I attended a meeting in one of the function rooms in the hotel and it was pleasant enough. The lighting was adequate and it was spacious enough. There were toilets suitably close too. Staff were helpful and guided me to where I needed to be and everything went smoothly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am stayed here with my girlfriend on March 16th and 17th 2015. When we got back to the room on the night of the 17th our entire room reeked of smoke and they told me that "it happens". They then offered us to move rooms which we accepted. While cleaning up our room the closet door fell off and hit my girlfriend in the face. The security guard and night clerk Damien got pictures and told us they see it just fell off and there is no damage. We then went to our new room and we then had no hot water after we ran it on three separate occasions over 15 minutes including with the security guard. Then my key card just randomly stopped working, once again while I was with the security guard. In the morning I went to talk to the GM Roman who told me just to deal with it. He explained to me that my 100lb girlfriend ripped the door off the wall and smashed her self in the face with it and that at night you have to run the water for more then 15 minutes to get hot water. At $200 a night, do your self a favor and go some where else.

Room was nice except the tv had no internet. The only thing we were able to watch were free channels. The robes were not fluffy but hard and rough on the skin. Everything else was great! Hotel was lovely and quiet. Pool and gym were great!

Very good hotel, with good staff and very well furnished room. It has a bit of a business vibe, in my opinion, with lots of people in suits. The showers are rainforest style and the breakfast was excellent. Only downside is the price, then again even average hotels in Dublin are very expensive. I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity.

Disastrous stay. We booked a suite. The heating mostly didn't work in the three days, although we had complained several times, it wasn't brought to run. On the second day it rained from the ceiling. The room was not done properly twice, etc. ... and other deficits.
Despite a complaint, only 70 decreased with a 4-digit invoice amount. Really weak.
No subsequent response to my written complaint!
The quality of the breakfast is below average for a 5 star hotel, which I get at least as good in every Motel1.
The hotel is not worth the money. Pity!

The staff's service wasn't too bad, so I gave two stars.
On the first day, as soon as I entered the room, I had an unpleasant smell, so I slept with the window open to get rid of the odor. On the second day, I changed the room, but on the third day, there was no hot water this morning. I sleep with the window open on the first day and I am suffering from a cold, but in the cold weather, only cold water came out and I could not wash. I melted it and went for breakfast, but it was already closed because it was 10 minutes late. I have to stay two more days, but I just want to leave this hotel soon.

Strategically located. Friendly ,helpful and courteous staff. Comfortable room.Hearty breakfast buffet. Gym ,spa and indoor swimming pool available among others. Added bonus of a fast food place just opposite. Also easy access to local transportation ie taxis, buses and DART. Even a convenience store located just a stone's throw away. Views are pretty spectacular too....

My family and I stayed in this hotel in August. The staff were lovely, helpful and efficient. Our suite was very nice. We were on a package, which included 1 evening meal, it was plain and lacked any flavour, verging on inedible. We could not recommend the restaurant. Walking through the front door of the hotel, was similar to walking into a doctors surgery, sterile. This is a four star hotel, with a two star lobby. It was neither inviting or warm and created a very poor first impression. (That is apart from the warm smile of the Receptionist) .

The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was very nice, with a live DJ playing chilled tunes. Great service and the food and drink were top quality.

The location is very good, as you have easy access to Dublin airport via the tunnel. Dublin 2 and Dublin 1 are all at walking distance and the Luas has a stop just behind the hotel. However the rooms are dark and dull. Service is minimal. Food at bfast is not good and at night the reception is very loud because the restaurant turns into a bar. Overall ok value for money.

Room was amazing

Room was amazing
- comfy,
- cosy,
- not to hot or cold our room had air con and heating
Staff were lovely
- The guy booking is in was amazing
If your going adventuring
-It's literally beside the Luas, bus and taxis pull up outside the whole time. It's extremely handy to get any where in Dublin from this hotel.
We got the room with the balcony so nice to just sit out and relax.
There is an underground car park which is across the road and it had big gates to into it -just remember to get your ticket at the top of the ramp and don't have to reverse all the way back up it as it is steep

A next to impossible to find car park, the entrance to the carpark is tiny and not marked very well (not even on Google Maps). When you do find it, the space themselves are also small, so be careful parking. It's also one heck of a walk from the carpark to the hotel itself (on surface streets lugging bags...). The staff are friendly and nice but that doesn't make up for the state of the hotel itself. Want to pay for your parking? You can't, the pay machine is out of order. You want to use a vending machine? Also out of order. The hotel is currently under construction with unpainted walls and plaster on the floor. The lifts are antiquated and the gap between the hallway and the elevator will probably cause your luggage to get stuck. The rooms are tiny and you really are a very long walk away from most of the pubs and nightlife in Dublin. I will give them a star for the breakfast, it was fantastic no denying that, but honestly, this is more like a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is clean and has a great location. The breakfast could be better for a 4 star restaurant, there is only scrambled eggs, boiled eggs would be a nice thing, but on the other hand the food is fresh of good quality.
Our hotel room is clean every day. You don't even notice the cleaning staff in the hallways!
The sauna is in top condition and you can also use a steam bath, pool, whirlpool or fitness room (I have no idea about this, however).
The staff is also helpful and courteous, you only have problems in the lobby bar. We got a discount here from the reception, which the bartender accepted for the second time only after initially declining it. Reception and lobby bar don't seem to coordinate and that seems very unprofessional.

With the rating I unfortunately had to go down again to 2 stars. I'm currently sitting at breakfast and think it's a shame that there is exactly the same for breakfast every day of the week. In a 4 star hotel you should expect that they will try a little more and vary them from time to time.
The fitness studio is unfortunately only open to hotel guests until 6 p.m., although members can train until 9.30 a.m. Pity!

Hotel is very central, room was lovely and very clean. We found it very difficult to understand the person checking us in at reception, we had a similar experience in the hotels east restaurant which resulted in a mix of our order, which we had to accept as we were going to a concert and were restricted with time. I found the language barrier off putting and would not book the hotel again for this reason.

Good food and bar is decent to

Never stayed here so can't judge that however based on what I have seen in the lobby and bar I would imagine the rooms are very decent to

Location is excellent very close to the city centre and a Dublin bus airlink (airport bus ) pulls up practically right outside the door

After a fantastic night seeing the script we stopped off at this hotel waiting for a taxi. The guy on reception, (we think his name was Gavin) couldn t of been any more helpful. Between flagging and ringing taxis, offering us his charger to charge up our dead phones to general chit chat he couldn t of us accommodated us more. Top notch service by a lovely gent!
