I tried to stay away from reviewing this facility ...

I tried to stay away from reviewing this facility but they have left me with no choice, may of last year I had gotten in contact with a free consultation and paid 4k the same day I signed my contact with Courtney which is no longer with their law firm... the paralegal Emma is phenomenal regardless of my opinions about this place she also informed me the Courtney was having me come in left and right to sign documents that were in fact not completed.. I went to court once with her and lots of money was already used from the account... Emma told me she knew the documents were not completed but didn t care anyways that she was wasting my time and money.. one Thursday months back Courtney calls me to inform me she s leaving this facility and that I should leave as well and go with her to Gravis Law in Richland I declined and asked for a new lawyer minutes later Emma called me and told me she no longer worked for their facility... then I was assigned to Chris Hoxie... I went to court with Chris 2 times I took a look around to see how other lawyers interact with their clients very untuned, they made sure to meet with them before court and let them know what s going on him on the other hand he literally showed up late, he was very unprofessional and unorganized when the judge asked him for papers the last time we were in court, he filed paper work 2 days before court knowing it was supposed to be filed the Tuesday and not the Friday before court... he would walk into the court room and immediately go sit down, I had to get his attention to ask what was going on and I felt neglected... another big reason I don t trust this place is the woman who is the owner is completely rude, I had a interview over the phone with her and she pretty much called me a liar after expressing with her that I felt my case wasn t going anywhere it had almost been put off for 3 months and no sign or word on what was going on, all I wanted was some communication and I can t respectfully say she s probably dealt with way worse clients then myself... I ve called this place almost 6 times I ve taken to Kenya, Emma to respectfully withdrawal from this place and get the money I have left in the account and move forward from this but apparently they re to busy to return calls. Another reason I didn t give any more of my money to this place was because the owner requested i pay another retainer paid and full 3 weeks before Christmas and whoever I talked to I told them so she s going to be that way 3 weeks before Christmas I m a single mom and she wants 3k and Kenya replied YEAH PRETTY MUCH it s disgusting and very inconsiderate. I hope the owner chooses to speak and treat people differently because I know lots of people who stand behind me on this one and i would hate to see her lose business over running a cash cow facility they don t care about their clients if they did she would or treated me completely different. I also don t know how I was sent a bill recently that showed almost 1200 in my account and received a new bill it says I have 500.. when I spoke with Emma days before I decided to withdrawal there was almost 1200 in the account .. so I m not sure how honest they re with their Receipts
