Super clean room 641. Cool games for all ages. Fun place to stay. Great customer service very courteous and friendly.
If you have kids and you are in Reno, THIS IS YOUR DESTINATION! Food, games and perfect location.
Affordable, go back,in time to the 90's and have a very affordable stay. Got a room for 45 bucks. A very laid back place. Tub is older, this is not an updated room, but tv on the wall and great bed and views. Basically, super chill and easy relaxed vibe, and a great place to stay at an affordable price. Staff is wonderful!
Smokey air in midway, but amazing aerial and balancing acts!
Quite nice but not exceptional. Convenient to everything I needed and food was varied and very good. I believe I would stay there if I were to go to Reno again.
Beverage service was great! The Beverage servers were so friendly.
Its good because it has stuff for the kids and the adults
Can order food from hotel. Hotel not too far from main attractions such as arcades and casino. Free circus circus performances about every 30min to 2 hour. Check in was very fast.
Terrible!!
Not much to say about them. EXCEPT, [maybe] for the circus/ children play area which we didn't visit. The casino area is dead and almost a ghost town. Absolutely Lousy cocktail service. Quite desolate for those traveling alone or the elderly. I didn't feel safe in the casino area below the circus/ children's play area.
However, if you're hungry, they offer a food court similar to one you'll find at a shopping mall.
You decide.
The other patrons/foot traffic was a little scary...watch your back and personal items. Overall good.
New Midway renovations is great! My daughter had a lot fun. The staff in the Midway were extremely friendly. Only complaint were the guests in the room next to us. They were so loud throughout most of our stay it work up my 3 year old and 6 month old.
My 4 year old boy loved every minute of every game. Hours of fun for kids of all ages.
Well it just another casino hotel really. No pool or spa but it did have a work out area. On our second day we woke up to the power out and had to move to the other tower. The machines are to tight for me, I win more at Indian casino's.
It's a clean, nice room, and very comfortable. I would have liked more blankets and pillows for the bed, but everything else was great.
Fun place, interesting how they have casino separated
It was very clean other then the pull out bed the sheets were nice blankets could be thicker
One of the best resorts to go if you have children. The kids loved the live acrobatics shows and midway games.
A lot of homeless in the area, but good hotel for a family trip. Good circus show, arcades, food, and good room prices if you reserve in advance
We had a great time. very close to your room you get your work out walking around checking everything out all different kinds of restaurants and shops game and entertainment
Perfectly good hotel room, lots of fun for the family in the arcade, there is gluten free food avaliable at the Habit Burger and other venues inside. Lots of online information is incorrect however, such as the circus performance times, check out time, etc. So looking up information isnt terribly helpful but other than that, no complaints. Safe family environment, allergy friendly eating, highly recommend.
Don't gamble just taken the money try to make up for the pandemic
Great hotel. Stayed here for one night.
They were super accommodating. Our heater kept blowing the fuse and they had no issue moving me and my husband and 2 kids to a new room.
Very clean hotel.
I personally don't win at the circus but my girl does pretty good there
Family trip, 1st trip to Reno...great scenic ride and the kids had a blast. Will go back again and again!
***update*** Management took care of our room and fees. Thank you for trying to remedy the situation. You handled everything with professionalism and were very kind and prompt. We would consider you for a second chance.
So disappointed. The room we reserved had a very bad leak in the window ceiling. The ceiling was wet, dripping and SOFT. The leak was puddling up on the window sill. We immediately called the customer service desk. They were rude to my husband and did not accommodate a room of equal or better quality. We were moved to a 2 queen room on a lower floor. We are not in town for fun, we are here due to a family emergency. We do not sleep well in a queens bed. We feel like the customer service personnel were not sympathetic or concerned with our situation. We checked in very late after a long drive and were looking forward to a good night's sleep. Just to clarify the ceiling was literally falling down! How did nobody notice a kajor leak lime this? Its clearly been leaking for a while. ,we could smell mold. Disgusting. We will not recommend this hotel.
Games and prizes. Even managed to pick up a new friend!
Place is amazing. Love to gamble here. Always fun and exciting. Good food all around.
It seems dead in there they need to promote better to draw in a crwod
Went here to eat and play at the arcade. It was pretty fun. Got myself a plush.
I think its lost its magic allure from when i was a kid 30yrs ago. Doesnt seem much has changed. Or maybe casinos just dont do it for me anymore. Probably more the latter. Nothing there that begs me to come back.
My daughter love it theres lots of cool stuff to do with the kids and the rooms are nice .. the only thing I didn't like was some works aren't very nice the tho..
Nice place not a lot of people so not a lot of winning
The renovated rooms were great and conveniently located to the casino. The food court area was clean and offered a variety of fast food options. The casino needs better security guards to keep out people walking in off the street begging for money and cigarettes.
