The situation is magnificent, although a bit expensive
Super tiny rooms and TV was broken....great location though.
Technology didn't work as well as i expected but overall good and in a very convenient area.
Great location. Great room. Very clean and up to date
I have stayed in many places overy life , and frankly , spend 30 bucks a might more and stay at the Sheraton.
The room was the smallest I've ever seen
The bathroom was the size of a small walk in closet
The sheets , were dirty and worn.
The bed cover was threadbare
Equipment broken or out of order
One ice machine for 150 rooms
I've stayed in better hotels for less money .
Stay away .
Good location, near many amenities. Transportation isn't far from here, including the main stations. You can walk your luggage here from South Station.
Hotel is okay, but the ones in New York are less dated.
Business focused hotel in a fantastic spot downtown, with free WiFi and bottled water. Nothing glamorous, but covers all the bases and does it well for a fair price
Club Quarters Hotel in Boston is the best place to stay in the city
Poor customer service. Two night stay. Check in and get to room. Two TV's in room. No TV service on both. Call for help. 20 minutes later gentlemen comes to room. Tries multiple things, no service. Say he will call maintenance. 20 minutes later and get call saying no maintenance until morning, and no other rooms so they can't move me. I leave note with manager when I leave in the morning along with my business card. No call. Get to the room tonight, fancy remotes gone, old school remote limited channels, no guide, very blury.... Problems happen, you are defined by how you solve them and handle them. Total Failure.
I like CQ as a business hotel. Free wifi and good location makes it great for that. The room is clean; it came with a yoga mat. The free, filtered water is a definite plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a great base to wander around Boston. I found it weird that we are only allocated one washcloth upon arrival, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. We never did figure out how to work the alarm clock. We just unplugged it. But these are complaints that I can handle given the other positives. I am sure if we had asked for help, both would have been remedied, but they didn't rise the need to be "fixed" for us.
Small room, no microwave, fridge, or free breakfast. Pricey, but good location.
The hotel is slightly older and the rooms are small, however, the staff is amazing and the service is wonderful! They always have a selection of coffees and teas I. The lobby as well as bananas and granolas to grab and go.
Great experience. Very giving with unlimited sodas , water and snacks. Netflix in the rooms. Very quiet and classy.
Excellent service and cocktails. Would highly recommend to anyone in the seaport area. Also very nice interior decor
Good business hotel. Staff is friendly and WiFi is good
my main complaint, i left a 2 very personal books, once home and realize this , MARCI Miles, the name reservation under called was directed to post and found where no one answered, we left a voicemail explaining the situation. the recording stated a return call would happen within 24 hrs.. it did not. The following day i called to be told the mgr was in a meeting to call back in an hour or two, i was directed to her voicemail where once again i left a detailed message. again no return call. at 4:50 the same day i called again, was told no one available , to call back between 8:30-4:30. i do take responsibility for it being left, although i was extremely ill during the stay and while checking out to catch a flight.
there was small things such as the coffee bar not being restocked in the room, but that could be overlooked. Not being able to reach someone in charge that might be able to provide answers is a big deal to me
This was a perfect pit stop for my wife and myself. The location is amazing. You can walk to anything. We were greeted at the front desk by a young lady named Carla who was so nice and helpful. She left us with an amazing first impression. She guided us with any question we had. We stayed up on the 11th floor and the rooms were perfect. Just the right size for two. We turned he fan on and that white noise made it impossible to hear anything going on ok the street below. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back. Thanks again.
Our experience at CQ was good. Not great, but good. The rate was affordable, particularly given the location (you're right in the center of Boston). The room was decent, but missing a few easy touches that would have made a big difference: no pencil or pen, room service card, bathroom fan for privacy, or king-sized bed. The fitness room and bottled water were nice touches, and the communal meeting spaces were very decent. I wouldn't hesitate to grab a room there again, given all of the good (and little bad).
