Easily the worst experience I could possibly have ever had with a lawyer and a law firm. After paying my lawyer Austin Carmen to fully represent me through trial, he decided to take my money and then drop me after meeting at my arraignment once.

He knew I was living in Arizona, so when he decided to drop my case, he also decided not to send me an email or give me a phone call telling me that which is how we had always communicated prior. Instead, he decided to send a letter to the court and to an address he knew I wasn't living at, thus resulting in the worst possible outcome for me because I was caught completely unaware.

I submitted a bar complaint and I truly hope this man loses his ability to practice law because he clearly does not care for his clients well-being.

Also, it is clear that the majority of these 5 star ratings are fake, paid for, or from friends that never used this law firm. It is further disturbing that the response from this terrible law firm to a real and valid complaint from a local guide sites Google's terms of service when this firm is clearly engaged in the terrible behavior they are accusing others of. I cannot stress this enough; do not use this law firm.
