Every time they call and they scare us for no reason and the call center they have no idea why do they call and when we call them back to know wats the reason they start to tell any reason from there mind without even asking the doctor or the nurse,, the result was good but we really had very bad experience with the call center they need to educate them

I just left the hospital this is my 2nd time to come and leave without being seen their call center and appiontments are bad

Incompetent call center or customer "CARE" center. Puts you on hold for an average of ten minutes and provides no answer to your query all the time. No call backs or whatsoever. Also, huge hospital with limited doctors. Their famous line? "The next available appointment is next year" WHAT A JOKE. Such an incapable facility. Don't judge it from the shiny facade, it is the definition of Pretentious and it is nothing but EMPTY.

Through my experience, one of the best hospitals in terms of health care and treatment..the rooms are like a five-star hotel. Dr. Ammar Khair and Dr. Walid Hasan are among the best doctors of high concern and handling .. Thank you

Well I meet the worst doctora in my life Doctora Pretty (neurologist) before a knowledge you have to be human being, you make me feel there is no humanity in the world. Firstly she never introduce herself while she entered the room and even worse than that not communicating with the patient, simply passing massage to computer.(Auto lab ) and without saying any single word she told me take next appointment to another department , Was horrible experience she don t deserve to be a doctor.

Excellent treatment every single time and with all doctors and nurses. Apart from the beautiful interiors of this hospital, they offer the best treatment in the UAE.

Admittance to emergency is fairly quick according to severity of your condition. Booking an appointment is also convenient and they call to confirm/remind.

I once had a very severe emergency case and while a specialist doctor was not available, other doctors took great care of me and I never felt worried.

I also had an outpatient surgery and I was well prepared for it, and doctors educated me very well on my condition, it s side effects and the procedure. I went to a doctor in a Dubai clinic and he barely explained 10% of what the Cleveland Clinic doctor did. The surgery went very well and follow up was comforting.

I know a few people who had their surgeries here and none had any complaints about the treatment. Very highly recommended hospital!

State of the art hospital in the capital of UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Registration was very smooth and fast, however unfortunately the general doctor in internal medicine could not treat a simple illness and referred me for a CT scan and appointment with specialised doctor, was told they would call me to give me the appointments,, it has been 5 days and yet to receive any calls (keeping in mind no medication was prescribed to relief pain until the necessary scans & appointment)

I arrived for free flu vaccine via walk in around 6 pm then give my Emirates ID 30 mins had passed but they are still not calling my name. I check the cubicle they dont have patients inside. They are just sitting there.

Hospital staffs and doctors were kind and professional. Had to wait 1 month for the appointment but i was fine with that considering the amount of patients that are coming in on a daily basis. Overall had a marvelous experience. This is the hospital for you if you need a quality treatment.

I went for emergency, my ear was infected the level of hospitality was very high starting from the emergency reception desk to collecting my medication from pharmacy what is really bad and surprising is that I have been confirmed by the doctor and nurses that I will get a call for appointment with ENR by Monday but no one called me and my ears during this time got worse by the infection even with using the medication.

What is surprising more after waiting on the line for 10 min they told me that when there is availability I am gonna get a call for appointment. Without taking care that I said I am worried about my ears I didn t have much pain before but now it s too much painful they gave me this untrue excuse because I am sure hospital like Cleveland would have a near future schedule and call it s clients and give them appointment.

This is really bad impact about this well known name .

The hospital seems nice and is clean, and their staff has been friendly. I have been a visitor several times. I give a low rating because of the outrageous prices for food and drinks. To get one simple bag of Lipton tea, you are charged around 10 dirhams, without the water. Buy a whole pack outside for the same. I advise you to bring your own food and drinks from outside if you will be staying or visiting anyone here.

since last week Im trying to take appointment the suit our schedule, but your staff keep on sending sms with app, they pick it, why cant they call? is that how much you care about clients???????

Fooooooooooq wonderful hospital Beckfi reception and the way the treatment, God willing, frankly I wanted to deal with them very much and I visited the thoracic department

they have good doctors but the contact center dont speak arabic an and until you find someone you need to spend maybe 20 minutes to get some help and if you want to complain also the incharge mr benj or so was not arabic!!!

The emergency parking is far from the emergency response

Don t go for the ER, they don t know how to diagnosis of the condition.

Im not sure if he is Indian he told me medicines are not available and gave me the paper immediately and turned his face to another patient and when i asked him where can i find them he said i dknt knw in a very bad way as if he didnt want to assist

I can t believe, I waited one month for the appointment with the doctor, he wants me to do some test and the appointment for the test is one month more, are you guys serious? I m suffering daily and I will wait two months for a diagnosis ? Wow!

Went to imaging to schedule appointment as told to, required personnel out for lunch, receptionist promised I could leave and that I would receive a call within 1 hour maximum, 2 days later and I have yet to receive a call. Weekend begins today.

The caretakers and doctors here are the best I've dealt with in Abu Dhabi. State of the art hospital and as professional as it get. I've never walked in without an appointment so never had to wait a walk in turn at any clinic.

I do my check ups with Dr. Maria & Dr. Christine in internal med and they're both extremely sweet and helpful as well as the caretakers in the same clinic.

Thiqa insurance card holders get their treatment as well as medications completely free. Would highly recommend it for anyone to try it at least once to see for theirselves.

Pro tip: ditch the busy valet and use the spacious free underground parking.

My experience was really horrible I had an appointment but doctor arrived 1 hour later because of a meeting. How come you give patient appointment and ge has a meeting. It doesnt make sense

I have no issues with medical team... But i was requested to bring my medical record which i did and they lost them... They knew when and when and to whom i gave the records. They said they will check and get back to me... They never. Regardless of the money i wasted on the report and the inability for my doctor to review the reports to make the right decisions how can i entrust Cleveland Clinic with my personal information and my privacy if they cannot even protect my records...

Not to mention the long wait time to get appointments ... I was supposed to receive a call telling me if daman will approve the procedure needed within two weeks... Its been more than a month and communication whatsoever.

The care is so excellent God preserves our precious government
