This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.
back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.
After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.
I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence...."
I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.
The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.
The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.
I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.
So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.
Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.
