Hired them to take care of a speeding ticket back ...

Hired them to take care of a speeding ticket back in 2019 they helped...so I thought..when I asked if there's any balances to be covered with the county they said no.
Now in 2021 I get a letter in the mail saying I'm suspended till 2039 cause of unpaid balances with benton county.
Called to get help this resolved and they told me the lawyer was new and they have no control over this.
Thanks guys! making people's lives harder not easier!
