The owner, Rick, and his son Jake,are great. But unfortunately, if you work there, you will be working with the so called Office Manager, Stephanie, that will decide if she likes you or not. And that decides your whole career there. It's definitely a hostile work environment and i would urge you not to work there as long as she is there. They also don't pay you your last wages.
