I visited this Lexus dealership today and the experience could not be better! I went into the dealership just to look at their BEAUTIFUL Lexus LFA that was on display and I told the staff so. Although the staff knew that I wasn t a serious buyer, they were very friendly and always happy to help. On the side of the LFA there was a rx450h. I entered it and it has become one of my favourite SUVs of all time, in-line with the Bentayga. Superb job Lexus!

We popped into Lexus Adelaide and met with John regarding a test drive and finance for a new RX350. John was new to Lexus, but already had a great handle on what Lexus offered within their cars. John was extremely personable and helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for a Lexus to going and ask for him in person.

Recently I brought an IS300H from this dealer. I must say - I had an amazing purchase experience. Sales team ( James) and Finance (Huntley) they are the best people to deal with. James always goes above and beyond to help his customers at anytime and is very professional. I saw the this demo car online and purchased it without checking it live or test drive but James has assured me that he will deliver the car as new car and he delivered his promise in fact I was surprised when I saw the car. I had issue with my front park Sensors ( Check Sonar was coming up on screen ) I took it Lexus Adelaide and the gentleman I forgot his name but was tall young boy, very experienced, straight away he said, seems the connector not plugged properly and took my car inside and fixed it in 5 mins for FREE !!!!.
what else you want when you had decided to spent $350 on fixit it.

This is the second Lexus I purchased and again astounded with the highest level of professionalism in all area's. I was told by the manager of this dealership that they "throw away some lemons" here and there to keep the sales! I was looking to by an ex demo vehicle and this condescending attitude made me look away. Otherwise the service and other staff good, so three stars.
