Great place to stay for a quiet and we'll maintained resort. Villas have all you need to cook in your room or close enough to head out for dinner.

I am staying at this resort. The steak I had was wonderful.

It is a unique place for me since I can not go followed, it was a pleasant experience because the employees are too friendly and the place, the view is perfect.

This fence where you can take drinks called tabasco that is on the beach. The place ar is very cozy and the rooms are comfortable even to have a romantic night with the wife. In addition everything combines with the environment. In the place there are many people of use.

Reasonably priced, gorgeous, comfortable and spacious rooms. This resort may be quiet for some, but we wanted a place to chill. Highly recommend.

This resort is a great place for families or a romantic getaway. Multiple sizes of units available. The quality of construction is tip notch. The staff is kind, helpful, accommodating without being smothering! They truly seem to enjoy their job and want you to enjoy your time. I felt like a long-lost friend immediately! The beach area is well maintained with lots of room for everyone. The peddlers are constant but not invasive. Eat the food! It is freshly prepared and to your specifications. Definitely a place to return often.
If interested in a timeshare, this is a good investment. Talk to Pedro- low-key, no pressure sales.

Just got back from here yesterday. I picked this place after reading so many positive reviews, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The place is very dated and our room was dark. You would have no idea you were somewhere sunny. The room had 2 windows that are made up of bamboo with just a screen over it. This allowed for mosquitos to get in to our room. The pools we're nice, but they only have 2 very small hot tubs which are more warm than hot. The restaurant was just okay. We ate there 3 times and my meals were average. The service was good.

On the plus side, the location is close to everything and the beach is beautiful.

They are timeshare villas but you can eat or drink in your beach restaurant, have good promotions in drinks

No shampoo, conditioner, TV or other common items. Not only that but when we arrived they had lost our prepaid reservation and walked us around while they figured it out. Showed us a suite like they were going to upgrade us and then stuck us in a tiny room in the corner of the hotel. The process took over an hour and the service was horrible. I have been to many resorts around Cabo and this isn t anywhere near the level of hospitality, service or quality of any comparable resorts.

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

We went to visit friends staying there. Nice place, older decor and with a 70s vibe. The restaurant for food and drinks was pretty good. I'm not a fan of hearing the city party-side of the city, but if you like the night life this is a great place close to the action.

We love Cascades for breakfast and lunch! Enjoy the amazing views of the Arch! Great food, moderately priced, great service. Dine beach-side!

It is the most quaint and beautiful place to stay in Cabo San Lucas Mexico bar none. Not at all like the massive hotel like setting but more like individual casitas with very personal family like attention. FIVE STARS!!

This place is our home away from home. We've been staying here for 20+ years and look forward to our annual vacation here. 5 stars all the way!

Our go to place in Cabo for an excellent hamburgesa con cueso! Eat at your table on the sand with superb service. Margaritas are great! If you prefer something else, just ask. Love this place, we have been going here since 1994 and will keep that tradition alive!!
