Our stay was very nice. The two room condo was really accommodating. The weekend brunch buffet was GREAT! The condos are right across from the indoor water park, which was convenient. The only thing keeping this from being a five star rating is that the door to the room didn't latch. We had to call up maintenance to fix it. The door would appear closed, but if you applied a little pressure the lock would pop...

Two major differences between Chula Vista and Great Wolf Lodge (I have stayed in both, Chula Vista three times, and Great Wolf Lodge two times)
1. The friendly animal characters at the Great Wolf Lodge
2. The $200 difference in price for the same type of room on the same night.
3. Unless you think the friendly animal characters at the Great Wolf Lodge are worth $200, save money and go to Chula Vista

This is my third time at the resort, and while i enjoyed the experience each time, the quality is no longer as superlative as i remember. Taking advantage of the VIP package used to include 5 meals for two people at a well- stocked buffet or entrees from the menu, and now includes 4 meals which are much more limited. The alcohol aspect of the package remains excellent- bartenders are friendly and capable, and the drink selection is excellent. The Waterpark is necessarily limited during the winter months, but the slides and lazy river are fun and relaxing, respectively. I understand that the economy is behind many of the changes I noticed, but it will encourage me to shop around to see if there are any better alternatives next winter.

Outdated & dirty! It looked like it hadn't had a deep clean or even been vaccumed for years!
You could tell they are understaffed as well & current staff takes no pride or cares.
My kids wanted to play air hockey & there was sticky pop all over the game. My husband & I literally asked 5 different employees to please find cleaner to wipe off & 4 of them shrugged & said they were going on break, 1 said he'd go tell someone to clean it. No one ever came.
Water park is rusty & grubby. My son got a cut from the bottom of his foot from lazy river having torn up sharp paint on floor
Couldn't wait to get home.
Spend the extra money to go to Wilderness.

My family and I stayed here for memorial day weeke...

My family and I stayed here for memorial day weekend. Checked in on Friday left Monday. We rented a condo for the weekend. We were told our kitchen would be fully furnished. It had cups bowls plates and basic appliances. No dish towels. No dish cloths. We asked for these items and we received extra hand towels in our bathrooms instead. We also went to use our fridge and freezer and discovered that they weren't cold enough and were not even on or set at the right temp. My niece threw up on the carpet. We immediately proceeded to clean it up. When we called housekeeping to ask for carpet cleaner so we could clean it up the lady told us they don't have carpet cleaner.......? Ummm okay why would a resort not have products to clean the carpets? Also we had dirty dishes put away into the cupboards with the clean dishes. The water park area was fun but seemed very run-down and out dated. We adults looked forward to the hotsprings hot tub outside when it was adults only from 3pm-10pm clearly stated on the signs leading into the hotsprings area. Unfortunately we arrived to a hot tub that wasn't as large as it looked in the pictures and then to top it all off there were children in the hot springs. It was supposed to be 18 years and older. No workers or employees were around to speak to about these issues and the rules were not enforced. Also there was a couple in the hotsprings being very intimate and sexually inappropriate in front of everyone. My entire family enjoyed some parts of this stay. For the price of the room and how much we get charged if anything goes wrong in those rooms while we are staying there I expected better service. Especially during a busy memorial day time. Also, the mini golf course was great but all the water and fountains in the golf course were drained of water and seemed to be getting cleaned right in the middle of the day on a Saturday. It made the mini golf experience very disappointing. Also, trying to speak English to some of the workers there was very difficult as a lot of the employees could not understand what we were saying to them. Communication barriers made it very hard to Express what we as guests needed. Overall for the price I expected more. If your looking for a great fun waterpark experience for your family it's a great spot for that. Otherwise I do not reccomend staying here.

Room was very nice with a beautiful view of the Wisconsin river. Waterpark ridiculously overcrowded and not that enjoyable. Especially concerning was how poorly the lazy river was managed. Most hotels monitor the lazy river and require those in the water to have a tube in order to be in the water. Lifeguards did not regulate and small children were swimming unattended with no tube making it the worst highlight of our trip.

Waterpark is awesome! However the beds are so hard, I woke up with my back aching so bad. Never staying for more than a night again. Also had to walk a lot and take several elevators just to get to the tunnel and the hallways were cold.

