Visiting Galilee, the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus preached (matthews 5-7)

It is advisable to visit this site is the special view of the sea of Galilee, you must arrive early because it is saturated with people. Less than 2 hours is plenty of time to tour and admire this place

Stunning views of the Sea of Galilee from this location.

Its a beautiful church in a octagon shape. Really a place for prayer.

The Sermon on the Mountain by Jesus Christ many years ago that brings Christians back to realisation!

The miracle of the mountain bug is one of the fundamentals of the Christian religion and in this place Jesus Christ gave the law of life in this place and I feel wonderful to stand in the same place today and the place is arranged and the trees are fruitful and the gardens are bound and the order and place is more than wonderful and I recommend visiting

Definitely worth of seeing, beautiful gardens around. The Mount of Beatitudes (Hebrew: Har HaOsher ) is a hill in northern Israel where Jesus is believed to have delivered the Sermon on the Mount. A Byzantine church was erected lower down the slope from the current site in the 4th century, and it was used until the 7th century. Remains of a cistern and a monastery are still visible. The current Roman Catholic Franciscan chapel was built in 1937-38 following plans by Italian architect Antonio Barluzzi. Pope John Paul II celebrated a Mass at this site in March 2000. The Jesus Trail pilgrimage route connects the Mount to other sites from the life of Jesus. /wiki

This place was amazing the nature is amazing so many history with in it.

It's a beautiful peaceful place. Everything was good until they were ready to close and the guard was a bit rude in asking people to leave. That was the only thing that turned me off.

While not the place of the beautitudes. It gives you the impression of what it might have been like. Very beautiful!

Beautiful gardens and setting. Well maintained pilgrimage site

Quiet and beautiful small monastery with a guest house, two small religious souvenir shops, big parking (including buses) and cafeteria. Tiny nice place to visit, change the atmosphere and get your thoughts calm. There are many beautiful trees, plants and flowers, amazing views of Lake Kineret (the sea of Galilee). A lot of people come here to visit, at large, with kids and family, friends or alone.

A small, quiet monastery with a guesthouse, two small religious souvenir shops, large parking (including buses) and a cafeteria. A nice little place to visit, change the atmosphere and soothe your thoughts. There are many beautiful trees, plants and flowers, stunning views of the Sea of Galilee.

A must see because of the presence of the Christ and certainly a superb view of the Sea of Galilee!

THE BEATITUDE MONASTERY, is another local in Israel is in the hands of the Catholic Church, and this monastery is full of caravan from all over the world looking for a chance to have a moment to have their Catholic Caravan, a chance to celebrate there their mass.
The reason maybe because the historical fact this local us very tradicional because it's the MOUNT OF BEATITUDE. Where Jesus Christ preached the mountain sermon there as is the New Testament in Mathew. 5:7 e Like 6.
It is located in the Northeast of the margin of the Sea of Galilee. The beautiful immaculate gardens in there , are well keep it, making the local gorgeous, very peaceful, and very pleasant to sit down and enjoy it the scenery looking to the Sea of Galilee. You have a SOUVENIRS store there, a snack Bar, and another one paid bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen.

The views are wonderful from this spot. You can also walk a trail all the way down to the more accurate site.

Flowers are pretty... just don't try entering in a swimsuit

Blessing should be nine. Not eight.
It is blessing that someone reproach and persecute you, and while speaking lies, say evil thing against you because of the Lord Jesus.

It's not in "nine" blessings when you are in the church of the Beatituses. Only is it realbblessings when you are in reality of the words.