The room was clean however when they have a resort fee that's 50% as much as the room you would expect an exercise room with something more then a few cardio machines. It's obvious that the resort fee is only a disguised higher room rate.
I didn't stay in the hotel as I was staying there for a few hours. I'd say, it's better to go on wensday or atleast not on Sunday or Saturday as it's really crowded. Either than that, it's great.
Took the kids to the Midway. It was very busy but no complaints. Had a good time.
Very dirty rooms. Im talking about stains on the toilet, hair in the bath and a huge crust around the phone. Was only discounted $10.
Will never stay here again
How amazing is this place!! We were outnumbered in a group 3 - 1 in kids, they loved it all! the sites, the lights, the colors, the games and performances I truly had a great time!
Had fun but wish the No Smoking in the casino still was happening. The guy next to us wouldn't stop puffing away on his cigar. Just ruined the whole evening of fun.
Lots of kids
Great for family time
Bring cash
Amazing tourist attraction! You can walk through this underground that goes under circus circus and other hotels/casino. Very fun arcade for adults and children and they even have a live circus performance!!
Always fun to visit!
Rooms are relatively new , good decoration , room was well lit and decoration on the wall behind the bed was cool! Furniture looked new and trendy , had coffee pods as complementary, had coffee
Bathroom had a trendy and upgraded look! Liked it very much!
What else!! Casino is fun, the gaming zone is fun, the walkway is connected to Silver Legacy and Eldorado!!
The short circus show were one of the main attractions!
Lower floor view was the flashing lights, a wall and satellite dish. Bathroom shower didn't drain well.
The free live shows were the most amazing experience for our little kids. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay to see those shows before our ski trip the next day.
I stayed in the Sky Tower. The room had obviously been recently renovated and looked nice. That's where anything nice at this hotel ended.
The beds were like sleeping on cardboard. I don't believe I've ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed. I woke up in so much pain. I would think they could have put better beds in the room.
It was so hard to get anywhere in this hotel. You had to go up and down stairs and escalators to get from check-in to the rooms. I don't think anyone with a physical disability would be able to stay here. It really didn't seem ADA compliant.
I also had a problem with noisy neighbors. The first night they had a party going in their room until about 3am. The second night they were partying again and so I called security a little after 10pm. It took security about an hour to come up and ask them to keep in down. They party didn't stop after that so i called security after about another 30 minutes. They never came up a second time. I got barely any sleep because of the all night partying two nights in a row. I know the hotel can't control people being noisy, but they can at least respond when they get complaints. I was really upset the hotel staff wasn't responsive.
I thought it strange that there isn't a swimming pool at this hotel casino. I found out you could swim at the Silver Legacy, but had to pay a daily fee. As if you don't pay enough for you're room. They seriously can't let you swim for free!? After all, they are part of the same hotel group. On top of that the pool was closed for the season.
I will not be staying here again.
Had a great time with all the family come up to spend the weekend.
Kids had a great time. They didn t get to see any live shows
Great hotel for families has midway for the kids connected indoors with 2 other hotels.. Great free shuttle to the airport brings you straight to the door. Excellent dining options.. Buffets and food court
Love all the games and inviorment of casino, especially food court. Great place for family and friends.
I used to love coming here, but it was because I could bring my dogs with me. They shut down the kennel since my last visit. It was very dissappointing to hear about this. Outside of that, it hasn't been bad. I just miss my 4 legged furbabies.
Great casino for kids, like their arcade area, but 4 star as its not toddler friendly (ie. Riding games)
A nice, big casino. You can lose as much money as you want! Looks a bit old on the inside, like most casinos these days. If gambling is your thing they have everything you can think of (I guess)
This is a great casino to go to if you have kids or want to let yourself feel young again. The arcade has tons of games and carnival games that you can spend hours having fun with. Then you can go to the casino or walk to the Silver Legacy or El Dorado, which both have table games while Circus Circus only has slots. The room we had was upgraded for only $35 and it was a fantastic room with a private whirlpool tub right in the bathroom area. The only quip I have is the table games are not nearly as good as say the Peppermill or another casino. But still a great place to stay to have a good time!
Awesome place to go have family fun a lot of stuff to do lot of places to eat great rooms
It's circus circus for goodness sakes! Huge selection of awesome machines, plenty of staff, clean, some security, valet, high rise rooms, lots and lots of pretty lights, gift shop, you can literally bet on ANYTHING you could think of, their buffet sucks and is far too pricey for the options available, and I DONT care for their horrible "dog show"! I own dogs and I know how to read a dog. ANY dog. These dogs there were NOT happy during Showtime. Quite disappointed with their decision of entertainment.
Best hotel and entertainment for kids. Lots of arcade games, play area, shows and activities. Clean rooms.
Old and creepy. The room wasn't even in the casino but in the building next door. The casino and arcade don't open until 10am. That being said it did appear to have a lot of family friendly options that would be great for a family vacation. There is a huge kids arcade area with carnival type games as well as a room with video games.
