I think this hospital is the best in the Middle East

O brothers I need the names of furnished apartments near the hospital, preferring to walk on foot if available and thank you.

I didn t have a walk-in experience with them, however i was on the que on the phone for mor than 30 minutes. So what is the first thing comes to your mind!!!!???? If the cant answer my phone, how they will answer my medical needs. So disappointed

This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.
back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.
After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.
I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."
I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.
The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.
The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.
I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.
So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.
Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.

The slowest service ever. It took me 2,5 hours to get eye surgery consultation.

Came in though the emergency room, they took our car, registered and they took us straight to the doctor, we didn t even wait.

The receptionist, nurses and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful.

I m a happy patient, defiantly coming back.

A very bad hospital, there is no handicraft or clinic for the treatment of children lasted more than three hours without benefit and was transferred to the Khalifa Medical Complex.

I came personally to the hospital to inquire Executive Health Check. The female local doesn't know anything about it and told me "just call the call center, they will tell you", I told her Im already here and wants to check how's the process. She said "I cant understand, just call them", Very unprofessional approach, she shouldn't be there in the reception if she cant do her job well. Good thing, there's a direction in elevator and manage to meet one of the coordinators and explained well every single detail I asked. Besides from that, the hospital looks great and comfy. Nice view, very relaxing.

The hospital is sophisticated in the sense of the word and the utmost attention. But the treatment is slow

This is just for the receptionist who picked my call.. she was horrible. She took 5 minutes to understand my question and another 6 to process and reply to that and I speak wonderful english trust me. By the time it was done, I was so annoyed that I didnt even book an appointment, never ever spoke to such incompetent receptionist. Do you know what she asked me? What disease do you have, I told the symptoms but she asked me to tell the diagnosis.. so when I have the diagnosis why would I need a hospital? I can very well look for medicines too wherever I would've found the diagnosis.. god help the people who talk to her

We dealt with the hospital the first time unfortunately do not be punctual and you are keen to collect more amount of the patient

Everything is good but appointments for doctors are given to late. May be the time we get the appointment date the patient is already dead.

Amazing facility for treatment. You don't feel you are in a hospital. Extremely professional staff as well.

Unfortunately, a hospital in which all the patient needs equipment, equipment and medicines .... But the human competencies miss it significantly !!! Every doctor is in conflict with other doctors Alternate how to treat any patient under these circumstances ?! Not only the foreigners (Britons) who do their best work during the treatment period, we hope there are people or people correcting this imbalance to get a good reputation should not spend money on people without conscience professional.

The Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi is an outstanding medical center not only for locals but also for ex-pats and their families.

The personnel is very friendly, competent and serves the patients with a very positive passion.

It s a showoff hospital, selling medicines and Surgical operations on behalf of the government, under cover of one of the best western hospital in the world, the government did everything to improve the medical sector but its hard to eliminate the quorum

I don't have any personal experience with Cliveland hospital but the environment is very unique and beautiful...the outside ground and all is really remarkable...so many people used to come to work out, to become healthy. The exact duty of the hospital, give healthy life. That exactly Cliveland did..I am really thankful about that...But from few days some of the ground is blocked... today is international yoga day and I am requesting you to open that ground again. We will be thankful ...

Worst and slowest pharmacy ever. Eating time is hell and wrong diagnosis. Would not recommend. However nice design and good coffee at Starbucks on the ground floor. Lol

A brilliant place (my experience multiple times). Environment is fantastic, elegant, sofisticated but purposeful.

The service has been excellent. The staff have been extra polite, willing to help and appear knowledgeable. From my perspective, the organisation is quite functional. The wait is short.

I am particularly impressed with the documentation handed to the patient after the visit. Organisation of information on the sheet(s) is far beyond what I expected.

I sincerely hope my experience does not change in the future.

After you wait for an appointment for more than 2 months, you pay for the consultation first, then you talk to a nurse. Syptoms and all kinds of questions. After, the doctor will come, look at xrays and MRI-s. His opinion being said, he will recommend a procedure. Insurance will approve it, but guess what, nobody will call you back, no matter how much you insist, to make an appointment.
Go another hospital!

I visited the ER for abdomen pain. I was promptly helped and seen right away. The staff was all very helpful from filling out initial paperwork to the Pharmacy. Doctors and nurses were very caring and kept me updated everytime they had information I needed to know. This is the best hospital Ive been to in UAE. Thank you Cleveland Clinic!

This hospital has the best doctors/facilities in AbuDhabi but the administration is bad if you complain they will ignore you or even blame you for the issue.
If you want to take an appointment you need to wait at least a month .

A medical teacher who has the first experience in the Arab world. Excellent humanitarian services, professional medical equipment and modern equipments. The building can not be described as large and high in a location near the middle of the sea. It contributes to healing and my testimony came from being a guest of this teacher. .. The name of this Hospital may raise a lot of great expectations and confidence in you, but after your visit, you could become totally disappointed.

Unfortunately, many of the Doctors whom I was unfortunate enough to meet, could prove nothing but their incompetence.

Finally, the surgery that I expected them to do, and which they refused to do, had to be done in a much smaller and less known Hospital in Austria.

Most surprisingly, even after paying a very heavy bill for that useless visit that did not benefit me in any manner, still, a week later they sent me an additional bill which also had to be paid, for the entire day that was wasted in that Hospital that could offer no treatment to my problem.

If planning to visit this Hospital, first try to find out the competence of the Doctors whom you will have to meet and the general reputation of that particular Department, so as not to waste your hard earned money and your entire day.

Every thing is good .. except waiting time , at least they can give us the expecting waiting time to avoid waste of time

Beautiful facilities. Very bureaucratic approach, not user friendly. Call center agents were very rude when we called to obtain copies of the medical report. We were self pay and were told that the invoice will be mailed within two weeks

Very very bad experience, 3 weeks waiting to get an MIR done that couldn't get done, and 3 days to get it canceled.
Worse medical experience of my life.
I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. It more of a show then a place to get proper medical treatment.. I would give a zero star if possible....

My son has been admited to the emergency with a high fever , although they did not reduce his fever but they released him without a my notice, i went back struggled to re register him to the emergency again after a While after i insisted they found that they have infloanza A , i think its more like a hotel than having good doctors , please dont leave your child alone with those doctors

Has been the go to doctor of the family and friends for colorectal concerns over the last 2 years .

As it's reputation I recommend it to every friend have medical issues, Doctors are very very good and honest they are at the top of their corrirer.
Hospital management is excellent, but some staff especially the front desk staff of some clinics are mody and doesn't meet their tasks requirements, however in general most of the staff are very nice and helpful.
Advice to consider:
When you reach the front desk of any clinic or lap the ask you to hand your ID and then ask you to wait . If the time pass 15 minutes and no-one call you , check again with the front desk staff , that's happening in common.
Public relations sttaf are very helpful and they like their job , you can feel the ambition if happened and you met one of them .
Appointments take long time . Generally two to four weeks ( depends on the clinic) sometimes six weeks , so arrange in advance.
Another advise: be aware that there is some nurse staff are under training , so be calm and do not nervous of their questions and communication method .
Ask if your health insurance covers your issues before you get deep, otherwise you'll pay much .
