Would love to give negative 5 stars for greed - This company will nickel and dime you at every step, all the while providing half-assed, sloppy "renovations" to units in order to charge more. Examples: At my location, you split utilities with all other units based on a ratio of the size of your unit. This means if you try and conserve on water, electricity, etc, it doesn't matter - you have to pay for all of your energy-gobbling neighbors' air conditioners anyway. People in the same neighborhood who control their own utilities pay about $40-60/month for units twice the size. Here I pay $140 - $160 a month. Hmmm, something is NOT right? Not to mention the environmental / conservation aspects... oh, and on that note, they are too cheap (or irresponsible?) to even provide recycling bins / services.
THE biggest issue of all - they take out your utility payment before your rent payment. So say you have just enough money for rent, but need to pay utilities a few days later - too bad. You will be charged a late fee consisting of 8% (used to be 10%) of your monthly rent. In my case, that means $100! Not $25, not $50 like elsewhere, a full $100! So, should you pay your "rent" in full on time, but don't quite have enough for rent AND utilities by the 4th of the month, you will be charged at least $100 more (I live in the smallest size unit). Convenient that MOST people get paid on either the 1st and 15th, or 5th and 20th, so they set it up to screw you if you are one of the ones getting paid on the 5th. Automatic late fee via the computer system. BTW, the online payment system only works sometimes, and they do not take debit cards at the office without ANOTHER $25 charge - it must be a money order. So run around town little monkey, go find somewhere to get a money order, and if you don't have a local bank, good luck finding a place that will allow you to use your debit card (not cash-in-hand) to purchase it. Hassle extraordinaire.
I m pretty sure Wells Fargo set case precedent that you CANNOT apply payments in a manner causing unnecessary late fees. So if I pay the rent portion, but not the utility portion in full, pretty sure it is hands-down ILLEGAL to be charged a late fee on my rent. Ripe for a Class Action? Are these Woodland Hills property managers so broke this is an actual business necessity?
There is non-stop "renovation" construction that is sooo loud and completely disruptive if you are working from home, sleeping, or just trying to think straight in your own "home." This coupled with frequent occurrences of the water being shut down for hours at a time, sometime with, and sometimes without, NOTICE.
They also charge a LOT extra for parking, with a waiting list that can take up to a year - meanwhile almost certainly skipping people over for ??? reason, and possibly also allowing people to sell their spaces instead of moving to the next resident on the list? (Would love to have proof here in addition to observations/anecdotes from neighbors )
BTW, even attempting to leave prior to your lease being up will cost you at least $1500. If you just want to move out at end of your lease - they WANT you to move out! They will just do another "renovation and charge the next person higher rent!

I have enjoyed living at the Renaissance Parc Apartments, however, I give it only 2 stars due to the fact that they are not willing to work with their residence who are trying to obtain homeownership! It's all about the money with them. As someone who has NEVER been late on a payment nor caused any problems you should be able to negotiate when trying to obtain something so major. Instead it causes ppl to have to take a step back. I do understand that there is a lease in place for reason, but when you are purchasing a home they should not try to make it more difficult for you to do so by charging astronomical fees, especially when you are already at the end of your lease! I had to resign a 2 month lease to buy a little extra time as my lease ends at the end of next month, and my rate increased $315. if I wanted to go month to month, the increase would have been a whopping $600!! RIDICULOUS!! It should be against the law to increase rates like this. Needless to say, I can't wait to be out of apartments all together!! I am tired of being "financially raped!"

I have a had a terrible time with the company. When you need a problem resolved, there is no effort to resolve it! Property manager says contact corporate. You contact corporate and they say contact regional manager. You contact them and they don't answer. You call someone else back and they say to talk to the next person onwards and onwards and it's a never ending cycle of no resolution! This is extremely frustrating! I will end up leaving over a disputed payment that I have paid which I will make sure to bring to court if they try to evict me or sue me for the money. This is ridiculous. If y'all really cared about your tenants and wanted people to rent from y'all, you should take problem resolution classes and learn to work with people.

It's just awful. AWFUL is the least you can say. The company and the managers just don't care. No matter what an outstanding tenant you are. Thia has been not only CONTINUOSLY awful, but also very upsetting and disappointing how they treat tenants and the lack of respect, appreciation, and value.
And not to mention the the terrible job they do on property management and the frustrations that arise living in the building, and the lack of safety they provide.
They just DONT CARE.

By far the worst management company I ve ever experienced. You can call and call until you re blue in the face and no one will ever give you a callback. They hire the shadiest employees and management company. I wonder if they even do criminal backgrounds checks. My apartment has been falling apart since day one and they refuse to make any repairs. For god s sake my front door doesn t even have a deadlock or a peephole, which is a huge safety violation. Do you think this company cares? But every month they have their hand out looking for rent. This company will scam and bamboozle you every chance they gift. You won t get what you re paying for, not even close. Once they lease you an apartment the smiles go away and the claws come out. This has to be one of the worst management companies. I don't know how they remain in business. The customer service is horrible, never get a call back, also, the maintenance and staff can be so much better. All they care about is making money. They make minor cheezy upgrades to the facades, but water is always being shut off for repairs, elevators are broken for weeks at a time, The wifi and cable service is HORRIBLE, and there's no alternative.
I am moving from this property and will not move into another property owned or managed by Cirrus. There's so many better options out there. Do your homework before moving into one of their buildings.