Checked in on Friday. It took 45 minutes to get checked in. Was over in a villa in section D which we had to drive to the pool. We were upgraded because we are diamond members. The room was awful. Torn carpet, pillows under couch cushions to sit on, chairs at table were ripped and peeling, NO shower curtain in the bathroom. We actually left on Saturday. Do NOT stay here!!!

Would have to say that kids enjoyed the stay. Better crowd than Mt. Olympus by far! Rooms were nice but they ought to be for $300 a night. Would have been nice to know if the shuttles were available to all guests as we stayed at an off site Villa but was never informed at check in. It s winter and the shuttle would have been nice. Also, there was some sort of convention and it was super inconvenient as we had to park further away and walk to the water park because they allowed the convention visitors to park in their guest parking.

The property was clean enough. The beds were old. The sides of the bed was so ridged that you could not seat on the side of the bed. The towels were child size and very rough feeling to the body. The spa was maybe a 3 out of 10. Food was below average with above average cost. Service was average.

Internet exists with a free 2mb and a higher speed for a small cost. The free does not seem to work however. The rooms are nice and large with plenty of bathrooms.. one per room. Sofa and beds need to be upgraded sofa is sorta slanting forward and beds are not very padded. The water park is nice but they need to crack down on unruly guests. Seems you are allowed to do just about anything you want without being repromanded.

The stay was OK, the room was fine although our toilet didn't really work very well. The DVD player didn't have a remote either. I was a little disappointed that the only pool they had was the huge Waterpark. I get that is the big draw to the Dell's but my son was not a very big fan of the park and was startled by the amount of people, not a huge deal really but having a separate pool from the Waterpark would be nice for people to enjoy peacefully. We went during the winter so you are pretty much limited to what the resort has to offer as the rest of the city is basically shut down. The resort restaurant was OK and the service staff was decent.

For the price.. The room is small, the lighting in a cave is brighter, the service in the restaurant is slow, and the food is mediocre. The indoor Waterpark was nice but doesn't make up for the rest.

We rented a condo for a Bachelorette party. The condo was amazing for the price, included a Jacuzzi and a full kitchen. Only problem we had was that we were right next to the elevator bank and one of the bedrooms had a ridiculous amount of cable noises any time the elevators moved. It made the one room with two queen beds really loud and difficult to sleep in.

10 years ago I would have given this resort 5 stars. Even though the size and parks do not compete with some of their competitors, the service and cleanliness is what kept us coming back. Over the years it has slowly become one of the worst resorts in the WI Dells area. Our last trip to Chula Vista was absolutely not worth the $1100 for a weekend.
Please see the attached images.
When we first got unloaded in our room there was a strong smell of urine. I wish I would have taken pictures of this though with unpacking and twin 4 year olds arguing I didn't think to take a picture at this time. But there was clearly pee on the back side of the toilet, on the floor and the wall. My wife being a neat freak cleaned it with her own Clorox wipes and then also cleaned and wiped down the shower as there was hair all over the shower. That got me thinking, I should have shown this to the front office. It was disgusting!! We never got the smell out so I told the front office to clean it again and get rid of the smell and also provide us with bath soap. The smell lingered all weekend as they only tried to mask it. You can see in one of the images we had no soap. It was like this the entire trip and I asked for soap twice! We ended up buying our own soap on day 2 since I figured it was a lost cause. This also has to do with them being 5 stars in the passed and not now. In the passed they provided nice soap and lotion. It was an actual bar and bottled shampoo. What happened with that?!
Still on the bathroom. I know toilet seats are not built to last forever. But replace them with the correct size!!
On to the kitchen. The microwave was damaged. How long has it been like this?? The cleaning crew said they had no idea it was broken. They provided only 2 forks (4 of us). I am guessing theft is to blame but seriously.. make sure the room is right before a family checks in! We also asked for an actual flipping style spatula. We never got that either. Pancakes were a lot of fun trying to flip with what ever the spatula is in my picture.
I understand that hotels and resorts do not replace the comforters between guests. One, I hate this and two, the comforters were absolutely disgusting!! They were discolored (dirty) and the stench of them was not right. Just not right at all. They were so bad we rolled them up and put them in the dressers. The last thing I am going to bring up and pisses me off more than anything. We found a needle under our dresser!! And guessing by the moldy food under the dresser, the needle must have been under here for some time. Probably would still be there today but we lost my wife's drivers license and I just so happened to look there.
$1100... my God this was an absolute joke. I highly recommend the Khalari or the Wilderness. The management takes it way more serious at those 2 resorts. There prices were only slightly higher and the only reason we went to the Chula Vista was for the smaller water park. It is way easier on smaller kids. Oh!! That being said. The pools are not clean either!!!! The walls should be bright. Not stained and covered in dirt.
Sorry for the long review!!

