I have always had a pleasant interaction with Emma Cortes and Ms. Esmeralda and they have always been willing to explain if I had questions, make changes ECT. My divorce was handled in a supremely timely, cost efficient manner and I was pleasantly suprised to be offered a military discount. I am less pleased with my child custody case but many, many factors play into that so I will leave that out. I also received bills, files and even a refund of some of the retainer in a very timely manner and was updated accordingly.