Tenants complaint constantly about their safety, due to apartment manager keeping a maintenance guy who has threatened tenants and their children and even their pets. We are told that all we can do is write an email and nothing has happened. Basically kept a prisoner at my own home, because I cannot afford to move. Feeling like my safety is not being taken seriously due to them Cirrus Asset Management not caring about tenant concerns. How ever I have taken it in my own hands and started to visit a gun range to protect myself from this guy if I feel threatened again.

Our company has been at Arbor Plaza since 2009. We have been through a few property owners and several upgrades over the years. Since Cirrus bought the property a few years ago we have really seen their serious concern for the building upgrades and improvements. They strive to keep the communication open with their tenants making sure everyone is happy.
We experienced a terrible flood in our suite within the last year which was a nightmare.
Ariel is their onsite go to for everything and he was by our side for immediate help. Marigold and several others from management stepped in to coordinate contractors to move our furniture out, clean up the water and install new carpet, then move us back in. This lasted for several weeks and both Marigold and Ariel checked in frequently to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
We are very happy in our suite and hope to be here for years to come. Hopefully Cirrus will be here to stay as well.

They make me feel like I am a welcome member of this community. The only issues that I have had have been minor maintenance, and each time have been resolved promptly and professionally. They will never fix a problem, all there employees and property managers are extremely hard to contact always "away from their desks". DO NOT waste your time with this company even if its your last resort. They bought the apartment building I lived at from another management company and completely ruined my experience there. luckily every option other then cirrus asset management is a better one and my roommates and I are much happier. I was in Pico Riviera to see an apartment and the moment that I stepped in it became a nightmare for me. There were too many cockroaches and inside was smelling very very bad. When I asked to the lady why there are cockroaches she didn t know what to say and then talking like there is no way to avoid it. I mean I m not paying to live with cockroaches. That was literally the worst experience of my life. Believe me as a single person if I can not stay and live there you should never stay with your family. The management team at Cirrus Asset Management is untrustworthy, dishonest, and unreliable, and I am abhorred by their incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I lived at Indie Westside for almost two years and moved out in November 2018. SIX MONTHS later and I still have not received my security deposit back. The management team is stealing money from my former roommate and I, whether they have intended to or not. Josh Muller, is a slimy, deceiving person who is keeping thousands of dollars from former residents for SIX PLUS MONTHS. I finally just spoke with someone in Accounts Payable and they confirmed that Josh Muller failed two separate times to communicate a re-issue request of my security deposit check - once in Jan 2019 and once in March 2019. Monarch Terrace has been a pretty great place to live. Our neighbors have been fantastic. I will say the apartments could use some upgrades although I believe they are starting to do this now. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to fix issues. The only reason I give this 4 stars is I don't believe the quality of the apartment matches the monthly asking price compared to newer buildings in our area.

I appreciate the maintenance management over here. When you have an agreement to assist and keep the trust some managements still fail to keep their word. And it's very disappointing. I've noticed the management over here and My experience is that when ever I Requested maintenance help, they got back to me within few hours without making me wait. I didn't even have to call. Yesterday night I saw the maintaince man vandalize my car with my own eyes. I saw him kneeled down by my car, poking a hole in my tire. All because I reached out to this apartment s horrible management company, Cirrus Management, about the half ass repairs that they do. At this point I m not on here to bash them about their sloppy lazy work, that you have to beg them for 6 months do, but more about tenant s safety. I literally saw him with my own eyes let the air out of my tire, I was completely shocked. I ve never had an employee of an apartment complex try to terrorize me until last night. I no longer feel safe in my own home. Especially considering that this guy has access to my apartment. This is by far THE WORST apartment I ve ever lived in. The leasing agents con d me since day one, but in another review i ll go over the number of repairs that they ignored. But this review is to warn people of the criminals that they ve hired here. As soon as the leasing office opens up today i ll be demanding that they let me out of my lease and pay for damages. This situation went from being about repairs to something much MORE SERIOUS!!!! I can t even explain I how I feel about this situation. Just imagine you paying your rent every month, to not only be ignored about repairs, but to see their maintance men vandalizing your other property. DO NOT RENT FROM THE TRAILS OF WALNUT CREEK IN AUSTIN!!!

I love living at Alderbrook Apartments the staff here are so friendly and respectable. They maintain the ground, and the shrubbery. And the apartment when you come in to reveiw it it's so clean. I have to say since I've been here I only seen maybe 5 spiders god knows that I can't stand spiders. I have seen a lot more than that from other places that I have lived. And the residence here are cool they mind their own business and go about their daily task. This place right here is a good place to live I would refer my families and friends to live here.

At first they tried to charge me over $4000.00 to completely remodel the apartment for the next tenant!After hearing their reviews, luckily I took photos! They refuse to drop the paint even though I have clear evidence that there was nothing beyond wear and tear for an apartment that I took possession of7+ years ago. ! If you have an employee who says they have been in the industry for 30 years then you would hope they have seen everything. Not this case. She has a blatant disregauard for fairhousing as well as a blatant dis regard for employees. And property. Needs. She wants you to do things in house to cut corners and make her bonus better never ever looking at the ramifications that her decision holds. And could come back and bite her or the company in the ass along with the employees. Why would you let that happen. Never would she put that in an e-mail she would just call you because it's too daming on her and in e- mail form which is called a trace. She is the best sales women slash con artist I ever met but once hired by her you must drink her coolaid because she's trying to protect you. But in sense she's protecting herself for her ineptitude. When talking with her it's all about her and never property needs. Those that read this will know what I'm talking about if you met this women.