We stayed 2 nights in the golf villa and we were very disappointed. The hotel staff was rude, the spa staff was okay except for the person performing the service, it seemed like we were interrupting her day. The outdoor water park was not open the entire visit even though it was 80 degrees out one of the days, and the room was not cleaned thoroughly. For the price and the location, it was not worth the stay. There are so many options and resorts in the Dells, I would hope they would focus more on their customer service to gain returning customers. Also, it would have been nice to know that the outdoor water park is only open when they have enough guests to fill it. - NEW POST 6/12/18 Seems to me that referring all of these posts to management has done nothing. There are a ton of negative reviews in regards to your resort. I am from the area, I would hope for better feedback from the "owners" then just referring it to management. Word of mouth goes a long way and owners not taking ownership of their unhappy customers is worst than having a bad experience while there!

When we arrived, no signs where to go to check in. When we got our room, there were no towels, no pillow cases. Floor was sticky, bathroom floor smelled of urine. Sunday waited 2 hours to check in, then another hour to get room keys because rooms weren't ready, this was at 3pm. So we called housekeeping which took 3 to 4 times to get through. Complained at the desk, gave us free breakfast for 12. We did the breakfast, even though it's free, they still charged us money, it wasn't gratuity. Complained about that, said it was gratuity, which the bill total didn't add up to the 18%. Housekeeping didn't mop flor until the next day. They also didn't come in and emptied our trash until we complained again. Toaster didn't work, and our refrigerator was leaking water. Complained again and was given money back on my debit card. Maintenance came in to check on refrigerator, got us a new one, housekeeping came in and emptied our trash and vacuumed. Luggage carts were left on our floor, 4 of them and halls weren't vacuumed either. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay because of all the headaches and problems we had. The reviews looked great when looked on line. The water park was very good, indoors and outdoors. Only thing I wish was an outdoor lazy river. Our grandkids loved the water park. Hopefully all these problems will be taken care of so future guest don't have problems.

Two sleepless nights could have been avoided if security cameras saw the drunk person knocking for over 10 minutes abd using vulger language. Restrautant staff were new and very very slow. The sink faucet on the cold water side was loose and difficult to use in room 3419. But the view of the river from the deck was priceless..

Our young kids did have fun in the small kid area ...

Our young kids did have fun in the small kid area of the water park. They really enjoyed the slides there.

Some how our dates got messed up and they said we came a day early- but that's not what our records show. They were able to accommodate so I'm grateful that we didn't waste the drive and they were able to get a room for us.

The room wasn't ready for almost an hour and half after the time they said it would be. Our text msg never came though and we did have to go to the front desk.

There was a roach looking bug dead on the window area when we arrived. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, but I won't complain too much since I'm was very pregnant and uncomfortable to begin with- and my kids and husband slept fine.

At the restaurant we ate that was onsite- the food was good, food came out quick, but all along the top of the booths were very dusty/grimy looking. The water park is need of some updating/run down looking in several areas.

The free kids area in the tunnel on the way to the water park was nice to waste some time at when we were told the water park opened at 9, by their staff and their brochure- but when we got there at 9am the doors were locked and were told that it doesn't open till 10.

We slept on the top floor and it was quiet compared to other hotels we've slept at, we didn't hear any kids running around/banging etc.

I wish the water park area would have more life jackets available, as they went very quick. They we're understaffed in their pizza place next to the water park, when we went there was just one person who was taking orders and going back to cook the food. So we had to wait almost 15 mins just place an order while the person went in the back to get the order ready for the person in front of us. The pizza was good, along with the chicken nuggets. I wish there we're more tables and chairs available in the pool area.

The dryer thing by the doors was nice to dry off before walking back to our room.

I didn't like how rough the water where the lazy river and the big slides met up- it made me too nervous to take my younger kids on the lazy river where the water was a bit too bumpy and big waves- although it wouldn't be an issue for larger kids.

