***update*** Management took care of our room and fees. Thank you for trying to remedy the situation. You handled everything with professionalism and were very kind and prompt. We would consider you for a second chance.
So disappointed. The room we reserved had a very bad leak in the window ceiling. The ceiling was wet, dripping and SOFT. The leak was puddling up on the window sill. We immediately called the customer service desk. They were rude to my husband and did not accommodate a room of equal or better quality. We were moved to a 2 queen room on a lower floor. We are not in town for fun, we are here due to a family emergency. We do not sleep well in a queens bed. We feel like the customer service personnel were not sympathetic or concerned with our situation. We checked in very late after a long drive and were looking forward to a good night's sleep. Just to clarify the ceiling was literally falling down! How did nobody notice a kajor leak lime this? Its clearly been leaking for a while. ,we could smell mold. Disgusting. We will not recommend this hotel.
