End to end to an professional service, Excellent salesmanship in terms of understanding customer needs, offering the products and Competitive pricing. Very Happy with the business I did with CMI Toyota!!!

The entire deal was managed in a very professional manner. Stephen was very supportive and understanding in terms of my requirement, throughout this deal along with his team of Shaun and Rob.It has been wonderful experience in terms of service and timely communication about my vehicle.

Delivery was well planned and arranged. Handover of the vehicle was done with detailed explanation about the car and its features.

I would like to thank CMI Toyota and in particular Stephen for an excellent display of customer service.

Completed a major 160, 000 km service on our 2008 ...

Completed a major 160, 000 km service on our 2008 RAV4 but was shocked when was told the bill would be $1100. Was not informed what the charges would be when making the booking. I have never had a service costing that much in all my years owning various cars. At the most a major service has only ever costed between $350-$500. Might have to take my loyalty elsewhere for servicing from now on.

Very poor, brief description of my last 4 services...

Very poor, brief description of my last 4 services.
50,000 kms told to pick up at 3pm still waiting at 5pm
60,000 kms- told to pick up at 3pm, still waiting at 5pm...
70,000 kms- Left a spanner and an IMPACT DRIVER worth $6-700 in my engine bay. I only found them after 10mins of driving, heard a spanner hit the road and pulled over, found a snap on impact driver in my engine bay....
80,000 km- told they couldn't do it due to lack of staff, had to come back from work to pick it up.

These guys are awesome. Wade and the boys where so good to deal with. I wasn't even looking to buy a new car but the deal was excellent. I love my new Hilux. Keep up the great work. PS I think my wife will starting talking to me again soon...

Big and nice show room, but the staff feels lack bit of motivation?? U may need to look around by yourself for few minutes before someone come to you. Someone may like it anyway.

I have only been here once for a car service & it was very modern, flashy & impressive. The staff gave me a sealed newspaper & a bottle of water on drop off & an SMS when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Blake made the entire process easy with providing information and advice in a manner easily understood. Buying a car can be a bit overwhelming and Blake took that overwhelming feeling away completely and did a great job of looking after us and getting us into the car we wanted. Dealt with the used car part of the business and was impressed with level of customer service,only grizzle was making payment,only one person does the financing/payment arrangements,need a second EFTPOS machine and or person of responsibility,we were waiting for quite a while to make cash payment,think it could be simplified a tad

Bought brand new car, did all the cap priced servi...

Bought brand new car, did all the cap priced service, and still the tyres worn out at 250000 kilometres. Gave a call and told that even though in the last service i got the wheel alignment done, why has this happened. They came back and said we can't find any thing wrong looks like your tyre pressure was low that's what has caused the issue. Just useless CAP price service to attract the customers to buy new cars. No sure if they really do a good job in service or just make money in just listing 10 items on your service bill. Not going back again.

Just went to pick up the car, spoke to service manager, he assured everything gets checked during the service.

Took the car delivery, started driving just turned the fan on it makes noise. Well it's 5:30 and closed so left an message to call back. Will inform what happens next

Please read this...
Toyota manager says the company tyres has got 25000 km life, so what you got out of yours is right. I went to a tyre shop and bought new tyres and i got the guarantee from them that this will last for 50000km. So this is how the sales of Toyota work, when you question them, instead of solving your problem they kick you out without getting to the dept of the issue.

My experience with CMI Toyota - Adelaide, West Terrace was devastating.
I was scheduled for 1 PM on 11th May 2016, to enquire about used RAV4. The consultant (Robert) wasn't very interested and showed no interest at my queries.
Somehow he was judgmental and thought I do not have buying parity. He was very rude and said "you are waiting my time" on my queries.
I would like to say, mate - show your temperament at home.
No customer means no business to your employer and you would have all the day to waste.

Just want to share my experience with Subaru, next door was very appealing.
They entertained my queries and I did buy a new Subaru from them and I am driving a brand new car today.

Very friendly staff who helped a lot, I went to buy parts for my car and they were so nice and helpful definitely a five star, found what I needed and got it, when you go for parts make sure you have your car VIN handy it will save you a lot of time getting the correct part for your car, there is some park spaces in near side streets and they have parking lots as well, didn't go there for service but the waiting area for service reception was very nice

Service Manager Tristan is the real star though - service departments can break a relationship if they are not good and do not have good leadership , but Tristan is without a doubt an asset to CMI West Terrace

Worst customer service ever ! When I purchased the car 3 years ago at 69,997 km from CMI Toyota used-car dealership, no one told me that the 70,000 km service had not been done, and no one suggested to do it. Now 3 years later I am losing money when selling the car because the 70,000 km service stamp is missing !!!!!!

Got my 90k service done for my Hilux today the guys had it ready on time and checked out a few little queries I had with the car as well. They were very straight up with it all and explained what was in this service and the next one.

Just had my brand new Toyota 86 yesterday interstate and chose to get a service before crodsing the nullabor. Was greeted in a friendly and easy going manner, then explained what the process was and asked if i had any questions. I stated that if he could be as quick as possible as i was trying to reach perth and if he could do an engine oil service. He gave me an approximate idea of vost and said he would see what he could do. Just under 90mins later he returned with everything done. Price came in under he quoted, so very happy there.
From start to finish i was impressed a happy with my experience. Will highly recommend this place.

We had an awesome experience at CMI thanks to Carley, she looked after us really well from the first day we met until delivery day of our C-HR Koba. The process was smooth and we got all the information we needed, we've been really lucky with the timeframe as well, not even a couple of weeks from the decision day to delivery! This is not our first Toyota in the family, but it is definitely the first one we love, the C-HR really looks cool, and thanks to the service provided and the amazing deal we made. I have bought a number of vehicles over the years from CMI west tce. They back their customers and make things easy (especially the selling bit!!). The service dept is professional and I trust their workmanship.

Highly not recommended for service or after sale service. Staff don t have any coordination or value for customers.
Just try to use false promises and than make excuses at the time of service.

I have brought my car and work vehicles here for 5+ years. Over the course of that time, service has become steadily worse. They fail to communicate effectively, do not follow instructions on repairs and as a result do not have cars ready at agreed times - despite this being arranged a month in advance. I will not be returning my car here for servicing.

It can only be said that it is Toyota's culture that leads to any Toyota car sales process, which can only be described by the word "chicken thief". The in-store environment is pretty good, with free coffee, but no small cookies and no soft drinks.

Excellent service from all across! Highly recommend to any serious buyers to drop by and check their drive-out offers.

Came in during the busy last EOFY weekend sale and got a great deal. Sales team were very professional in handling our inquiries - provided all relevant information and offered good deals on accessories but we never felt pressured into getting anything we didn't need. Great follow up and made sure the car was ready for delivery at our specified date. Handover was done very smoothly, no issues and great follow up from the team a week later in regards to how the new car is running. Glad we decided to buy from CMI. Special thanks to Carley who handled my sale!

Good place to get the car serviced. One thing that I am a little bit huffed about is that when we bought our great Toyota Prado, we should have been informed how the scheduled servicing works, because we never would have taken that on. I mean, we have just paid for a 80,000km service, when the real mileage is just over 42,000km. Seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Very much dissapointed with technical know how of technicians. My 2015 klugger has aircon issue. Temperature gauge is showing 12-18 degrees difference between top and bottom vent and yet techician recons this is normal. They keep on saying that all readings are showing normal. Not sure what car does have different temperature reading in different vent. Very disappointed cutomer!!! Never going back and not recommended!!!
