Do not buy anything from Global Ordnance. They charge you credit card right away days before shipping out your item. In my case, they charged my credit card and never ship the item. Contacted them over 10 times by email, but nobody response. Asked them to cancel for order, and still nobody response. They never honor your order. So I had to dispute through my bank. Global Ordnance will go out of business soon.
They are a top notch company! They stand behind their products 100%. The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with, Iggy is the greatest and he will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend Global Ordnance will do business with this company for many years to come. A+++++++

I placed an order with Global Ordnance early December and had some issues with my order. With 2020 being a crazy year (especially for companies like Global Ordnance) I didn't expect helpful customer support. I was wrong. To my surprise, I called their civilian customer support and my call was immediately answered by Loren. I was surprised how quickly and professionally he was able to address my issue, explained what happened, and made things right. I'm a happy customer. 5 Stars.
After getting a confirmation of an Order several days after I get refunded by them. They never said anything at all just bam refunded my money. No communication to tell me my order wasn t coming etc

I ordered ammo and other things for my rifle on March 28th. I understand in this current time there may be shipping delays but their website is worded to make it seem like it's at most 4-5 day wait. Awesome. Except it's clearly not. 3 weeks later my order still hasnt been shipped out (even though they were quick to take my money). I have emailed twice- no answer. Called- no answer. Used their chat box on their website- no answer.
Essentially they have no intention of carrying out customer service and at this point I doubt their intent and ability to carry out their end of the deal by giving me the products I paid hundreds of dollars for. Oh and in the meantime I have gotten ammo shipped to me like 3 times in these same 3 weeks from other retailers. So it's clearly just this company. Cannot recommend them at all.
UPDATE: on my 4th call to the company someone finally answered- the rep stated that my order could be an additional 4-6 weeks away from being shipped. This is despite on their website at the time stating only a 4-5 business day delay. I demanded a refund and got some pushback that it may or may not be doable depending on if in the warehouse the ammo I was buying had been merely set aside for me. Unsurprisingly, after 4 weeks at this point fulfillment of my order hadnt even been attempted, so I got my refund. I will never order from this company.

Ordered a small batch of ammo that was packed and shipped quickly, no problem. I then ordered bulk 9mm.... They sent an email 10 days later saying they over sold the lot but are expecting ammo shortly to fill the order (no time frame given).
Skip 4 months of no updates and no reply to phone messages. They then canceled my order with out comment. It would appear they'd rather cancel my order outright then honor the purchase now that prices have exploded and they can sell for a premium. Be careful with this company. You may get great service or they may hold your money, not send product, never update you on details and cancel without notice.
I'll be generous... Some decent products at decent prices. System error products sent late. They did ok expediting. However, if you have an issue you will not get support. Have a malfunctioning light laser and no return emails or calls.
Great people to work with, got my stuff right on time, I would recommend to anyone needing their products. Not to mention they have great customer service.

I bought one of the new Slovakian guns. Mine has a tiny problem but that is not the problem. My guess is that normal retail customers never get answered nor replied to. I called and left messages. All lines lead to "so and so is not at her desk. Please leave a message." It seems that same person's name is on every department. I emailed and it was delivered. No response. I left phone messages, no response. Out of an abundance or caution, I left two emails from totally different addresses and phone messages from a couple of different numbers just in case they had trouble understanding. After several days I finally got in touch with a human and was very happy with that experience. However, I had to trick them into thinking they were going to make huge money to get them to answer the phone. Oh, the phone messages and the emails? Still not returned and it has been over two weeks. I love the product I bought but sadly it will have to be the last. If I had known that they hide from customers, I would have likely bought from an established and responsible company. Choose wisely.
Refuses to ship products to active military members. Customer service was very poor when I called and tried to remedy the situation. They flat out said they would not ship to me because their compliance department tells them not to. Never had this issue with any other company before.

I found some of the best deals on the internet on this site. They also limit the amount per customer on the best deals so it doesn t disappear before you can checkout. If only their stock was unlimited! Shipping is also faster than most outfits. I definitely recommend these guys.

Horrible customer service. Contacted them about purchase shipping was told 7 to 10 day 15 days later after several attempts to contact was told " your order is in stock but we dont know when it will ship. Maybe next week?" Looked on there face book acount and looks like I far from alone.

Arpund the 11th I received the 9mm but I FIGURED THE 223 was delayed I waited till the 18th to call Global the following sat of course they were close?? So that data night I got on there FACEBOOK PAGE AND ASKED I didn't receive part of my order!! I got a mk message back in less than 10 minutes?? They would look into it Monday the 21st!! Bamm its here Wednesday the 23 a mixup on there end!! Great I tell ya thank you Global !!!
Shipped my package incorrectly and as a result I never received it. Tried resolving through USPS and Global Ordnance, lost 60 dollars and neither USPS nor Global Ordnance will respond to my mails or calls regarding the order I never received. I will never do business with this company again, and am charging back through my bank to receive a refund.
Edit: After posting negative reviews on their Facebook and Google, they immediately responded through email that they "pulled the order tracking information and we show your order was delivered as follows" with a tracking number to the package that was delivered to the wrong address, which I told them initially when contacting them, through phone, email, and even their Facebook page.
Coincidentally the USPS post that lost the package contacted me today, and said they're doing what they can to find the package they lost. But don't tell GO that, because their customer service is worthless.
They will not respond to any of your messages or emails. As soon as you order something they charge your card, but take weeks to ship anything. Once you finally get fed up with the complete lack of communication you have to jump through hoops to cancel your order. Why should I have to pay a 15% restocking fee when it takes them 4 weeks to ship anything and there is zero communication the whole time? This Merchant is abysmal, stay far away.
The people at Global Ordinance are very nice and eager to help with service questions or other matters during and after the sale of a product they represent.

I take back my prior statements. Company did get my order to me thankfully. It is as described. However, I never received an order confirmation and had no way of knowing my order would be shipped out in two separate packages by two separate shippers. Couldn't get a hold of anyone and never heard of anyone having trouble reaching my GMAIL account...
Ordered some ammunition even after reading through the poor reviews. It shipped in 1 day and arrived in 2. It's exactly what was advertised and I'm thankful. This company does honest business and I don't feel that you should be concerned when ordering from them.
I have personally purchased several items from GO. The people are easy to work with and generally most things are in stock, would highly recommend if your looking for products in the outdoor industry.
