Hired Brandon as my lawyer but decided couple days later than I no longer needed his service due to my husband and I reconciling and trying to make our marriage work. I called the office and requested a refund of the $2000 I put down to retain Brandon and was told by the person over the phone that the office manager will get ahold of me within a couple days for me to pick up the check. It s now exactly a month later and with numerous calls I keep getting the same response, the manager will contact you to pick up your check. I will never refer this law office due to this situation and one person was being a little unprofessional when I called, it was almost like she was annoyed that I kept calling about my refund. I feel like any other person would of kept calling if the office manager never called you back to return $2000!

whatever you do don't hire one of there lawyers, especially Austin Michael Carmen, he will lead you on, not respond to emails or phone calls, and try to charge you all that he can and will not do anything for you. He will also drop your case once he believes he's charged you enough. I have reported him to the washington state bar association in hopes that they won't let him continue to scam people.

They helped my mom with a contract very difficult extensive contract and they got it done. No issues at all they kept in contact at all times and called us before expected.

I have always had a pleasant interaction with Emma Cortes and Ms. Esmeralda and they have always been willing to explain if I had questions, make changes ECT. My divorce was handled in a supremely timely, cost efficient manner and I was pleasantly suprised to be offered a military discount. I am less pleased with my child custody case but many, many factors play into that so I will leave that out. I also received bills, files and even a refund of some of the retainer in a very timely manner and was updated accordingly.

They were very helpful, professional, and courteous.

If I could give it no stars I would! First their is a $2,000 down payment then $500 a month agreement. The lawyer I hired at my first court appearance had to leave and go somewhere else and came back late ! The judge had to put us on recess because she was so late! Then we kept asking if there was going to be hidden fees or them randomly asking for another $1,000. And she said we had nothing to worry about. But I got a phone call from her assistant asking for another big amount of money. and that we need to discuss everything with her assistant. Her assistant hung up on us. So wth all that drama I'm not OK with this law group at all . Save your money for someone who actually cares about your case . They don't answer every email or phone call and u will be charged for every little thing!

I am more than satisfied with Clearwater Law Group especially with "Lorena Mendoza" as she has been very helpful and very attentive to my case, so have your question she has the best answer and information to answer it and gives you the confidence you need. They are awesome!!! Solved out traffic ticket in Washington. They got all the moving violations dismissed and no point on the CDL driving record.

Easily the worst experience I could possibly have ever had with a lawyer and a law firm. After paying my lawyer Austin Carmen to fully represent me through trial, he decided to take my money and then drop me after meeting at my arraignment once.

He knew I was living in Arizona, so when he decided to drop my case, he also decided not to send me an email or give me a phone call telling me that which is how we had always communicated prior. Instead, he decided to send a letter to the court and to an address he knew I wasn't living at, thus resulting in the worst possible outcome for me because I was caught completely unaware.

I submitted a bar complaint and I truly hope this man loses his ability to practice law because he clearly does not care for his clients well-being.

Also, it is clear that the majority of these 5 star ratings are fake, paid for, or from friends that never used this law firm. It is further disturbing that the response from this terrible law firm to a real and valid complaint from a local guide sites Google's terms of service when this firm is clearly engaged in the terrible behavior they are accusing others of. I cannot stress this enough; do not use this law firm.

The handling of my case was done in a supremely professional manner and everyone in the office was extremely helpful. They always kept me informed of the progress and any issues that arose. Thank you for helping me find some sort of closure to my case.

They have helped me with many cases. I will always come back as a client. They helped us with a custody case, criminal and federal cases. Attorneys are not cheap but I m thankful they have always helped me save money in ways they could and sent me detailed bills to let me see where my money is going.

Hired them to take care of a speeding ticket back in 2019 they helped...so I thought..when I asked if there's any balances to be covered with the county they said no.
Now in 2021 I get a letter in the mail saying I'm suspended till 2039 cause of unpaid balances with benton county.
Called to get help this resolved and they told me the lawyer was new and they have no control over this.

I looked online and found that they provide free 30-minute consultations. When I called to schedule, the representative provided GREAT customer service and was able to get us in the same day. During the consulation, we were given a lot of very useful information. We may not end up needing an attorney thanks to their advice but if we do, we know where to go! Thank you very much for the brief but great experience!

I hired Austin Carmen to assist me with a Will and Health Care Directive. He was very efficient and professional. He answered all of my questions and prepared my documents within a reasonable amount of time.

If I could give a zero I would. $4,000 later we have no results and we only saw them 1 time. They filed minimal papers, switched who our attorney was starting from scratch then proceeded to do nothing for four months. With final papers left to be filed and deposit down to $1,000 they withdrew council. Unbelievably bad business. They DO NOT look out for the clients. Only the check.

