Inland ATVs Review

We bought my son his first Quad this past summer after looking for a long time and even though things weren't perfect at the beginning I must say this is the BEST place to buy. We bought a used quad they tested it before we bought it of course we got home and first time my son rides it he got stranded in the middle of the desert. We called them back, owner said bring it back we did they checked it and they fixed whatever problem it was having. We took it home and again we were having a problem, when we called them back they told us they will come to our house to fix it. We live about an 1 and 20 min away and it was about 117 degrees that they at 3:30 pm, they came over, rode it, tested it, fixed it. Since then it's been great no problems at all! I was very impressed with their service specially because when you buy something used you are on your own if it's not good. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%.

This company is horrible. I was looking for a 12 inch axle for my toy but they said they never heard of it before. SHAME ON THEM

Used to go here as a kid and very good people here. They taught me a lot when I was a youngster and I still use some of those skills today. I always had these guys make me a beefed up engine if I ever needed one, and they always delivered. Don't know why the bad reviews I love this shop. If you're ever looking for something just ask GUY, the owner.

Bought a 2006 Yamaha raptor. Price was as good as private party deals but I know it was checked out and serviced and they handle the DMV for me. I was in and out very quickly and very happy with my purchase. Doug and Steve helped me out with great customer service.

Bought a front motorcycle tire and a rear motorcycle tire off Ebay, which was being sold by inland_atv. inland_atv messaged me letting me know that the items weren't in stock. Long story short, they refunded the monies for one tire(the front), but failed to refund the money for the rear. These tires were ordered separately, not at the same time. My bank statement reads an outstanding balance debited by inland_atv. They insisted the refund was for just one invoice. Why would my bank statement state that an separate amounts for both tires was taken out, but only one invoice shows a reason for a refund? inland_atv conveniently slithered behind Ebay and it's policy's. Bank statements don't lie, inland_atv!

Took my quads and the did a great job for very low $$$ I will come bk for service 100%

Shady price gouging dealer! Please do your homework before purchasing something. They are way overpriced. They are taking advantage of people.

Do not go here for anything! Lead mechanic is very disrepectful and not too bright at that. Went for some cylinder bore and hone, and bought pistons from them as well. I was told the bore was done proper for the pistons, but when put together, the engine seized because of too tight of tolerances. Not only that, cross hatches looked to be done with a damn grinder and the cylinder was done out of round. (You have to be doing something terribly wrong to get the cylinder out of round when boring) When confronted on their mistake the lead mechanic refused to believe it, even after i had second opinion from another shop saying the same. He was very rude and cussed me out till i left the store. Beware if you want a hone job that doesnt look like it was done by cross eyed bo-cephus or be insulted by the very people youre PAYING to do the work, or if you want to get the job done right the FIRST TIME, then dont go to this shop. Very disappointed will never be going here again, neither will anybody i can talk to about the situation.

I'm not a review type of guy but I had to share my experience shout out to the Inland ATV team went in last week to buy my son a chain for his quad and i believe joe was the parts guy and helped me out getting what i needed, saw they had a good selection of quads I was looking around and this young lady forget her name asked if I needed any help right away any way i saw a honda 400trx ex baby looked nice was in good condition so i talked to a sales rep named steve and hooked me up with a nice price and decided to go for it was able to finance and took it home everything was fast and smooth didnt feel rushed or pushed i was barely able to ride it today and that thing is a beast no problems thanks again hope on purchasing another in the future from u guys

Called for a used part, said they had it in stock for 70$, drove 40 miles to find out they did not have it in stock but could order me a new one for 180$

As soon as I walked into Inland ATV. A very courteous guy with long hair (sorry I did not get his name) asked me if I had been helped. I told him not yet. He quickly returned with Steve who was very helpful with all my questions about the bikes they have for sale and was very courteous as well. Steve gave me a great deal on some new Skat-Trac tires for my ride. Thanks Steve and to the guy with long hair. I will be sure to tell all my friends about the exceptional customer service experience I received at Inland ATV. Keep up the good work!!

