The lack of professionalism demonstrated by Doctor...

The lack of professionalism demonstrated by Doctor Leung's STAFF led me to part ways from this office. The staff especially the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and should not be working in an office setting. Due to her incompetent staff I am no longer comfortable having Dr. Leung as my long term OBGYN because I will not be subjected to rudeness from her disrespectful staff. I advise you to seek medical treatment elsewhere.

People are working there are very very rude and doesn t respect patients at all, I had a a appointment with Dr and she late for 40 minutes and I just sat there waiting and no body even come to me to tell me I should continue wait for or what. Horrible! The doctor is very unprofessional and she even tried to scared me about the surgery. I would never and ever come back to their office. They are in sin.

The worst doctor I have been to. I am not sure if ...

The worst doctor I have been to. I am not sure if she was dismissive of me because of my age, my race, or both. She wanted to insist I have endometriosis and have exploratory surgery. The next visit, she said that would be dangerous because I could die, and shamed me for wanting to try options besides birth control. She was very rough with her exams, completely dismissive of the fact that I have chronic pelvic pain. I would never recommend her to anyone, especially if you are a young woman of color. Also beware you will be charged $1 per page for your own medical records, and the staff will treat it like an inconvenience. I asked for mine and never received them. Keep looking until you find a doctor who is a fit for you!

The bare-minimal approach to patient service will ...

The bare-minimal approach to patient service will kill the business eventually. The office staff s only job is to schedule your appt, nothing else. Don t expect a courtesy call to remind you of your upcoming appt, or any communication when their office hours are different from the norm. A Saturday appt was open, which is unusual for them, and never did the front desk person communicate that their parking garage would be closed and to park elsewhere. Never did she communicate that the main entrance to the office would have to be accessed elsewhere. When I called to inquire the next business-day, NADINE was argumentative and rude from the time she picked up the phone. No one wanted to be at work after the holidays, but she did nothing to hide this. After accusing me of not showing up, rather than understand there was a miscommunication, Nadine fought me as well to reschedule another appt. Dr. Leung needs to pay attention to the pattern of reviews, because this will be my absolute last appt and I m sharinf my experience with anyone that ask.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, beyond belief horrible. She knew I had a birthing plan and started talking to me about cesarian sections the day before I was due. She got within two inches of my face and said, "Still born babies! Still born! You know, still born." It was my first baby and I was terrified.

When I finally went into labor she terrorized me by calling me repeatedly at home. I finally agreed to come in for what was an unnecessary ultrasound at which point I signed a release form with the nurse saying I was going home against doctors orders (to labor until it was time to go in). Dr. Leung ended up cornering me and then literally chasing me down the corridor and out the main entrance. Mind you, I was in labor! With all the stress my labor kept stopping and starting.

She even made me sign another release on a torn piece of a yellow legal pad and told my mother, who was talking to her, (I had walked away) that if I came in that Friday when she was on call, she would not deliver my baby.

She is paranoid, selfish, and inconsiderate. If you want a scheduled C-section, she is your gal, but if you want as natural a birth as possible STAY AWAY! She will try to schedule you according to her convenience.

I pushed my baby out on Wednesday night, with an epidural, after 80 hours of labor, no thanks to her.

The staff is rude, very unproffesional , and lack empathy and consideration for their patients. You would think they would have more understanding of the health problems that arise in our gender. And have compassion for what a patient is going through.

Dr Leung has been my OBGYN for almost 10 years. I trust her with my body, and always follow her protocol. Today she came in when her office was closed to address a UTI/ Kidney issue. What an amazing caring doctor. She goes above and beyond. LOVE her!

Dr. Leung is the best. She delivered my daughter 19 years ago and now she is my daughter's OB/GYN. I am devastated that our company is going to Kaiser and I will not get to see her. She is caring and thorough.

Avoid. Worst doctor and office I have ever been to. Just came for a simple birth control visit that took 3 visits, endless phone calls and frustration. Office refuses to call to update me on anything, makes it extremely difficult to order bc, tells me it's my fault, when I call the other company they inform me the office is incorrect. If I had not been on top of it I have no doubt I never would have gotten anything and still had to pay them. Dr. Leung continually tried to talk my out of the bc I wanted, I'm assuming because she didnt know how to do it, she then inserted it INCORRECTLY the first time and I have an unnecessary scar, didnt even pretend to look the least bit sorry. Had to return but of course still pay copay. Now I am getting a suspicious 100+ dollar bill from office for "office visits" that says 2nd notice, did not recieve this first one, with interesting coding. Will be discussing with my insurance company to determine and investigate if I am being scammed. Do not go here!! Worst experience ever. 0 stars.

An AMAZING doctor. Great, honest, positive, and direct. You have to know what you're going to ask her, and be direct in your questions, and she will tell you ALL that you need to know with a kind, loving smile and professional attitude. She comes in fast, but slows down the second you ask a question or show concern. GREAT at birth, in ALL aspects--bedside manner, cleaning up/repairing after, communication, and taking care of newborn baby. Highly, VERY HIGHLY recommended.
