Friendly staff, clean room, just very small with thin walls as others have stated. The location is awesome. Couple blocks off freedom trail and located in the center so you can head either way and not have to do it all in one day.

Ok price and decent location. King beds are two twins zipped together and they're not very comfortable. I'd try for a queen next time, which might also give you a bit more space in these small rooms.

Great location right in the middle of downtown Boston. There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Quincy market is just a short walk away. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Overall a good experience for us.

Excellent place to stay in Boston. The coffee maker in the common room beats "the evil Keurig" in the room, comfortable bedding and courteous service from all of the staff make it great. Parking on your own is inexpensive for town but the traffic patterns are a pain.

This hotel had everything we asked for, with nothing frivolous. It was nice to have the meeting area, free coffee while my wife and I waited for our taxi. Very convenient location to some shopping and sights. Rooms were clean and spacious without feeling cavernous. TV was equipped well, wifi was good and free. Added bonus of free puried chilled water, which I took advantage of thoroughly. Overall great experience, easy in, easy out. Modern. Nice overall.

CQ Boston is in a fantastic location. Their hotel is too notch, quiet rooms and halls, daily snacks and fresh water machines on every floor. The rooms are smartly small sized with all the amenities you need. My only complaint, particular to this CQ, is their uncomfortable firm beds with a split in the middle and lumpy pillows. Over multiple stays there I often do not get a great sleep.

OK hotel. Friendly staff couldn't overcome small rooms and mediocre accommodations. Didn't help travel sites bill it as 4 star when it's clearly 3. Convenient location to Boston Commons and bay area.

No frills hotel but just what you need. Its in a great location, which to me is walking distance of most attractions but also in. Quiet street to get away from the hustle & bustle. The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful. We stayed in a suite which was great with my little one. I would stay here again

Basic small city rooms, it should be cheaper than surrounding rooms. It's relatively modern, but the room suffered from some lack of thorough cleaning and fully effective air conditioning. Ok, but as long as the price is lower it's an alternative to the more expensive hotels. No parking on site.

I hated this place. It said 4 stars when I booked it and it was not. The staff wasn't very friendly and it was hard to find. I thought it would fun to go to Boston for my birthday weekend but it wasn't. Not returning to Boston or ever staying bat this companies hotels again. They place wasn't very clean the sink had blood in it. Stay at a motel 6 or a Super 8 it looks about the same or better depending on the location. I was very unhappy with this place.

If I was rating the guest costumer service staff only the hotel would have 5 stars. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Carla (She is ). was very helpful to check us in and during our stay at CQ Hotel. My room was very clean and confortable, one of my colleague expressed concern about his room. The issue was resolved shortly after the hotel was notified.

Can hear people all night long opening closing doors and talking. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ordered breakfast in the morning and was sent rubbery french toast in a box covered in potatoes and chives. Best part was being able to watch Netflix. Very expensive for the way it was. Staff are very nice though.

Stayed for a week in December. Fairly good location that s easily within walking distance to sights. Quiet during the weekend due to the finance district. Clean, well priced and room was a decent size. Friendly staff. Free water and if you need an iron and ironing board...it s in the hallway closet.

I got this hotel for a steal on Priceline. The location was ideal practically right on the Freedom Trail and within walking distance of everything. The air conditioner didn't seem to work well and the TV is not great, it's UI is overly complicated and Samsung disappoints yet again with a TV that freezes and restarts excessively. But I only used the place to sleep. It was clean and centrally located. I do not know if I would pay full price for this hotel hi however.

I chose this hotel as a surprise for my wife's 30th birthday. I told them ahead of time that it was her special day. They surprised her with a sign in the lobby with a balloon and even included wine, flowers, and chocolates in the room. They went above and beyond in service making this a memorable weekend. Truly great service!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! It's evident how everything is designed for the convenience of the guest! Free snacks, (good ones!), fruit, and high-end coffee downstairs - learn, big and expensive hotels that give nothing gor free! I asked for a fridge and it was instantly brought into the room. The only downside is the gym closing at 9.30pm - why? It's 24 hours everywhere else.

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The front desk staff was very helpful at check in. They use an automated system and the lady at the desk walked me through it. The location is excellent! I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go in about 7 to 16 min. There are T line entrances close by as well.

My wife and I made a reservation for this hotel. Unfortunately I was given military training dates that fell on the dates of our reservations. The hotel is unwilling to accommodate us on the matter since I must make this military training. Terrible service and not military friendly!!!!!!

Had prepaid many months ago for a trip in April. Obviously the virus prevented that. The hotel did not have to but it did refund our money which was very kind. Once this is all over we will definitely be back and will definitely hope to stay at CQ Boston. Good luck to you all. Thanks.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff and a well-appointed lounge with ample seating, free coffee, and snacks. The room was small and clean with everything I needed. This is ideal for business travelers and tourists who are not looking for a resort experience.

The rooms are surprisingly decently sized, despite the other review. I like being able to open the windows in the room. the interior of the room is decent, but not great. I liked the power outlets and USB ports right next to the bed, it was super convenient. It kinda sucks having to go to another floor for ice and snacks and the exercise room, but it seemed well stocked. There's a nice room downstairs with computers and printers you can use. I didn't really interact with the help much, but I was disappointed I wasn't told about the upgrade. $20 extra a night is pretty decent for an upgrade. Overall a good experience. It's in the financial district, so there's not much to do at night, though the bar right next door was decent.

Staff were more interested in their phones than the customers.!

I arrived and had to deposit 50$ per night as a deposit on top of paying for the room in advance. This came to a total of $250 deposit which I was told would be returned to my account in 5 business working days. It is almost a month and I have not yet received my money. After a number of calls to enquire about about the delay, I was given incorrect emails addresses to write to management, excuse after excuse about why I haven t gotten my deposit back and I am still trying!!!. Awful hotel, rooms were never cleaned properly once I arrived, sheets were kept the same over my 5 day stay, never changed. I wouldn t recommend people stay here.

Won't be staying here ever again. There's more economical lodging in Boston. Rooms are small, lack charm, and overpriced for what you get. Customer service was middling to poor. Regret staying here and giving them business.

The hotel is well located to walk around Boston as a tourist. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast not included but got a nice market near the hotel where you can buy whatever you need.
They got a small room to dine if you buy food from the market.
The beds are kind of small though.-