Bought a used front differential that was said to be in good working condition, but when I opened the case to inspect the gears it was full of sand. I requested a return & was told no because I took it apart, I explained that there was no way to inspect the unit without opening the case but again told no on the return. At that point I had not choice but to replace all the bearings & seals. Then four days later they excepted my return, but by then I had already spent money & time repairing the part that I purchased. I asked several times if they would just give me a discount on the item & never got a response. I feel they knew that they sold a defective product & new the only way anyone would know it was defective was if they took it apart & then they could refuse the return.

Service is down to the ground. Uses to be really good service. Don t know how this happened. Try to get a quote over the phone and the lady have no clue what is doing. Finally drove down to find my quote was inaccurate and they were defensive. I am the costumer simply walk away. Never in my life I will put foot in that store. They haven t figured that I can get the same over amazon in 2 days and if is not what I want return it for free

Drove in from out of town to buy a 2019 machine. After purchasing found out they lied and it was a 2017. And lots of hidden damage. Took me for $4000. Bike is junk. Unwilling to make it right with me. Guys are just shysters. Steer clear of this business if you are looking for a trustworthy business. They are far from experts at this business. So tired of bad customer service. Such a shame. I really wanted this to go well.

People are disrespectful very unprofessional over the top prices for used atvs if you like to get rip-off this is the place .

Went in needing a bunch of things to fix my RZR. Couldn't believe the customer service i Got. Paul knew his stuff and told me things i didn't even know about my RZR. If you need anything i would highly recommend going here!

Customer service was great.. i had no appointment and was able to get in and out in one day for service.. great price on service will definitely come back again.. the price i was quoted was the price I paid

Beware of this place if you hate to waste your time and gas ! I called them on friday and then the following Wednesday for the same part , they gave me two different prices each time , i really needed today so I made a 30 min drive to their shop cause I was told that they had the part available and was in good condition. I was told they wouldn't remove the part off the quad until I showed up so I showed up, then after waiting for about 30 min for them to remove the part from the quad they tell me the part is no good, so there goes a couple of hours of my busy day. Complete dissapoint, so you have been warned so if your time is valuable and don't want to be jerked around think twice before you consider doing business with inland atv.

I was there yesterday due to a snapped clutch cable. I got stranded by S.B airport and walked/ pushed my bobber from there to this shop. It was hot and you can imagine the rest.

Called all over the I.E until Douglas BikeShop refereed me here. Somehow I managed to turn on and drive myself to this location, it took about 10-15 minutes for them to fix my bike.

I forgot the owners name but he was really really cool, joked by saying it was going to be 100 bucks, it hit me but hey I had to do it and the he said Im kidding and bettered the price by charging 20 bucks!!!!!

I really really appreciate the help you guys gave me yesterday, to you it was a simple fix, to me well it was more than a fix! Thanks for the help, thanks to the owner and the staff.

Have had my 250r rebuilt done here , carb rebuilds on my 400ex and 125ttr , new top end on an old school 85 zinger. The only place that touches my toys. Love you guys!!!

Inland atv always have good deals on used bikes quads and side by sides. Helmets and clothing too.

Rugged definitely bring your casual work apparel. Everything is at arm's reach if not closer. Definitely a hands on experience which for me is a nice change of attitude from the behind the glass look but don't touch. Staff if very courteous and helpful.

Took my quad to get top end work, started leaking Rigth away after first use on my second ride the bike blew the top end will not recommend find a better shop my bike was in there for a good wile they claimed they were short staffed, wen I called them and told them what was going on she did not offer not even to take a look at it right away wanted to charge again first and last time I go to this shop

We have used Inland ATV for all 3 of our quads 06 & 04 Kawi's KFX700 and a 04 Arctic Cat DVX400. Always have had topnotch repair work done with reasonable costs. Never a complaint. I asked for a rush job last year and they got 2 out of 3 done in 2 days. R&R ing carbs.
