent.

We were looking forward to our meal at the 360 Restaurant. Well, location was fabulous! But the service was very poor. They came from left and right not knowing from which direction the next time. No warm welcome. We felt like we were in India with a French meal that was the size of kids mealsl. It was a cacophony. Although we enjoyed the company enormously, we were 6 people, we were unable <to live the experience>. The size of the bill made the whole experience even worse. Never going back!

Great food! We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the food eas more than decant! The only thing was that the bread was cold and stale, so serving butter beside it was kind of pointless. Maybe the place is more health conscious and does not promote the extra carbohydrates.
The rest was perfect!

This place is simply considered one of the best dining experiences, In my experience I found this place was very pricey (be warned), but the justification was the view, atmosphere, and name rather than the food. The food was quite delicious, but not worth the prices listed. The revolving view of the city was breathtaking, my only regret, was that the lamb rack chops were not served well done although I asked for them, so much for $80, well regardless of the little flaws with the food (taste wasn't worth the price), this is definitely a place people should visit for the environment and the view.

Restaurant was excellent. Best value at the tower - book lunch, get a window table and watch the city circulate as you eat a great meal. The prime rib was the best food I've had in Toronto. Do the Sky Pod after lunch but make sure you have a head for heights!

Omg. Words cannot describe how you feel when you walk into the restaurant. Absolutely amazing. Took me ages to order my food, as I couldn't stop looking out of the window. Awesome. Well with the cost, as you can go to viewing platform, and see the glass floor. If your brave enough, you can stand or lie on it. I wasn't. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience! Tried the Indigenous-themed menu by Chef Wolf + the associated exhibit. Food was all fresh and delicious. Highly recommend checking out this menu before its gone! You have until the end of March. Great service, amazing view, + dining here includes your ticket to the top of the CN Tower. 5 stars from us!

Absolutely stunning view from the restaurant, it's one floor above the observation deck.

Takes a little over an hour to perform one revolution. You can dine for lunch or dinner and then go down to the observation deck.

I would recommend getting a ticket to the skypod before you eat and skip the queue for later. We had to wait 45 mins so we didn't bother.

The food was average, $60 + tax + tip (so more like $90) for a 2 course meal which looked amazing but was below average.

We got the beef takaki and caesar salad for starters - both were delicious, which gave us high hopes for the main meals.

However the main meals were disappointing. We got the fish and the duck leg. Both were very dry, flavors were not too bad but for the price you're more so paying for the view than the food (but I would do it again, perhaps at night).

Could not believe how the hostess treated my father! When he asked for a table, she looked at him and said they only serve full dinner then shoved a menu at him. When he replied that's fine, she said they were full and had no tables to which a waiter next to her started snickering. If you are a classy restaurant, then act classy. Management needs to teach their staff simple decency and manners. My father was angry and appalled but he had enough manners to not make a scene.

It's a trendy place for birthdays and such , we had good service, the food is tasty and artsy looking, beware portions are small . We have been here many times in the past, it appears to be under new management, prices are high as always been so if you don't mind to spend more than average then enjoy. By the way the view when weather permits is priceless especially since the restaurant is rotating at a steady but slow pace ,will be back again

Good food, Good ingredients, Amazing view! The place is very touristic, however very pleasant experience. If you're looking for the romantic side of the place you must sit by the windows. Overall good place to eat with an amazing view, but don't expect a 5 stars service at the table. The service was average.

As usual, this place always makes me feel special. From the service to the wine selection to the food, everything was exceptional. Had the prix fix menu because U wanted to try all the courses. All was fresh and seasonal and had a wonderful lightness that was deceiving as we were all full at the end. If you are on a budget, I would not recommend. Go for your special occasions and you will not be disappointed.

You can t beat the view of the city but unfortunately, the food was just average. It s a pre fixe menu where you choose an appetizer and entree. I choose the lamb pasta and the trout. Both were lacking something. The pasta was not al dente but the lamb was good. The trout was flavorless but the spinach and mashed potatoes were good. Overall, just an average meal.

Worth the view but food is disgusting. Literally DISGUSTING. Apparently it s prepared earlier in the day and then heated up prior to serving.... this is what the Manager shared with me after I complained. You would think for $100 per person, you would get mouth watering food.

If you appreciate food, don t go there because you will be extremely disappointed.

The food was mediocre and overpriced, do not take the suggestion of getting two sides with your dish. The food given is enough and not needed for more sides. The service was dreadful which was not expected after booking this dinner for a wedding reception with close family and friends. I would not recommend this restaurant for any special occasion especially if your looking for great service.

Overall the experience was not great. The food and the views were spectacular but the service was terrible. For the price I'm paying for everything, I'd expect nothing but the best.

I ordered my food and drinks without a hitch. When the coffee for the table came the cream was curdled. I sent two coffees back asking for new cream. I ended up waiting about 39 minutes for the coffees, and this was only because I asked maybe 3 or 4 servers where my coffee was. It took so long to get the coffees that I had to send back the other two to get replaced as well since they got cold waiting for cream.

After this issue was resolved the main server decided it'd be a fantastic idea to check on my table every 5 minutes. I understand he's trying to make up for the previous mistake but there's no need to come check on us everytime you pass our table.

The food and view is great and is the only reason you should go here. Don't expect good service.

Great experience with the gorgeous view here!

Great experience with the gorgeous view here!
Although the food here is not directly proportional to the price, the scenery is definitely worth it! Recommended to experience!