We stayed overnight in a villa and loved everything about our stay! I traveled with a 3 year old and the waterpark was the perfect size for him. The room was clean and a great size. We really enjoyed the fireplace. Fantastic service from our shuttle driver, and our waiter. We ate dinner at the city grill and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Ignore the negative reviews - this place was great! So much fun for my 2, 4 and 6 year olds! The grounds were very clean and well cared for. There's tons to do. We got there two hours earlier than check in and our room was ready for us. Wood fired Pizza was great! Not a single complaint. (Except for maybe the fact that the "Starbucks" didn't have cream.)

I am a club plus member. I have been a member for 2 years. I stay roughly 3 times a year. each time I spend about $500 a trip. every time I have been there. things are broken in the water park. the quality of service goes down each time. the condo I stayed in . the frig was missing parts. it also was not cooling. the remotes didn't work. the best of all. I left a medium-sized blanket . weighed 2 pounds at the most. I was charged to ship it too me. I live in the same state. the club members manager called me . told me if we played to ship all the items left behind we'd go broke. check with the other resorts . before becoming a club member. if I new the sevice was going to be this poor. i would have joined another place. GOOD luck to those who stay at chula vista.

A little outdated decor, but service was good. The layout is really challenging to figure out, and in winter like this with a fully- booked hotel they only had 2 breakfast options. Either sit-down buffet or wait in a 30+ minute line for a coffee shop like place. We ended up having to skip breakfast in order to make it to our conference meetings. Overall, the hotel would be fun to stay in, but they need more food/ breakfast options for the size of hotel they are!

The location and scenery around the resort is really beautiful! We came in the spring, so things were just starting to come back to life. Would definitely be better in the summer when the outside water parks and other activities are open. But the indoor water park is great for young and old alike! Our 7 year old loved it! There's an underground tunnel from the hotel to the indoor water park so you don't have to go outside and cross the parking lot. There's an arcade that's right next door to the water park. The rooms are spacious. We had a king bed and the couch flips out into a queen-ish sized bed. The bathroom is spacious as well. The service is great! All the amenities you need if you forgot anything at home! There's lots of restaurants in the resort and around the area. Downtown Wisconsin Dells is only a 10 minute drive and has a ton of attractions. Highly recommended place to visit!

I had a really good time. I shared a room with a few friends to go skiing for the weekend and had good accommodation for the 6 of us. A nice resort, a good price compared to the other waterparks in the area. We stayed in a 2 room condo that comfortably slept 3 families of 4. Full kitchen, we ended up making all our meals in the room. Waterpark is pretty average, its nice that you do not need to step foot outside during winter to get to the water park from your room. We have stayed here 3 separate occasions and each time has been a great experience.

Not sure about the hotel side, but the indoor water park was pretty legit. Very decent pricing - especially as it compares to other indoor water parks you may go to when not a guest of the hotel. It was busy, but not packed. There was stuff in there for all ages and a somewhat overpriced, but modern video game room attached as an added bonus. There was also a snack bar with the typical fare of $6 hamburgers and hotdogs. We will be back to this one.

Chula Vista is going downhill.

Chula Vista is going downhill.

My roommates were already sleeping when I entered my room and went to bed... And found literal dirt and crumbs in my bed! Since they were sleeping, I didn't want to wake them to ask for new sheets or a new room, but it was NASTY. I slept between the top sheet and the inadequate and paper-thin blanket.

Ugh. The (not included) breakfast was amazing, though.

I don't think I'll ever return here... I prefer to sleep on clean sheets.

Went there on Sept 9th for a lil honeymoon stay...called to make the reservation over the phone. Got there about 10pm slept got up had breakfast and went to check out the waterpark because our kids where driving up to spend the 2nd night and swim...get to the waterpark door and it was locked...call the front desk and they stated that the water park was closed. This is 1030 am...walk down to the desk and asked why weren't we told this when we called and made the reservation or told when we checked in..we were given waterpark passes for God sakes...they said I am not sure..I said i would like to check out and be refunded..they refused to refund both days and tried to make me pay a resort fee...I said for what..we got here at 10pm and it's now 11am...we didn't do any resort stuff...I explained that if we would have known we would have not stayed there and they took that option away by not letting us know there was no waterpark and I explained to the phone person and at checkin that the kids were coming up to use the waterpark...so after arguing with the front desk. (The day after my wedding) ...we were refunded the one night and resort fees on to my debit card which took 4 days even tho i paid in cash...had to pay for the night and go find somewhere else to stay...will never stay there ever again...should have been refunded the whole amount..will tell everyone who ever asks about the dells not to stay there and lots of people ask what to do in the area being that I work at the airport...