Very small room. In addition, very noisy ... No soundproofing
So I booked this hotel through Expedia, Expedia overcharged me by mistake, so I had to cancel my entire reservation & this hotel would not refund me. Horrible service.
Location is great, near downtown financiral area. Good location to manage surroundings also by foot. Small Lobby but friendly employees. Rooms are a bit small, but i didnt like the bed- linen feels like plastic. Allover good price.
It has a pleasent atmosphere, a great location and the staff are helpful.
A great little boutique hotel in the financial district.
Rooms were a bit small but fairly small. Free water on each floor was a plus!
Kitchenette ????? A sink, a microwave and a fridge. What is the difference apart from the microwave with a standard room? And anyway: old hotel, sad rooms and carpets that should not be seen ..
Good location small room. Cheap furnishings. Cheap remote and limit TV selection. Far to few staff. They were friendly. Restaurant for hotel forget it. This hotel looks upper scale but has a cheap hope nobody noticed feel. Rooms were clean but very small.
Did not meet expectations. TV didn t work in our room. Took forever to get service. I was promised a free breakfast for the hassle. I never got the voucher for that evening. I went to the front desk and explained what happened. I got a funny look asking for the voucher like I was lying. Alot of money to park your car.
Upgraded to family room without asking stayed there 4 or 5 times will stay again great location for downtown Boston..
Cool place to stay in the Financial District. Good access to Boston Commons, Fanueil Hall, and Freedom Trail.
Nice hotel, clean, upgraded where it matters, not upgraded where it doesn t, this helps keep the costs low but the quality as high as possible.
I've been here several times and wasn't really looking forward to coming back as my experiences in the past were "meh". However this time i believe there have been some remodeling done. The shower was no longer cracked and falling apart. The bed was a king size (so much nicer for 2 people to sleep in). The digital keys finally worked, the check in and check out process was smoother than it has been in the past. Great job.
I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean. The hotel is located in the perfect spot, walking distance to many things. We definitely enjoyed our time here.
Clean, comfortable room. Small though. Spotty wifi.
There was a problem with checking in as there system didn't recognize my card. I was able to get checked in but had to wait while someone went and tried there machine again just to see it wouldn't work. The rooms aren't bad but they are fairly narrow compared to what was expected.
Small rooms but clean, great location, free coffee and bottles of water. Recommended.
Rooms are a good size for downtown Boston. If you are in need of refrigerator you have to request a room but at least they are available. It's nice that the tavern that's attached is always open during snow storms
my first time here.great location .rooms are little small.not enough towels though the staff very friendly. .
Helpful staff, considerate when my credit cards had an issue.
Club quarters is a budget hotel in the middle of the city. I highly recommend you take their upgraded room to get a decent place to stay!
Great location with easy access to public transport. The guest lounge is extremely convenient and all of the employees have been super friendly and helpful. The room is smaller than most, but not at all cramped and has everything we could need. Only complaint was that our toilet was awful, barely flushed (when it flushed at all). Had to try 3-4 times to get a tiny bit of toilet paper down. Fix that and it's 5 stars.
Near post office square and not far from state street and Government center
love the location close to everything berry nice and clean
Rooms were nice, front desk workers were accomodating and helpful as well.
My family and I just returned from Boston yesterday and we stayed at Club Quarters near the financial district. We had a smooth check in by a wonderful front desk agent (which I regret not getting his name) who was quick and super informative. We were a group of 7 so I appreciated a smooth process getting in. He not only suggested some great places to visit in the city and Salem, but he filled us in to all the Covid-19 restrictions going on in Massachusetts. We all felt safe with all the sanitizing stations and protective measures they took during this pandemic.Alot was walking distance, so it was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Great beds great location in Boston. I Got 12 hours of sleep that just never happens for me.
Really nice hotel. Totally worth it for the price. Downtown Boston
Small but clean rooms. Minimal amenities. Wifi is sketchy.