Went there to celebrate our anniversary expecting to enjoy the view... Turned out to be a snowy day.. Just tough luck.. The food made up for that.. Service was good and the food was delicious.. Went for the 3 course.. Was so stuffed we couldn't move.. Expected to be pricey but worth for the occasion..

This place is all about the view and the ambiance. The food is good, but nothing to write home about. Perfect place for a date or upscale business meeting, but otherwise you can get better food for much cheaper elsewhere. Dinner includes free access to the observation deck, so make sure to check it out after your meal.

Absolutely amazing, well worth the price considering it costs 35 just to take the elevator to the top of the CN tower, and thats included in your 65 dollar two course meal. The steak was perfectly cooked, and we weren't rushed at all. Go an hour before sunset so that you get to enjoy the view as the sun sets over our beautiful city while you eat. Then see the city lights after your meal from the lookout deck or try the glass floor, also included in your meal.

Not all tower restaurant gets a rating this high from me. I have been to some where the food was just not enough and worth with the hype and of course the price.

I am a big foodie and it does not matter as much to me to pay extra for food as long as it deserves it.

Thank you Chef and the wait staff. Front and back of house congratulations and keep up the great work!

What I had : Atlantic Salmon Fillet & Roast Beef Prim Rib amongst others
Favorite: STRAWBERRY TART and SHEEP S MILK YOGHURT
What you must try: seafood platter!

Worth the visit itself, which is stunning, to be able to climb the tower without queuing, to enjoy the view in the restaurant that gives the 360 degree turn. But for the value you pay (expensive) the food is disappointing. The salad was very good, but the main dish disappointed! The service was just ok, nothing too much trouble for a minimum tip of 15%.

Great place to go for dinner for a date or with a small group. Great food!!! and ofcourse a nice view of the Lake and the nearby island. It was cool since we could even see the kitesurfers out in the water over at the Toronto Island. Kids had lots of fun. Highly recommend. *Hint* if you book in advance for dinner you get free passes to the observation deck in the Tower, otherwise its like another $20 per person.

360 CN Tower restaurant it's a magic stop you have to try.
Needless to say the view of all Toronto area is amazing, you can spend hours watching to the horizon.
Food is pricey, but delicious, I can say it's among the best in the city.
Need to highlight that attention is out of this world. Our waiter was patient enough to explain us (tourist) several places we spotted.

Worst service ever! I have been to CN 360 restaurant a few times with ok experiences but this last time was horrible. Our server Natasha was friendly and that was the only positive thing about the service. Food was cold, it took forever for her to show up overall, food took forever, even coffee took enormous amount of time. The view is gorgeous but you pay the price for it. Lady giving instruction for getting the elevator was rude. They seriously need to improve speed and kindness of people.

Good

Eating at 360 is a yearning for young Canadians! CN Tower is the pride of the Canadian people. Young people can eat at 360, especially for lovers in love, most like Tiffany on 5th Street in New York, the same romantic sanctuary. Our trip was to visit relatives, and several monks and nieces were born in Canada. A total of 12 people had a single Canadian dollar for dinner. Food and service levels do not allow five-star hotels in New York. The family is happy and always remembers.

Once in a life time experience! Amazing, amazing food, incredibly atmosphere - a 360 view of the city while the restaurant slowly rotates... pricey but we'll worth it and you know the price range going in!

Just had dinner at the 360 tonight with my father. It was for my birthday so I've no comment on the price to go up to the restaurant (if there even is one) as my father took care of the reservation etc.

Once past the understandably brisk security personnel it was easy to navigate to where we were supposed to go first which was the coat check. The ladies who took our coats were funny and professional and fast, both dropping off our coats and picking them up.

The elevator ride attendant had interesting facts on the way up which I know is standard but really added to the excitement of racing up to the top of the tower.

Once at the restaurant we were seated quickly in a very comfortable black horseshoe shaped booth facing directly outward to the windows/view. The extra place settings were promptly removed and our waiter took our drink orders shortly after. My father requested his Monte Cristo coffee be served with his meal. I had to request his drink once our meals were served but things can get busy and I don't begrudge the waiter forgetting.

My father ordered the 20 oz prime rib with a baked potato and green beans with almonds on the side. I can't remember the difference between prix fixe and a la carte but we both ordered the separate sides with our meat dish. I got the 18 oz rib eye with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potatoes on the side.

The bread they brought was cold. Not even room temperature. My father was brought a smaller portion of prime rib than he'd ordered, with mashed potatoes and green beans (with no almonds) under the portion of meat. He was then brought his baked potato and the much larger portion of green beans with almonds he'd been expecting. Not sure what the mix up was there but the waiter acknowledged it. My steak was cooked perfectly but the mushrooms I'd ordered were served tepid which I wasn't expecting and didn't at all enjoy. Otherwise the meal was fine. They brought me a dessert with Happy Birthday written on it and a candle which was sweet.

The service and view were fantastic but the meal was eh overall. I honestly expected better food.

truly an awesome experience, by heading late enough (around 8:15), the retaurant seemed tO be almost half empty but the service kept up. Food was amazing and drinks seemed fair. After the dinner around 10:20 we headed to the observatory which was practically empty as the observatory wasnt allowing anyone more to enter and we got a really unforgettablr experience! Would defnitively reccomend

It's expensive but it's worth the cost if you can afford it. Portions of variable size (tiny entry, generous rib steak, dessert ok). Canadian wines by the glass very well as a side dish. If your budget allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views.
