By far the worst management company I ve ever experienced. You can call and call until you re blue in the face and no one will ever give you a callback. They hire the shadiest employees and management company. I wonder if they even do criminal backgrounds checks. My apartment has been falling apart since day one and they refuse to make any repairs. For god s sake my front door doesn t even have a deadlock or a peephole, which is a huge safety violation. Do you think this company cares? But every month they have their hand out looking for rent. This company will scam and bamboozle you every chance they gift. You won t get what you re paying for, not even close. Once they lease you an apartment the smiles go away and the claws come out. They are complete opportunist! Once you ve signed the lease they will sit back and ignore you, while they attempt to squeeze every penny out of you. My apartment has no immanities, the pool is filthy, maintenance is beyond horrible, and my apartment looks nothing like the model apartment that you showed me. I m sure if you re reading these you ve already been screwed over by this company. But if you have stay far away from Cirrus Asset Management. Lies, cons, and criminals should be your management name. Even your Glassdoor reviews are one star. So that means not only do your tenants hate your company, but your employees as well.
