I had the one plate that was supposed to be Italian dish with scallops, shrimp and muscles. For $18 I was brought a medium bowl of tomato purree sauce; it was very tasty, 3 muscle; they tasted weird, 3 very small and could tell were frozen shrimp, and 1 scallop that was cut up in 4 pieces. I never complained, but I did. I did get taken off the check and the manager did stop by and ask about it and was very apologetic. So there was that.

The restaurant ambiance is nice but service was not good and the food did not come out as expected. Was told Salmon will be cooked as medium which is perfect for me but when I got it, it was definitely over cooked! Pork chop was burnt outside, salty and lots of fats. My son's chicken finger came out and it was really thick, very greasy and it was still pink. My son took a couple of bites and that's it, he was making faces due to it very oily. Buffalo chicken wings were very tiny, I expected it to be the same size as Hooters Wings but it came in the same size as Dominos Pizza which does not fit knowing it was from Clyde's. I guess we came with high expectations. We should have gone to McCormick as we originally planned. I give it a 3 star mainly because of the ambiance. Our waiter never check on us and we had to wait for the first refill (the only refill we got). We would've wanted another refill but the 3rd time he came to us was to bring us the check.

Food was good
Lunch and dinner is better than breakfast and brunch
Service was just okay
Management was too busy dealing with the customer who seemed to complain about everything

I think this is the most pedestrian location. If you're interested in watching drunken, Millennial professionals crowding the bar like salmon rushing upstream for annual mating have at it. The restaurant seated eating area is separated from the bar area. You can avoid being innundated with noise by sitting as far away from it as you can or outside. I think the food, menu and wait staff are terrific.

What can I say... Just a super chill atmosphere with delicious entrees and appetizers!

The bar area is a bit tight (cramped for space) and music is always a bit too loud on the weekends, but the drinks are good.

On a personal note: I would consider myself to be a Bufallo wing aficionado. I gotta say, Clyde's wings are incredible with flavor reminiscent of Anchor Bar and Duff's.
So sit down, grab a beer and enjoy some wings.. You'll thank me later.

Great food, great service and delicous cocktails. Clyde's delivers fine dining experiences consistently at all of thier locations and Reston Town Center is no exception. The decor is 1920's rowing chic, very beautiful. Love this place!

Meh. That's pretty much what I have to say about Clyde's. Nice ambiance, but the food is hit or miss. One day we had a decent meal of salmon, the next we had meatloaf that tasted like a summer sausage and a steak that was bland. The service can be hit or miss as well. However the management was very gracious to refund a portion of our bill when our meal was less than adequate.

Awful! Table of 16 pre-reserved and we had only one waiter. Some of the food came out cold and took over an hour.one salad came out after all the foodThe chicken summer rice bowl was terrible! Kid's pizza was over cooked.Feel bad for the waiter, he really tried, but over all not a good experience!

Large party for after wedding brunch challenged the staff (understandable) but the food was quite good. Appetizers of deviled eggs and potato gratin bites were excellent. I had the smoked salmon croustini which would have benefited from a crispier bread base. The pumpernickel, which I expected to be crusty and dense was limp and unable to hold the generous toppings.

Very chill atmosphere, hits played all the time...a bit pricey but affordable...but that's just speaking in beer terms.
I would recommend this place to anyone in the DMV/Reston Town Center look8ng for a chill night out, even past midnight! Cheers!

I took the family out to the "Thanksgiving" dinner. It was the worst I have ever had. The food was all bland, there was no taste. Don't know who the cook was, but I would not want that cook in my kitchen. The turkey was very dry and hard. Just an over all real bad experience. Maybe it was just too much for them to do? And what brings this up at this time is that Clyde's is emailing me about having there Easter Dinner? Should I take another chance?

This was my first time having Brunch at a Clyde's location - I've been missing out. My family enjoyed sitting outside on Father's Day. We all enjoyed our food - three benedicts were served with correctly poached eggs, and the healthy breakfast was tasty. Liked the $4.00 cocktails available - nice bloody mary mix! Great spot to sit outside if the weather permits as you're in the middle of Reston Town Center.

The service was ok, but everything else was terrible. The food took a really long time to come and we didn't have access to the full menu because it was still the brunch menu at 2 pm. As someone who doesn't eat most meat except for chicken, there wasn't much I could order.

Some people ordered pizza off of the kids menu because there weren't many vegetarian options. That pizza was very tiny and tasted very bland, most likely frozen and reheated. The chicken burger I ordered was very oily, tasted terrible, and cost 15 bucks.

The drinks menu had mostly alcohol, so if you don't want that, you can have either water or a milkshake. There's no soda, lemonade, etc.

This is one of my favorite places. Their outside patio is great. Their service is usually very good. The food is usually very good too. Although, the last time we went the shrimp that came with the Shrimp salad didnt taste fresh, more like frozen! We told the waiter, who mentioned he will tell the chef, but not sure if he did; they didn't change anything nor gave credit on the bill, which is unusual for Clyde's!

Sat at a section at 8:30 (restaurant not full) and waited over 15 minutes for a waiter to come by, then had to speak to manger to even get water and a server. Service never improved. Manager did take 50% off bill, but didn't make up for a terrible experience. I know why I never dine at Clyde's! Better options at RTC.

We were at Clyde's for their NYE Party and it was a blast! Our Bartender, Allison G., was amazing and super friendly. She offered us fun suggestive drinks and just all round wonderful. The food was great, the party was spectacular, and the drinks plenty. Thumbs up here, will absolutely be back again!

Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, always an excellent time. If you enjoy horseback riding, sailing or flying planes, then this is some place that you will enjoy! Models of airplanes and sailing ships an equestrian photos and items decorate this wonderful wood-paneled restaurant. You will always have an excellent meal with outstanding service! I have never had a bad meal there and I've done there since they opened! A great place for memorable celebrations!

Clyde's was on our restraint rotation but with the parking drama at Reston, there wasn't anything special about Clyde's sufficient to put up with the hassle.
Clyde's is much as I remember. The outdoor area is open. The service was slower than I like but not horrible. They showed a large meal menu and a huge wine/beer menu.
My group ordered Walter's, Bratwurst and another sandwich. Portions were large-ish. Presentation was ok.
Nothing really changed my mind. The meal was nice but not nice enough to put up with the parking cost and inconvenience.

Nice ambiance and decor. Had the crab cake, which was pleasant. Service was attentive - no complaints, would check out again. As far I could determine, did not find any free parking in the surrounding area after 7 PM - $6.00 parking for two hours.