We stayed from Wednesday-Saturday with our 2 kids ages 2 and 6 and there is SO MUCH to do for their ages. It was kid friendly for all ages, endless amount of fun even for us adults! Everything seemed clean and the lifeguards were so much fun and so friendly. Although EVERY TIME we went in the hot tub the lifeguard within 10 seconds would come ask how old my child is. SUPER ANNOYING but they're doing their job.

We tried all the restaurants except the chop house. And I'll just say the drinks at Margaritas were awesome, I loved sitting at the high top drinking and watching the kids play, kaminiski's just sucked, service was horrible but the breakfast was AMAZING.

All around it was an amazing first experience at the dells and I would definitely come back! Beds and pillows were more comfy than my own bed at home. :)

We were so excited initially to go to Chula Vista. We arrived early and our room was not ready. We were told our room would be first priority to be ready after 10:30am. Yet, our reservation got completely messed up and we didn't even get our room until 4:30pm. There are many little activities we get when we buy a ticket for the resort and book a room. Well, most of those complimentary services do not answer the phone. Also, the ads state that there are many activities included in the ticket purchase. Implying that they are free. But they actually are discounts, not actually free to participate in. The ads are very misleading and although my family and I had a great time, because we made the most out of a bad situation, we will not be returning nor will I recomend this resort to anyone. The service was not horrible but definitely needs improvement.

Tried to cancel reservation 76 hours before check-in. I was denied because they stated that it was not within the 72 hours because they go by the time the park opens not when I can check into my room. James told me that this is the way it is and he started to get quite snippy about it. I told him that I would make it a point to put this out on every review site to make people aware of how Chula Vista handles their clients. I thought the conversation was complete when I heard James, who must have thought I had hung up say GO FOR IT. When I said, I need to talk to your supervisor he had an OH @#$8 sound in his voice. I then talk to Criza who repeatedly told me what James had told me about the cancelation and I had to keep telling her that this was about the attitude I just received from James and wanted to know what was going to be done about it. Criza just kept interrupting me. I asked to talk to her supervisor, and she stated there are none here and then changed to they are unavailable. I asked if her supervisor could call me when they are available. She said she would but did not ask for my phone number. During the conversation with Criza, the phone kept going from me being able to here the background to complete silence, was I muted? Seriously, I have stayed here before, and the rooms were substandard at best, the water park has water but little else to provide worthy entertainment to adults, and as pointed out the staff is extremely rude. I wonder what the odds my getting a call back are?

I have stayed in Chula Vista in the past and I usually don't have that good of an experience. However, I decided to try their upscale rooms and even have a kitchen/kitchenette in them that they refer to as "Villas" and supposed to be overlooking the golf course.

So I arrive, there is broken glass all over the sidewalk to the building, which ends of staying there the entire time - I even watched several staff members walk right past it. You approach the main door to the VIlla building and as you can see below, it looks like someone tried to break in.

I check out the room and the bed has tons of hair in the sheets, on the blankets and the quilts. Call room service, they claim they have already changed the sheets - which they did not. Look below at my pictures to see the terrible condition that the beds were in - literally bowing like an old piece of wood; not to mention the stains.

The final day it snows about 6 inches, and of course no one shovels the walk at all and again staff members walk through it but nothing happens. But not to worry, the entrance to the hotel's fancy Kaminski Bros steak house was shoveled and salted. I drove over and checked about 5 minutes after I took the picture of the snow sidewalk at my villa.

I repeatedly called the front desk and they didn't seem to care one way or the other and treated us like we were a bother to them. I didn't notice any roaches or bedbugs, so I guess they get a star for that - otherwise not very impressed!

*** UPDATE: per the post they made, I emailed the company and I have received no response.

Had a great time. 2 bedroom suite was spacious and extremely comfortable. We went in the dead of winter and the waterpark was very fun for my kids (10 and 6). It's the perfect size park for younger kids. Enough for the older one to do without getting bored and plenty of stuff for the younger. As they both get older we will probably have to find a bigger park with bigger options. Though we've never been in the summer so I can't speak to the outside areas.

