Restaurant in the hotel....exceptionally poor serv...

Restaurant in the hotel....exceptionally poor service. They act like your an inconvenience for eating there. Sat ourselves because noone was at the front. Server the only one apparently never stopped by for about 10 min..Then asked to move from a table to a smaller table so we were cramped...saying the bigger one was reserved. (a smaller party of two later sat there) Ordered drinks and buffet. Had to purposefully make it a point to get refills. She's never brought a check. Had to make several separate trips to the manager at the bar for refills and to get and pay for the check.. They were not busy at all. Very disappointing Talked to the restaurant manager and GM The GM was the only one who seemed to care. Save yourself hassle and dine elsewhere.
