I appreciate the maintenance management over here. When you have an agreement to assist and keep the trust some managements still fail to keep their word. And it's very disappointing. I've noticed the management over here and My experience is that when ever I Requested maintenance help, they got back to me within few hours without making me wait. I didn't even have to call. Willie was very helpful and did the maintenance within few mins. So I just want to thank you for that and keeping the agreement and respecting the trust.
