One of the worst hospitals in the world , Dr giving medicines which is not for pregnant to take and all the diseases which cannot be treated the only answer we get its genetics !!!! The doctor will tell you he/she cannot treat it but will never give you a report of it !!! This is not acceptable .

A wonderful experience, the hospital is sophisticated and opens the breath, the staff is very helpful and the doctors are excellent, and the wonderful thing is that they allocate to each nurse reviewer with whom he is long what exists and thus there is crowding and delay for the auditors

Very unreliable and Below average patient care and welfare, if you want utmost medical care for any condition, don't go to this hospital, not only they will book your treatments according to their preferred time and date (which is rediculous, each individual has their own daily responsibilities like work, kids and household to look after too) not just to wait when they prefer to do your treatments, your medical condition had gone worst before you can do any treatments, customer care call center is horrible unhelpful, there are far better hospitals around whom you'll be taken cared of, full of regrets stepping my foot into this hospital and having been checked by them, the medical provider didn't do much just kept typing on the computer, if I'll go to wedmd app Ill get better understanding on what to do with my condition.

A distinguished hospital in all respects
The building is distinctive as if you are in a 5-star hotel consisting of several buildings and floors, there are ground and paid parking
The clinics are many and varied. The restrooms are available everywhere. There are several keffiyehs and a bakery. Doctors are good. There are some delays. The reception is distinct. The pharmacy is available. Most of the excellent hygiene medicines are available.

Really is a good hospital and good treatment and very competent doctors and many doctors their are foreigners also.

Great Clinic with professional doctors and high standards facilities

Have to say, this is a truly they put the patient first and have extremely customer excellent customer. Both the staff and doctors were very professional and treated the patient with total kindness.Booking the appointment is a bit lengthy, however, it is worth the wait. This is the hospital where I trust to take care of my health issues and that of my family members.

Although I cancelled my initial appointment to see someone else quicker, the staff were very thorough and pleasant. I have heard great things of the clinic from others. Please be aware that their pricing is significantly higher than any other western clinics, my initial consultation was set at ~2,000 AED. Comprehensive insurance is a must.

A very Beautiful and Organized hospital. Exceptionally clean and maintains the highest medical standards. It s always a relief going there. The hospital is calm and brings peace to the ill s heart. Always worth the trip from Sharjah to Abudhabi for health checkups and Ophthalmology follow-ups.

Don t go for pain management, got me on a good regime to manage my pain, then another doctor comes in, stops all my meds straight away and I ve suffered so very much. Controlled drugs cannot be withdrawn like that.

Very bad customer service wasted my time over the phone

Worst hospital I've been a patient of. The information on the website isn't even correct. The international number doesn't work, neither do the email. It's pathetic all around.

This hospital has excellent doctors and nurses.

Very overpriced for everything. I was down to have surgery but decided to get it done in Prague, Czech Republic, where the same treatment was 95% cheaper. I guess they have to try and pay for the flash modern facility.

I ve heard a lot of complains regarding Cleavland clinic specifically diagnosis inaccuracy and I went further regardless of that and booked an appointment. Now I can say I regret that I did not do the procedure in Mediclinic AlNoor Hospital or Shakhboot medical city at least they are right on schedule, accurate in the appointment given to you. My feedback regarding Cleavland clinic is one of the worst in appointment, accuracy, listening to patients needs...and many others issues. In short don t go and waste your time there.

Call Centre informs insurance is fully covered with no copayments ,which eventually wasn t true .despite my constantly emphasizing on the same .aesthetics are good ,but professionalism very bad .15 mins in my apptt I am being called by a nurse saying the doctor has to go for an emergency for an hour .which is surprising as m quite sure that clinics and emergency should be covered by separate surgeons .the nurse asks me what y complaint was feeling as to ascertain whether my complaints are less imp and can wait -very apathetic .after that I wait for 30 mins with no details of who and Whne will I get to see a doctor .
Very bad experience and possibly last one for me .

I tried to get appointment to the hospital by calling 80082223. explain that i have symptoms of flu and I need to see doctor, the reply was not to have chance because the clinic was too busy. they don't fine way to understand the customers needs and fine best way accommodate any emergency cases. I called another hospital near by the answer was we have general doctor available all time to take the case like you please come ( this was Burjeel Hospital ). I disappointing from Cleveland clinic behavior and attitude when patient call hospital he is suffering from pain and cant wait for appointment specially with ENT problems happen everyday. what value of the nice building with best facility if not fulfilling customers need and become fixable.

