from the moment I got there the guy that told me to go around the kiosk had a little bit of an attitude, I thought maybe he was having a bad day but the next day after $1,120 worth of repairs to my car, someone was supposed to pick me up, after 4 hours and 5 phone calls I had to take a taxi to pick up my car... lousy service. I rather stay with MB.
Friendly staff, firm but polite. I had to go all the home to get a piece of paper because they wanted up to date documents, which is fair and valid but was clearly and totally unnecessary. Regardless, they were following their protocol, which means you can replace the person with a machine so why even have them there?