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
Little things move the rating needle from Good to Excellent.|Bryan at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. His smile is contagious.|We appreciated all his help and positive attitude that made our stay more delightful.
I felt the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great place, walking distance to just about everything. Our room was always clean.
Amazing staff help me find my way around the city very close to what I was looking for fun!
Hotel is totally fine but customer service is poor thus far. Stayed dozens of times but cannot get ahold of manager after an added charge. Called 3 times across a week and still have not heard back.
Good place ... good price ... snacks and coffee downstairs all the time ... I would stay again
Nice property, professional staff, and great location.
Really great location, spacious rooms, and very friendly staff.
Clean rooms and lots of amenities. Would stay again, right in the heart of Boston.
Dumpy. Night staff silly and loud. Overpriced by a lot. Stay at the Godfrey next time. Won't be back
Well located hotel in Downtown Boston. It does not have its own parking lot but offers a discount in a nearby parking lot. This can complicate your check-in, especially at city rush hours. The mini-kitchen is well equipped, even with cutlery. There is no breakfast option, however. Comfortable beds and practical furniture. If you travel to see the city, you'll probably like it. But if looking for pool, resort activities or a hotel to spend a vacation with small children, look for another place to stay.
Nice room in a great location in the heart of the city.
Would not recommend staying here. Rooms and hotel are outdated, a little dirty, and not worth the money. I moved to the Sheraton after staying here and it was 1000% better. Only plus about this spot is the location.
Very nice and quiet hotel, rooms are a bit small for my taste but well worth the price i would say...
Great room for a really good price, convenient location
Great location. Walking distance to Boston common and Subway stations. Small but decent hotel rooms. They have free purified water in the hallway on my floor (5th but I guess that should be the case on every floor) which is great! The least thing I want is tap water from the hotel room so I love this feature. Front desk people also very nice. I asked for an extra comforter and they delivered it. Great place given its affordable price.
I just checked out of this hotel on Saturday. It was a great location. The area with snacks etc was nice. But my problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. My back still hurts.
I went next door to the resturant before checking out to have breakfast and it was very good. When we came out of the restaurant we went directly to our room. The door was closed but upon entering our room thier stood a maid, she had cleaned the bathroom, made the bed and was dusting. We had not checked out, I needed to use the bathroom, when we aked her what she was doing she just stood there like no big deal. My friend was with me and I went into the bathroom and was so uncomfortable knowing a complete stranger was just outside my door and was now vaccuming. While we were at breakfast I had left my purse in that room with over $6,000. And some expensive jewelry. This whole thing gave me the Creepiest feeling and I felt violated...I still had two hours before checkout. I paid 453.00 for this room and good of felt safer in Motel 6 for 60.00. What a bummer to the end of a special trip to Boston.
Also had to ask 3 times for help with luggage as my taxi cab driver patiently waited which cost me a much larger tip.
DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT SAFE IF YOU ARE FEMALE AND ALONE.
RIP off for what you got. Seriously in need of a refresh and what's with the extra person surcharge. Won't ever be staying here again. A Rip off even by Harvard Graduation week standards!
Very nice hotel, in a place very close to everything. Coffee and have free drinks. Excellent and recommended
Great place to stay for the few nights I was in Boston. Very attentive to guests and provide answers to any and all questions
Hotel was very clean and the every staff member I talked to was friendly and accommodating. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, but the bathroom was on the small side especially the shower. Overall a great stay!
Excellent central location. Room a bit small but clean and excellent services
The hotel was very nice. Welcoming and courteous staff. The restaurant was excellent as well.
The staff is outstanding! The room is nice. The location is fantastic to be able to walk to sights in Boston.
Just like a home far away, clean rooms and good location and very friendly front desk girl
Very poor customer service. I had multiple false charges and issues here. I'm really disappointed
Rooms are a littler smaller and the building is a bit older, but good value for what you're paying.
