Rooms, food, drinks, pools and service have all been amazing! I have been to all inclusives and despite this not being one, I would prefer to come back here on my next holiday

A beautiful, small resort with a family feel. One of my favorite places to vacation.

A very nice location, private condos on the Medano Beach side of Cabo town. Right in the heart of the city, so close to everything. The units are very rustic, mexican style villas, amazing artistic architectural native design. They're timeshare units, making it very exclusive & very well maintained. Some units even have their own pools! A restaurant right on the beach serves excellent mexican & american fare, especially seafood. I can't wait til our next trip.

I've been to Cascades about 6 times. The service is always top notch and you cannot beat the location and view of the Sea of Cortez. The food and drinks are great, a little pricey but worth it. The two for one margaritas during happy hour are strong and this place has the best tortilla soup I have had in Mexico.

Very clean rooms the very respectful people who attend and their first level facilities.

Super beach place with an incredible view, transparent waters and the impressive visit of international cruises, in addition to a great family atmosphere. Recommendation for everyone to come and meet and enjoy this beautiful beach at the end of the map of southern Baja California.

This resort is amazing! The villas are gorgeous, spacious, and are what you'd expect from an on-the-beach stay. The restaurant has great food, the pools are fantastic, and the staff take great care of you. 20 paces from the private beach is the ocean where the Gulf of Cortez meets the Pacific. Downtown is very close. I highly recommend this resort.

Comfortable, classy great food and entertainment, love Daline and Diego Tuesday nights. Smoked pork chops were delicious.

Perfect for relaxing. Not useful if you want to get drunk and party...

What can we say. This is a great place. The service is great, the restaurants are outstanding a, and the view is magnificent.

The place has a very Mexican feel to it. Highly recommended.

Near the beach and 2 swimming pools, it is the most indisputable of the place. The rooms are also very luxurious. Attention, the location may vary, it is possible to find yourself in a bad position ...
The climates give on the terrace, which means that when you cool the interior, your terrace is overheated ...
Clientele: mostly American, often with young teens.
Shopping: inside, a shop at prices adapted to tourists, so expensive. Ditto for the restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem. You are far enough but also close enough. The people are great. Everyone is here for a good time. This IS Cabo.

Excellent place to rest and enjoy the sun and the beach

Super quiet site really made to kick back and rest ... incredible internet speed, 8-10MB per user. And its super friendly staff !!!

Fabulous restaurant just steps to the Sea of Cortez with unobstructed views to The Arch, plus delicious food and great service. You don't have to stay at the resort to go to their open air, palapa roof restaurant. Also off street secure parking is provided for free. Revisited there again yesterday and had the grilled Parrot Fish and hubby the Jumbo Shrimp with bacon and cheese. My fish was a tad overcooked but the white wine and caper sauce made up for that. My hubby loved his shrimp. He said what's not to love about all that bacon! Deserts were delicious. On a previous lunch we had the Shrmp tacos and enchiladas - yum! Highly recommend!

One of our favorite spots for breakfast. Delicious and affordable and your feet in the sand. This resort and restaurant have an old quaint authentic feel.

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE beautiful and super nice people working there and guests. Would consider being an owner for anyone that loves being treated like a King in a fabulous atmosphere close to Cabo however secluded for comfort.

Great food, good entertainment, especially love when Luna Itzel is performing.

Located right on the beach, within sight of El Arco and a 5 minute walk into town. The rooms are incredible and nothing like the big box style resorts where all of the rooms are the same. The staff are amazing as well- I had a minor issue with my ceiling fan and it was fixed within minutes of them being aware of it. As long as I vacation in Cabo I will never stay anywhere else.

The best attention and equal treatment both abroad. Like the national. Good wifi connection

The location is great for walks on the beach. The rooms are spacious and relaxing.

Terrible customer service. We got placed in a room facing a wall, next to the kitchen.
Because we were on our honeymoon (and this is a common honeymoon spot), we asked for a room that wasn't next to a kitchen. They did move us to a nicer room, for three days, until we left for a 3 hour excursion and come to find that all of our belongings were bagged up and was all in the manages office and they explain that they messed up and didn't realize the owners were coming so soon, and that they gave to put us back next to the kitchen. When I pushed the subject further, the manager got upset and told us we were lucky they weren't charging us for what they had to pay the owners because there was a problem. When I asked how that was our responsibility in the first place, he said well it's not, but we could still charge you since you stayed in the room. He couldn't care less about our happiness and gave us Terrible customer service. Seriously stay at literally any other hotel. 0/10.

UNREAL!!!!This is the only place I will stay at in Cabo San Lucas. The staff is awesome the grounds are beyond beautiful, food is excellent, you look at the tip of Baja from the beach, short walk to town and lots of activities to take advantage of. This is my little village that I love. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'll be back every year!

Spectacular resort. So well maintained, clean, and very friendly staff. The accommodations are lovely, bright stylish and modern. Right on the beach and also offering 2 pools with hot tubs. This is truly a vacation destination we will visit again.