Huge facility with 1100 + rooms. Good place to be there.
Since they sold the place in the last year or so, its gone to trash. Won't stay here ever again
Circus Circus is a fun casino that's conveniently connected to two other casinos. It's a hub for entertainment and good times. There are several restaurant and bar options that make Circus Circus a one-stop destination. I'd recommend checking this place out.
Great family place. Live shows and lots of games for prizes and tickets. Games are not expensive. Covered parking and catwalk to the venue. The game attendants though seem incredibly bored and uninterested.
Very nice place and awesome place to take the kids to have alot of fun for a few days!
Had a great time in the arcade playing carnival games with friends and watching the circus acts there. Drinks and games were a little spendier than I would like.
It's okay. After being to Vegas casinos, it seems pretty okay. They are trying their best to make Reno like Vegas, but I don't think that's possible. Maybe in future, but they need lot of work and publicity to do for that. It's a 1 time try for sure. Hope u guys win there when you gamble. Goodluck
You can have lots of fun here, but this hotel is so big that you even need to get on a car.
Sky tower was really nice but, very difficult if you have someone in a wheel chair. It is now dedicated to college housing so you can only stay in the North Tower. I like how the north Tower is close but, the rooms are not as nice and a bit smaller. The concept of The Row is awesome though and the offers through the One Club are awesome. Next time though I will check out Silver Legacy using my free rooms from the One Club.
Awesome and amazing show with friendly staff and clean hotel and casino with a good buffet
I recently went to circus circus, haven't been since I was younger because it seemed to have gotten a little run down.
I noticed this when I went this time that the place seems to have been cleaned up a bit.
Our room was nice. Elevator was clean. I have nothing bad to say, it was a fun experience
I worked at Circus circus as kitchen prep at the buffet station during summer 2007. It's an average casino compared to others like Harrah's in downtown.
Buffet food is buffet food, so I wouldn't eat it :(. I usually opted for salad, soups and freshly cooked stuff of the day or sandwiches during my lunch break. The desserts are pretty good and freshly made compared with the buffet food that sits there all day and you have to add hot water so that it doesn't dry. My favorites were the pies and cheesecake! Yummy stuff made with love from Chef Adrian :)
Had the champagne brunch on a whim and it was amazing. Wonderful customer service. The kids played in the arcade with Grandpa and I played the slots and won $90!
Still a cool place. Although the circus act has changed with a smaller stage. I remember the boxing match with the kangaroo and the little man. Was cool when i was a kid. Still has a great Buffet
We stayed in the Sky Tower. Room was very nice clean and the view from the 26th floor was beautiful. If you do not valet, be prepared to be a little confused about where the best place is to park and how to get to your room. Sky Tower = park where the garage has red cross beams. Also, it took 2 elevators to get to your room. It was very convenient to be connected to 2 other hotel/casinos. More to see, more food options, and we didnt have to step outdoors.
This is a nice an quite Hotel during the week. I don t know how many people are here during the weekends... But if there are many it can be fun...
Games gotten expensive prizes cheap. Parking yea thats another story.
Fun place to take the kids though the midway is an over priced tourist trap. They have a great food court with diverse options such as burgers, pizza and a panda Express.
The area was very nice. Clean. We went up and saw the little circus act. Fun!
It has never been my attraction. Perhaps for kids.
Ate at the habit burger joint and the burgers and fries were very good. You have your choice from a burger to a tritip burger. The grilled onions really make the burger so good. It's 9.99 for a number 2 combo burger fries and drink
The kids definitely loved this place but everything seems to be a bit pricey.
Disappointed that they removed all the table games. We weren't too thrilled with the slot machines they had. Definitely a different vibe.
Stayed in the sky tower. Room was very clean and did not stink like smoke!! Huge plus!!! Security staff was great when we lost an item. They viewed the camera and located it. Would stay here again for sure!
Hotel was not bad, shuttle service almost caused me to miss my flight. After waiting over an hour with nothing coming, even though there was a shuttle scheduled to arrive multiple times over the course of that time on the website. If not for that, I would give a decent review, but that left such a sour taste in my mouth.
Kanpai use to be better. The Midway has changed for the better. They started using the card system and it is a lot easier now. The carnival staff are pretty cool.
The game area for the kids is expensive $1 or $2 per game. Of course they put the most popular prizes at the most difficult games. The are is clean, and the circus acts are fun to watch. Overall it is good fun. We gave our kids $40 each and were there for about an hour.
Ya know it's hard for me to give less than 5 stars, but man I was literally walking through this building with my friend just to see the building like you would in Vegas, and the security followed us and asked us where we were going within maybe 2 minutes. Maybe they thought I was a minor cause I had just shaved, but they didn't ask and I'm 22 and 3/4s, soooo.....