We've had a number of meetings with our legal team at Clearwater Law Group over the past few months. Handling legal issues is generally not something to get excited about, but their attorneys & Lori are amazing at putting things in perspective in a completely logical way. Rather than the more common feeling of anxiety when handling legal matters, we leave their office with a sense of understanding and appreciation at how practical they are in their suggestions that address our issues and concerns in such a personal way. I tried to stay away from reviewing this facility but they have left me with no choice, may of last year I had gotten in contact with a free consultation and paid 4k the same day I signed my contact with Courtney which is no longer with their law firm... the paralegal Emma is phenomenal regardless of my opinions about this place she also informed me the Courtney was having me come in left and right to sign documents that were in fact not completed.. I went to court once with her and lots of money was already used from the account... Emma told me she knew the documents were not completed but didn t care anyways that she was wasting my time and money.. one Thursday months back Courtney calls me to inform me she s leaving this facility and that I should leave as well and go with her to Gravis Law in Richland I declined and asked for a new lawyer minutes later Emma called me and told me she no longer worked for their facility... then I was assigned to Chris Hoxie... I went to court with Chris 2 times I took a look around to see how other lawyers interact with their clients very untuned, they made sure to meet with them before court and let them know what s going on him on the other hand he literally showed up late, he was very unprofessional and unorganized when the judge asked him for papers the last time we were in court, he filed paper work 2 days before court knowing it was supposed to be filed the Tuesday and not the Friday before court... he would walk into the court room and immediately go sit down, I had to get his attention to ask what was going on and I felt neglected... another big reason I don t trust this place is the woman who is the owner is completely rude, I had a interview over the phone with her and she pretty much called me a liar after expressing with her that I felt my case wasn t going anywhere it had almost been put off for 3 months and no sign or word on what was going on, all I wanted was some communication and I can t respectfully say she s probably dealt with way worse clients then myself... I ve called this place almost 6 times I ve taken to Kenya, Emma to respectfully withdrawal from this place and get the money I have left in the account and move forward from this but apparently they re to busy to return calls. Another reason I didn t give any more of my money to this place was because the owner requested i pay another retainer paid and full 3 weeks before Christmas and whoever I talked to I told them so she s going to be that way 3 weeks before Christmas I m a single mom and she wants 3k and Kenya replied YEAH PRETTY MUCH it s disgusting and very inconsiderate. I hope the owner chooses to speak and treat people differently because I know lots of people who stand behind me on this one and i would hate to see her lose business over running a cash cow facility they don t care about their clients if they did she would or treated me completely different. I also don t know how I was sent a bill recently that showed almost 1200 in my account and received a new bill it says I have 500.. when I spoke with Emma days before I decided to withdrawal there was almost 1200 in the account .. so I m not sure how honest they re with their Receipts

I am a Legal Shield member and had this Law Group referred to me in this area for a simple eviction. I had a "consultation" on a Monday at 10am, after setting that up on the previous Thursday, to go over the logistics of the case, pretty open and shut, for a tenant that hasn't paid rent in 2 months and were already served a "pay or vacate" letter. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to do an "ejection" and then a "small claims lawsuit". (that part was weird to me, because I thought those were done together, which I found out later from another firm that they are done together.) I sent a follow up email that day with the lease agreement and a total of the monies owed. In her response, she mentioned it could take a few days to complete the file the paperwork, which was disheartening because at this point time is money. But I had already spent this much time getting this started with them, so I then followed up Tuesday morning to pay my retainer, as she directed me in her email, in which the lady couldn t take payment over the phone for some reason and that I would receive a follow up call before the EOD, however I never received that call. I then called Wed at 9am, when they opened and was told that they wouldn't be taking the case, and that they would send an email explaining why.
Immediately following that conversation, I called another law firm, in which a paralegal took down the details of the case and let me know a lawyer would be in contact with me before the end of the day. Further she let me know that they could have the paperwork out the following they day, knowing that time is money with cases like these. I received a call back that day and moving forward with them representing me. The letter a received from Clearwater Law Group didn't explain any reason as to why they wouldn't take the case, even after I followed up asking.
I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone... especially if you have time sensitive issues.

My fiance left a review below and we have been trying to talk to the owner Lori since October but she has still never made an effory to talk to us, twice we have called and talked to the receptionist, and once we went there in person to talk to Lori but she wasnt there so we asked the receptionist to please have her call us. Thats three times in three months and they still refuse to communicate with us after they screwed up our case.
