Monarch Terrace has been a pretty great place to live. Our neighbors have been fantastic. I will say the apartments could use some upgrades although I believe they are starting to do this now. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to fix issues. The only reason I give this 4 stars is I don't believe the quality of the apartment matches the monthly asking price compared to newer buildings in our area.
