For many years I have used Claire and Dees for all my tire and service needs on my 2004 Tahoe. 4 years ago I had them replace my tires. Then every time I serviced it I would have them rotate my tires, a suggestion they made. That being said my tires lasted 45,000 plus miles which is not normal for that tire. I thank this to them. The past two services I have had I went to another place and for them it was a hassle to have to rotate tires. Which by the way Claire and Dees Point S always did it happily and with a smile.
Now here we are I was having "bouncing" issues with my Tahoe and that is not normal. I took it in yesterday for them to check it out. My tires were cupped for whatever reason. Most likely due to age.... So Dallen helped me find a all season tire for my Tahoe that wouldnt break the bank. We ended up putting on Hankook tires and when we went to pay for them it was actually $100 less that what we thought it was going to be because they did not have to align it. They could have done it and charged anyways, but that is not how they are. They were honest and told me it didn't need one and they were able to give me a slight discount also. Thank you Dallen for the amazing service and Jaden for getting me out so quickly. You guys ROCK!

We had some work done about a year ago for a leak involving our oil pan gasket. We are out of the state now and it has started to leak again, so I called up Claire and Dee's to see if they would do anything for us. It was a far chance, but I figured I'd try. Claire and Dee's said the warranty guarantee for work is one year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. They extend that warranty voluntarily though. We had already passed the 12,000 mile mark, but they still worked it out with our mechanic here in Provo to have the work redone, and they paid for it because they tack on their own extended warranty free of charge! OUTSTANDING COMPANY that really is willing to stick their neck out for you we'll above and beyond what is required!!! It is incredible to find a company that stands behind their work far above the industry standard. We will always recommend Claire and Dee's for auto work to anyone in Rexburg and the southeast Idaho area! This was just one example, we have had other work done by them that has been competitively priced and very good quality. They are excellent!

Great service, I needed tires for my Subaru and they found the tires I needed fast and did it all in less than 30 minutes, they also checked my alignment for me to make sure I get the best value from my new tires

Just bought a car and drove it to Idaho from Utah. I knew it had some issues with the front tires. I even went to a tire place in Utah and they said all I need was an alignment and new tires for my front. They couldn t get me in in Utah so I came here. They told me I had issues that the other guys said I didn t have and some how the bill is $500 lol.

A honest car repair shop without the typical up sale. Highly recommend

I have been a customer for 3 years and their service has always been excellent.

I have had 3 very poor experiences in a row with C&D's. 1st, they use bad methodology in replacing tires. If you buy 2 new tires, they should go on the rear, regardless of the power axle. Talk to every other tire shop and they will say they are obligated to do so. 2nd, they rounded out my oil pan bolt during an oil change making it impossible for me to loosen the bolt 6 months later. 3rd, in an effort to win back my business, C&D's offered me a free oil change. I got home to find out that they didn't replace the old oil filter with a new one and had to drive back, wasting more time, to get it replaced.

My advice? Look around before coming here. They are the most expensive in town and as you can see, you need to be on your toes to get quality work.

(Ron, their rep, told me my previous review was too lengthy and called to tell me that "no employers would want to hire me if they saw my negative review". I'll let that use of scare tactics speak for the class this place.)

Clair and Dee's points was very wonderful and amazing they were willing to work with me and help me fix what needed the most to make it so that my car can work safely and thanks to Andrew and Dallen they were able to help me make the best offer for what needed to be done I recommend any one that needs a wonderful and excellent place to go to get there vehicle fixed would be at Clair and Dee's thank you.