Good hospital with great doctors.. But sometime I feel the waiting time is longer than other hospital especially in infectious clinic and internal medicine + neurology clinic.. Otherwise it's a good hospital

A wonderful hospital in the sense of the word in terms of the medical staff and employees of the reception department (with their good handling) and attention. Until now, praise be to God, we did not suffer from waiting for entry to doctors in most departments, but some appointments can be delayed .. The administration is a complete nightmare. The contact centre employees will not give you complete information. Furthermore, when you arrive here, the staff will make your experience a nightmare. There are some nice people here but most will try to put allegations on you, harass you and put the blame on you for their shortcomings. They will also say that they will look into your complaints and deal with it but the reality is that the are deceiving you and do not have any sort of protocol. If you respect yourself, I advise you to go to another hospital. Abu Dhabi is a great city to live in, there are many better hospitals here.

You can never reach them on the phone. Such a shame. They always seem professional in all their marketing and PR. But they don't bother hiring a telephone operator. I will go be sick in some other clinic.

The overall organization is very bad. I always have to wait around 1 hour to see the doctor although I have appointment.

Moreover, I had once an appointment with a doctor and when I arrived they assigned me to a different doctor without informing me.

Also, I called once to book an appointment for eye test, but the lady booked me with a doctor that doesn t do eye test. I went to the appointment and I wasted 2 hours from my time for nothing.

I had a heart operation the experience was amazing and I say thank you so much because you saved my life special thanks to Doctor Khalid al Muti and and the nurses that took care of me. But when I finished the operation they booked for me another apointment for Urology it was today at 10:20 am so I arrived on time and then I got rejected because as they told me only today That we Dont Accept Your Insurance and I was shocked bcz I had the operation with My insurance card and all was covered but only today I got informed after I got rejected that they make it exeptional before but now they can't do it and even I complained at the patient experience also they couldn't fix it this is the reason Igive 1 star only.

This hospital needs to develop its skills in treating patients abroad starting from receiving the first call to fixing the doctor's appointment, where he took about a month to reach the treatment services abroad. Then it needs to be developed and quickly to give the patient the value of the exams first-hand, through the department s secretariat. Then he needs doctors who are more efficient than they have the skill and skill in determining the patient s priorities in terms of hospitalization or preliminary task checks. And they must be the person responsible for them in the service of treatment, a lieutenant of them, who shall not cease from them. I booked an appointment by phone with ENT specialist. I arrived the hospital, had a long procedure because they told me it is my first time in the hospital. They asked me to pay then after that when I entered the clinic and the doctor came, while talking to him I realized he s not ENT specialist! I have to book again with ENT and pay again!
I came to Cleveland because I thought it is a very good hospital. But my experience with them was really bad. When I complained they said they have to go back to hear the phone records and bla bla bla. I spent 4 hours of my day just in the hospital with no value!

Do not be fooled by this hospital. It does not represent the American Cleveland Clinic policies. The first being you do not turn down patients or demand money up front. They denied my three year old, but offered I paid cash in advance. As a Cleveland native, and a student of Cleveland state university, I m so ashamed of our fine clinic name being tarnished at this hospital.

I came into the ER with a bad cough. The process was very quick yet thorough. The doctor and nurse were both amazing and had me feeling better in no time. The only negative is that they don't accept my insurance yet, so I had to pay up front and be reimbursed, but it was worth it to receive the care I got. I would absolutely recommend Cleveland Clinic to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.

We always wait for a long time for the doctor, if we come late, if we come on time, if we come an hour before the appointment it does not matter!!! They should solve this timing issue! And BE ON TIIMMMMEE!

Very clean and organised, there is sometimes a long waiting time to get your medicine! Other than that it is one of the best medical facilities in UAE

The hospital, administration staff and nurses are great. First class facilities without a doubt. However what is the point of offering an 8am appointment if the doctors are never there. This has happened to us on more than one occasion. There seems to be no consideration that patients have work to go to or that we are happy to sit around waiting for no one to turn up on time. If doctors are unable to make it to an 8am appointment then simply do don't offer it.

Extremely unprofessional. They gave me an appointment after one month to see my CT scan results!! I was unable to come @8:40am due to their locations being inconvenient for me. I called to ask if I can still come later and they said yes. I came and they said wait till the doctor can see you and they don t know how long the wait will be. After nurse checkup, they said the doctor can t see me after A THREE HOUR WAIT!! Had to scream out of frustration at the front reception Area to finally get in!

