The traffic management here is the worst I have ever seen. Race was fine but it took 3 hours to leave, mostly due to incompetent staff who directed traffic in the worst possible way. I will never come back here.

World class and kicking a@@. I have never been to a more plush, luxurious race track in my life. What's not to love here? Fantastic food vendors, friendly staff throughout. Great viewing around almost the whole track to really enjoy the racing here. My only regret is there wasn't a track day here after the event. I must ride here. I must.

This is one of my favorite tracks in the world. I've been to several, but almost every seat here except the main grandstand has views of a large portion of the track. Love how they allow food trucks in, which means there are always plenty of food options.

Always fun just to visit and look at everything!! I'm usually working there for Transportation Management Services but all the people I encountered from there staff was great. Very professional and nice. Watching the races and the events that I got to attend or experience were great; except the carnival rides at Winter Wonderland were way too short!! Didn't get to ride them but for a second.

Witnessed a bit of history here where in 2015 Lewis Hamilton claimed his 3rd F1 title. Wettest weekend ever, qualifying was pushed to Sunday morning, the staff at the track did their best to cope with the downpour but the race was well worth the cold and rain to see.

The F1 race and vintage was awesome but we wanted to walk on the track after and none of the track workers had enough intelligence to guide us in the correct area to enter. By the time we figured it out, they closed access to it. Sucks to come from NY and not touch a toe to the racing surface! Hope the track can improve the knowledge of the workers to improve the COTA experience.

I've been to a couple of kart places before, but nothing compares to COTA. We came here for a bachelor party and the entire team had an amazing time. Everything was top notch. Some advice for first timers is to have reservations and make sure you arrive early so you don't feel rushed going through the rules, registration, etc.

It was an awesome concert except for the one guy and his few friends in sec 105 that stood up through most of the concert blocking the view of others behind him, don't be that guy, and yes you paid but so did everyone else around you.

Great race venue, super track layout. Has not figured out how to get people through security, in part because they prohibit snacks so you have to buy theirs. Some improvement in car flow leaving after.

Fabulous race track. Sitting on the hill at T1 the Averill House Vineyard team enjoyed a view that goes on forever. When the flyover happened we felt we could reach up and touch the plane and everyone is friendly and hospitable.

Disorganized event, there were no postings for VIP access, had to argue about who could and couldn't get in. Exits were in odd places for after the concert. I guess you should know it's going to be messed up when there's a concert at a race track.

I like the track; it is the closest one to my home in Houston. I like Road America better but it is quite a drive.
The ticket buying experience leaves something to be desired. After I ran into the FOURTH add-on fee I decided to speak to a human, an effort in itself. I have a low threshold of aggravation. After speaking to a salesman I discovered that you can actually buy tickets and a parking pass at the track, an option not available in March 2013. They're getting better.

Very nice track however I did not get to walk the whole track. I only walked from the start up to the second corner where the staff kicked me out .I didn't even walk a quarter of the track. I am from Montreal where I go to the grand prix every year and walk the track once it's finished . So for fanatics like myself it is very dissapointing to have that opportunity taken away and is not the way to be treated as a fan from out of town. I would defentely come back , but I recommend that people are prepared and don't expect this to be a surprise.

What a race! Went there to see Max Verstappen for the first time in Texas. But what a great race. Very nice track and various spots to sit if you have a general admission ticket. Food is overpriced (12 dollars for a wrap ) also drinks (5 bucks for a bottle of water)

came to the jmbly concert was great! parking was off the charts had to walk like 2.5 miles to get to the stages so if you come here make sure its wearing sneakers and not flats or definitely not heels! lol

Went for the MotoGP 2019I really liked that the general admission areas still had great views. I don't like getting an assigned seats because I like to move around to different places during different stages of the race weekend. Even though this place was packed there was still plenty of places to put out some chairs. I also liked how they we're really organized for traffic coming in and out of the race. Made for a short time in traffic.

I have not entered to see races, I have only been able to see it from the outside and it looks incredible. Super Texas-style facilities and you can see some curves and the unevenness of the circuit. I have to come see races NOW

Great venue to watch a show. They have the most polite and friendly ushers. Our usher was super cool and a big music fan. She was fun to talk too. $9 beers and $16 mixed drinks kinda of sucked but I guess that's just the way it goes. A plus for me were the seats, plenty of leg room.

It's a great outdoors place either with the entire family or just friends. Either way there's plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. This was on the 4th of July after Willie Nelson's Concert.

I did the beginner course with Edge Addicts. It was a blast, wish they would spend more time teaching before dumping you onto the track. You do get an instructor in your car, but it would be nice to talk about all the turns and what to expect in each one.

This is our second consecutive year at cota for the motogp race, always exiting. We liked the fact that you spread out the food vendors this year and got them out between turn 6 and 7. The event is well organized and great fun. Toilets are a problem between races if you are in the stands. If I could make suggestion it would be to have the big screen operation at turn 9, it's a great place view the action. It would love to take in more here if the screen was running so I could keep up to the second on the rest of the circuit. Add a few more food trucks and fill the area. We sit at turn 15 in the stand and love the action there. See you in 2020

It is a shame they are removing the Frank Erwin Center as the staple show venue for this place solely because it isn't bringing in the revenue they initially forecast. It is a very nice ampitheater, but the roads around here are not capable of handling a show's traffic comfortably, and Google Maps will lead you down mile long roads when trying to get there only to find out that it is cut off for road work. Alas, I took a star off because it is way out of the way for someone living in North Austin.

I went to see the JMBLYA festival and the whole organization of the place was terrible. They don't ID at the door so no wristbands. This meant that we waited for 45 minutes for beer because each server had to ID everyone. There was also no shade which was miserable. On the plus side the portapotties had toilet paper, although the inside of one was splattered in blood.
