My place to go for my car's service needs. All personnel were adhering to the social distance guidance . I had the car in for annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. While waiting the assistant service manager asked if I wanted to have the tires rotated considering that the rear wheel drive tires were 9/32nd and the fronts were 8/32nd. I elected not to have them rotated because I have a rear wheel drive Genesis. The reason I bring this to your attention is that I believe other service departments would just went ahead and rotated the tires and charged me.
I have always remarked on previous reviews that Hyundai Ebersole has put the customer first and my most recent experience supports my past positive remarks.
