I stayed in the Sky Tower. The room had obviously been recently renovated and looked nice. That's where anything nice at this hotel ended.

The beds were like sleeping on cardboard. I don't believe I've ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed. I woke up in so much pain. I would think they could have put better beds in the room.

It was so hard to get anywhere in this hotel. You had to go up and down stairs and escalators to get from check-in to the rooms. I don't think anyone with a physical disability would be able to stay here. It really didn't seem ADA compliant.

I also had a problem with noisy neighbors. The first night they had a party going in their room until about 3am. The second night they were partying again and so I called security a little after 10pm. It took security about an hour to come up and ask them to keep in down. They party didn't stop after that so i called security after about another 30 minutes. They never came up a second time. I got barely any sleep because of the all night partying two nights in a row. I know the hotel can't control people being noisy, but they can at least respond when they get complaints. I was really upset the hotel staff wasn't responsive.

I thought it strange that there isn't a swimming pool at this hotel casino. I found out you could swim at the Silver Legacy, but had to pay a daily fee. As if you don't pay enough for you're room. They seriously can't let you swim for free!? After all, they are part of the same hotel group. On top of that the pool was closed for the season.

I will not be staying here again.
