US GP 2018 was the race of a lifetime. Sat by turn 4 and didn't regret it. The best thing about this track is the visibility and the vantage points. The fanzone was well organized and it never felt overcrowded

I absolutely love the concert venue here. It's very intimate and the seats are awesome. What I cannot handle is the traffic situation. They did not think this through in the least when they built this place. The flow of traffic is just stupid. There is no rhyme or reason to changing lanes six times just to leave.

I've been to many concerts and large events and getting out of this one was by far the worst. If you attend a concert here, just know it will take you close to an hour to leave and much of that will be sitting still because they do not have the means to keep traffic moving.

Wrong place to have the BP MS 150!!! They did not have the sense to have the parking lots open for use for families driving to Austin to pick up their bike riders. What a mess! I got too busy and forgot to rate then, but it is never too late.

For F1 event - this is the most disorganized event in the history of sports. The city of Austin should be ashamed of themselves. Getting in and out of this event is a complete disaster. There is zero public transportation - the only access in and out is single lane roads atrociously managed by Austin PD. If you plan to come you need to budget at least 2-3 hours to arrive and depart, and be prepared to walk several miles to get a cab or ride service. I would not come back to this place if they paid me to.

Came here for Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic. I understand that an outdoor venue is dependent on weather cooperation. There were thunderstorms in the area and the venue was evacuated. That is where the problems came up.

We were sent to the shuttle stop to wait for a shuttle. After 30 minutes, we were told the shuttles we're not operating. I cannot walk the mile plus to my car. There was what was labeled as a handicap courtesy shuttle but with eight seats and one passenger, they refused to take me.

None of the venue employees knew where the evacuation point should be. This venue has been open long enough to have a solid emergency evacuation plan in place and to have ALL employees trained in it. From all appearances, your plan is "not my problem".

Great atmosphere for the family. Parking may be somewhat far, but shuttles are available for transport. Also the access in and out of the event is a breeze. I was surprised how quickly the event staff manages traffic. Very well prepared.

Fantastic facility. A few suggestions would be: Add paved walkways where fans walk regularly...uneven grass, dirt and gravel ain't making it (lawsuit waiting to happen); a little more concessions support for smaller events like IMSA races

If you have never been to the track I HIGHLY recommend it, what an experience! Things to know, if you have a GA ticket i would recommend taking some foldable chairs and some type of sun blocker. Parking is very expensive so i would definitely take another share ride service or use their shuttle service. Cannot wait to go again!!

F1 was amazing however I think some little things might make it amazing. 1. let people bring in water bottles. 2. Dont put water station next to toilets. 3. Water stations are discusting because no one has water bottles and people put their head under the water or stick their little used plastic water bottles directly onto the water station spigot. FYI private parking by lot T is amazing for f1.

This is a large track with some great elevation changes. I was there for Formula One. Its was an awesome time. Even if you do not have stand tickets, the general admission (lawn) is really good. Lots of great places to view the track. To get to the event, do not drive, as you will be gouged for parking. There are many shuttles from Downtown to the event. Fair priced!

Positives.

Positives.
1. We had free access to the grandstand on a non-racing day. They were preparing for the IndyCar race this weekend so things were very busy.
2.The staff were friendly and helpful.
3. You can feel the energy of the place even without a race in play.
Negatives
1. I would love for them to offer single lap tours of the track similar to what Indianapolis Motor Speedway does and have expressed this to the staff I spoke with today.
2. Some of the merchandise was a bit high priced but even a cheapskate like me found something to keep the memory alive.

Still well worth a visit, race day or not!

The fatal organization you have to pay to park ia more than 1 km we removed the flag of Spain that was in the hall of the stands the circuit was empty and every 5 minutes we had a badly educated organizer yelling at us so I will not go back to this place the truth !! Actually because they always win Spaniards I do not want to be kitted out !! Xro will never go back and the beer multiplies by a thousand !! A bad experience for my dry lagoon was much better

I love that we have a track nearby. I attend most races out there. But it's one of the least fan-friendly tracks I've ever been to. It's Texas, it's going to be hot. Where's the shade? Seriously, there should be canopies and trees everywhere. Nope. It's a wasteland. Why no direct access from the Grand Plaza to the Paddock? It's a literal 1 mile walk, through the always blistering heat, around either way, to get to a spot 100 yards away from you. A bridge or tunnel at turn 19 is sorely needed. Was out there this past week and they were prepping for F1, by putting up a lot _more_ screening of the track. Can't have people seeing the action from 'unapproved' spots.
I'll continue to attend events out there but only when given free tickets. Which luckily I am for most races. I won't pay for that kind of abuse.

Next, on to track days. CotA is at least 3X the price of any other track in North America to drive your own car on. It's cheaper for me to trailer my car hundreds of miles away, stay in a hotel for a couple night, and drive a different track than use the one 20 minutes from my house. That's frustrating beyond belief.

The circuit encourages interesting careers, the atmosphere is great, the spaces are wide and passable. It has enough screens for transmission and the sound is enough to be heard without disturbing.