I came to see an ENT as i completely lost my voice and been coughing for 3 weeks.
To be honest didnt have an appointment so I asked if i can be seen. They said yes. Waited 2 hours then when i was brought it to see the doctor, he stood by the door, as an ENT doctor didnt even do basic check up, and sent me to emergency because he obviously panicked i had corona. I had no fever i needed to be seen.
Sent me to emergency while i waited for over 2 hours again (keep in mind that if i wanted to be at the emergency i would have came in myself) to be told that lets try nebuliser... not even with the doctor i was referred to.
I am still here .. waiting... since 9 am, not a single person checked me until now for nebuliser.
My symptoms were:
*Cough for 3 weeks
*Complete loss of voice for 3 days
*Vomiting food coz its getting stuck in my throat
*Difficulty breathing and swallowing

Nebuliser will definitely help without a single check!!!
So frustrated i just want to leave but after waiting for 5 hours i might as well get the nebuliser and report this further later.
Am tired, am not feeling well, and this is not what i need now

Awesome view, nice design but unfortunately we're looking for health care not a hotel. They have one of the worst doctors I've ever seen! They have nothing to do with medical, I doubt they even studied medical school?!??
I've waited 2 months to see a specialist and when the day come,he didn't even checked me. He randomly gave me 4-5 pills which has nothing to do with my situation.

I believe they give this stupid pill to so many patients. They gave it for my husband also before I've seen with my own eyes, without checking anything they just giving it to so many people and it's not a pill that you can joke with! It used for psychiatry patients with some serious side effects!! My husband couldn't drive or go to work after taking this. Google it, you'll see. And in my opinion especially when you're taking medicine from Cleveland NEVER EVER use at least google it. Even Google knows better than most of the doctors they have! Luckily my mom is a nurse so I've better chance to learn more about pills in general.

5 star hospital Superior service, sophisticated treatment and advanced capabilities contains an enemy of cafes and supermarkets and organized until there is a travel office

Went to their emergency for a case of allergic reaction and was treated by very good nurses and doctor. However, all went downhill after going to their pharmacy dept to get my prescription. The pharmacist is very unprofessional and not friendly at all!

My sincere thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses, Helpers and all others involved in running of this institution. Such dignified approach and professionalism in all spheres of hospital operations desreve to be publicly mention and commended.
I was the patient from 24th to 25th June with stroke alert condition. All is well now,thanks to all involved

The emergency department is very organized and helpful, correcting all the tests, and treating them thoroughly

In my opinion the Cleveland clinic and hospital is one of the best hospitals in Abu Dhabi, if not the best.

Don't expect budget pricing here but then again who would want to have budget medical treatment?

The doctors and staff are recruited from all over the world with a preference of highly qualified and experienced US, UK and European trained specialists.

The building could be confused as a luxury hotel and is modern, bright and spacious throughout. It is divided in two main sections, the clinic and the hospital.

The car park is huge and located undergoing with easy and separate access to the entrances of the clinic and the hospital.

The medical equipment is state of the art and everything is done in-house.

The eye clinic is very well managed and the doctors and specialist nurses are professional, polite and friendly.

Highly recommended if you ever need anything medical.

As a caution, Check your health insurance policy as the CCAD may not be covered by your health provider. Some providers obviously are cost conscious and don't necessarily want you to have the best medical treatment available.

What a bad impression, waiting time exceeded more than one hour to see the doctor
By the way I ve registered my mother like half an hour before her appointment time and no respect for a woman who her age more than 63 years old.

I am Dr Richard Bebb s patient from home. Dr Bebb is an incredible doctor and he is the only reason I travel all the way from Dubai to Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi to get treatment. It always nice to see his nurse,Anna, she is very professional and extremely nice.

Dr. Hussam Younes in the vascular department does not know how to deal with patients, does not respect senior citizens, and does not work with conscience. I was accompanying my father because of his dissatisfaction with this doctor previously and to verify the situation, and during the appointment we asked him only one question related to the review and the patient's condition. He told us, "I have many patients, and I will not leave you at night," as if we were visiting his home and not in the hospital. The incident has been documented and videotaped for the purpose of proof. The Ministry of Health and the management of Mubadala will be contacted to submit a complaint against this rude doctor.

The fourth visit to the hospital punctuality and ease of getting an appointment as soon as well as the attention and excellent care compared to other hospitals in the state I hope to continue it