Older resort in need of updating and maintenance. The tile in the bathroom was loose and one completely detached from the wall. Killed the two spiders that I saw.
The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The towels were exfoliating. I lightly patted my wife dry.
The staff at the spa were excellent. As was my swedish massage. Not so in the restaurant. We ordered cheese curds, when I asked for plates they brought one. Curds were good though.
If we go back, we will try another resort.

The resort was great, we stayed here because other family members had a villa here. We had a discount voucher that worked for this resort so we went along. As far as the resort and the rooms, everything was great. My only problem is the room rate. I don't think we would have paid as much to stay here unless we had the discount voucher. Especially since it was during low season. We would have went some place less expensive.

Room was clean. That's the only positive I have to say. They dont have all of their attractions open daily. 94 outside and the outdoor waterpark closed. We cancelled our reservations at the beginning of our stay and moved to the wilderness..

I m not an employee or acquaintance of an employee...

I m not an employee or acquaintance of an employee for Chula Vista Resort. I open with that because I know that many (including me) wonder if 5 star reviews that go against otherwise lower ratings are just the company s attempt to pad the ratings.

That isn t the case at all. In late January, my wife and I were looking for a Dells Resort to surprise our two boys (9 and 13) with. Just one night stay.

But all of the other resorts were double the price of what Chula Vista offered. We saw some recent bad reviews and were worried that the Resort had gone downhill since our last positive visit a few years prior.

We booked a Saturday overnight in the South Tower (Villa rooms don t have access to underground/indoor tunnel access to the indoor waterpark, and we wanted to stay out of the snow and cold.

Despite bad reviews eclipsing good reviews, we booked it. And I m here to tell you that our stay was amazing.

Yes, there was a long line at registration, but it went fast. And to be honest, ALL Dells resorts have this issue. We ve been to them all. You just have to be patient and positive. When you get to the front, kill the Resort rep with kindness and a smile.

The line went quick and despite being nearly 3 hours early, she allowed us to check in (because the room was available). This was an awesome surprise. It may not happen all of the time, but we didn t even have to ask. (again, kill them with kindness and a smile).

I then whispered, Can we get a noon checkout instead of 10am? Because no one had the room after us, they allowed that, which was really nice.

The room was outstanding. I suggest booking through the customer service number to speak to a rep because the woman who helped us on the phone was so friendly. She got us a top floor room overlooking the river. It was clean and big. And even had a DVD player (most hotels don t allow that anymore).

The park was outstanding. A little smaller than Kalahari or Wilderness, sure, but has everything you need. And when the outside park is open, it s even better (based on previous summer stay).

The slides are great and the best thing is, since the Resort is further away from main strip (7 minutes), the lines are SO much shorter (and faster). We never had to wait more than a couple minutes for any slide, beside the coaster slide, which was maybe 5 minutes IF there any wait at all.

The lazy/adventure river is the best in the Dells in my opinion. Only park where kids don t NEED tubes (never understood why they need them). So it s more fun to explore.

The slides are all great. A couple fast ones for adventurous people, and three moderate ones for those who like a good slide but don t like big fast drops (me).

The one minus in my opinion is that there is only one hot tub in the whole indoor park. And since too many parents don t abide by the age limit (no kids under 6 and 6-12 must have adult there), it gets packed during peak park times. They could use one more (they have one outside I believe).

We did have an issue with a loud group of neighbors. But that s hardly the fault of the Resort. I recommend that the Resort consider a noise policy and back it up with security and I recommend that guests just be vigilant if it s THAT bad. You re going to deal with noise in any hotel. But this case was severe where these guests had NO regard and kept their doors open, going back and forth between rooms like a party at very late hours with horrible language. We called the front desk, but fell asleep before any further action was taken. Not the resort s fault beyond needing a noise policy that is overly communicated to guests and stringently enforced.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. A 90 foot buffet. Have them work it into your cost.

The arcade was fun.

Overall, it was a five star stay when it comes to the resort itself. We had a blast. And for HALF the price of the other resorts.

Highly recommend it as a better and cheaper option especially.

We had dinner at the grill.. food was over cook.. and nothing special ..for the price paid it was literally through in frier and unto plate.. server was great.. but the manager on duty was extremely rude.. and mean with the bussers and staff. My party had went out and I was waiting for my card after paying bill.. the manager made the busser clear the table into tubs (very load) while i was still there...to me this is uncomfortable and rude. For being a "a nice "place.. it sure was not