I've used these guys for a few years, and I will never go back. I'm a fairly new car owner, and every time I bring my car in there are always more issues than I expect. Same goes for my wife's car. And we are talking about at least one new issue, unrelated to the last issue. I thought this was normal for cars, that they just required tons of maintenance. After a while it felt suspicious (especially when I chose not to fix some issues and they seemed to mysteriously disappear). I decided to ask another mechanic to check things out and see what he could find. I didn't tell him that I was coming from another mechanic, so I know he wasn't just being nice to me to try to steal my business. Apparently my oil leak, and the three other things wrong with my car are all lies. I then told this mechanic that pointe s said I have all these issues. He said he has had several customers mention that point s has lied to them as well. DO NOT GO HERE. They will tell you your car has problems that it doesn't, and charge you to fix something that was never an issue. (I also want to mention that since I've been going here, mostly to fix leaky/flat tires, I have had so many leaks and flats that it's become a joke with my family and friends. My wife's car too. I can't say that pointe is doing something out right illegal to my car to make sure I keep getting these flats, but I am suspicious, and my new mechanic said that my tires were over filled after I had just been in to pointe s. It could have been the automated machine that I used to fill them, but after my experience I can't help but wonder if it was pointe s.)

Horrible experience. Had them put tires on my pickup. They used the wrong lug nuts and completely ruined the studs.

I was 5 hours away from home and in the middle of a hectic word-day when my car started to give me issues. Clair and Dee's got me in on what seemed to be a very busy day and fixed my issue within 2 hours. In addition to what was really wrong with my car, they fixed a leak that my car had had for years. Their service was warm and empathetic. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I brought my 2002 Honda CR-V for a simple oil change and they did a fantastic job! It was done in half the time they expected! Great prices and a great staff! They have my business now!

I'm a college student and I want a mechanic that is honest and will tell me what needs to be done on my car immediately and what can wait. The diagnostic fee is ridiculous. The lady told me that I needed repairs that would exceed $2000 and acted as if I would just proceed without question. That is way more than what my car is worth and what college kid can afford this? I could not decipher some of the things on the diagnostic report and no explanation was given. She gave me no options as to what was absolutely necessary right now and what could wait. She just bundled everything altogether and asked me if I wanted them to proceed with the repairs. Of course I said no and went and got a second opinion at Empey's Truck & Auto Repair in Ammon. At this place they sat down with me and told me what needed to be done and what could wait. My price was cut in half and they were super understanding of what I could afford at the time. Their diagnostic report was thorough and I could understand it all.

I have only needed to fix my car twice now but each time I have come they have been really helpful. Understanding and quick to get the job done. Thanks!!!!

Long wait, they forgot about me. They said new tires should go on the back of front wheel drive cars that drive in the snow, which is ridiculous. The cashier looked like this > the entire time.

I have been a customer here for 7 years. The service has always been excellent. I have found them to be competitively priced and they will match a competitors listed or sale price if I find one. They stand behind their products, service, and a warranty. I have a blowout on a tire out of state and went into another chain store where the tire was replaced for free. I am willing to pay more for that kind of service and commitment.

Went in with our 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan to diagnose a fix engine light and get an oil change. They were very honest with us in saying that the problem with our engine would cost more to fix than the vehicle was worth, and didn't try to pressure us into getting the work done. They even gave us a discount on the diagnostic work. Thank you! I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Clair and Dee's is the best! Our family goes there for all our car's needs! They are the greatest to work with and get honest opinions without unnecessary expenses! They stand behind their work, and make sure that all work done is necessary to keep your vehicle operating safely. All the workers are kind and trustworthy! I can take my kids and know they will get the work done efficiently and in a timely manner. I can trust them not to take advantage of me not understanding cars very well! Absolutely know their stuff, and watches out for the best interest of their customers. They even told us what signs to watch out for if certain things were to start going out--the basic car education. They were very honest with us about maintenance that did and didn't need done. Really friendly guys! Thought I have to get a tire replaced! They checked them all, and found out it was due to the temperature drop! They didn't charge me either, and put the correct pressure in.

Did a nice job replacing an antenna. Original new part was defective and after bringing this to their attention, they replaced it without charging me extra.

I had to get an inspection done, and they were quick, kind, and to the point. They told me what I needed and nothing more. Will be back.
